In these years, more machine learning methods have been used to solve this problem, but invalid due to the imbalanced data set. In this paper, we propose a new ensemble learning framework by the support vector machine(SVM) and invasive tumor growth optimization(ITGO) algorithm. ITGO is used to solve the penalty parameter optimization problem of SVM for the imbalanced data set. In order to verify the performance of our methods, four benchmark dataset are chosen to compare with the well-known methods. Experimental results show that our method has better effectiveness and robustness than other methods.","PeriodicalId":170772,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Hybrid Information Technology","volume":"87 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-09-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123329268","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Traditional methods often hide secret message in least significant bits which can cause low capacity. The secret bits may be ignored by men but detectable for machines. This paper introduced a referential method which needs no cover image. In this method, secret message is ciphered using a cipher graph and written to an empty graph to form a figure. The method provides good concealment to both the secret message and the existence of the secret message. The capacity of the method is bigger than many traditional stego methods too.","PeriodicalId":170772,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Hybrid Information Technology","volume":"74 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-09-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126000355","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Traditional approaches have achieved much success under the assumption that the input images must have little or no parallax. However, this assumption cannot be guaranteed in real-world problems, for example, building images with ground under large viewpoint changes. The traditional methods only use a whole homography for alignment, which will result in severe distortions. To deal with the problem of stitching building images with ground under large viewpoint changes, we propose a robust multi-homography image composition method. It mixes multiple homographies for stitching building images with ground under large viewpoint changes. By calculating different homographies from different types of features, multiple homographies are then be blended with Gaussian weights to construct panorama. The chosen images under various conditions are used to evaluate our proposed method with other methods. The experimental results demonstrate that our proposed method performs higher alignment accuracy and more natural panorama than the traditional projective transformation and some representative state-of-the-art image stitching methods.","PeriodicalId":170772,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Hybrid Information Technology","volume":"15 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-09-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122685300","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, conventional NSC methods usually cause large representation errors, lack of spatial information and weak discriminative. In order to overcome these drawbacks, this paper proposes an unsupervised deep discriminative feature learning framework for aerial image classification which is based on Fisher Discriminative Nonnegative Sparse Coding (FDNSC) and Deep Belief Network (DBN). First, image features are extracted by using scale-invariant feature transform (SIFT). Then fisher discriminative analysis is added to construct a NSC with fisher discriminative criterion constraint, thus to obtain the discriminative sparse representation of images. Finally, DBN is combined to perform aerial image classification. The proposed method is applied to OT data set and UC Merced data set. Experimental results show that the proposed method efficiently utilizes spatial information of images and can promote the spatial separability of sparse coefficients, thus improves the classification performance and is more suitable for aerial image classification.","PeriodicalId":170772,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Hybrid Information Technology","volume":"5 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-08-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131647919","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this paper, a region of interest (ROI) coding is developed for scalable multi-view video codec to show the high scaling capability in terms of content scalability. The key component of this algorithm is that the bit-planes of the ROI can be lifted according to users’ requirements. And in this way the ROI can be allocated more bits even at low bit-rate and can secure more bits to get a better visual quality. As a result of our experiments, the peak signal to noise ratio (PSNR) within ROI can be improved by 2~4dB and the subjective visual quality of ROI in the proposed scheme can be improved compared to the conventional SMVC algorithm.","PeriodicalId":170772,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Hybrid Information Technology","volume":"17 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-08-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132292300","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

At first, the global threshold is calculated to prescreen the target pixels out rapidly by histogram statistics and CFAR algorithm, and obtain the index matrix. Then, the possible target pixels are detected in the sliding window based on the K distribution by the index matrix, and the multithreading technology is adopted to improve the local detection speed. Finally, the possible ships are screened out by making the four-connected neighborhood area statistics for the target pixels obtained in local detection according to the pixel area of the smallest ship. It is concluded that the accuracy and speed of the algorithm is improved greatly by analyzing the SAR image detection results, and the algorithm is more suitable for application to the ship detection system.","PeriodicalId":170772,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Hybrid Information Technology","volume":"31 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-08-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128880513","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This paper has concentrated on consolidation and migration technology in virtualized cloud datacenters as a solution to deal with this high energy consumption problem. We propose VMPA strategy as a novel energy-efficient virtual machine (VM) placement procedure in cloud datacenters. VMPA could reduce the number of active servers in cloud datacenters. Besides, we introduce the central importance of optimizing different targets in cloud datacenters at the same time including total energy consumption, SLA violation and number of VM migration. We present a novel two-threshold method along with VM migration selection algorithm VMMSA as a solution of solving this multi-criteria problem. Two-threshold method can lead to less active servers and VMMSA can generate least number of VM migration. Experimental results show VMPA-VMMSA can improve energy consumption in cloud datacenters, reduce SLA violation and number of VM migration respectively in comparison with state of the arts.","PeriodicalId":170772,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Hybrid Information Technology","volume":"92 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-08-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114326414","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In order to enlarge the communication range of TTE system with electrodes, the injection current intensity must be increased, and minimizing the impedance between electrodes is an efficient way to extend the transmission distance of the system. Aiming at decreasing the volume of electrodes resistance, several multi-rods electrode schemes are provided and implemented to test the impacts of rods amount, rod buried depth and arrangement on trans-impedance of electrodes. Experimental results illustrate that the electrodes resistance can be efficiently minimized by increasing the number of rods, and the electrodes impedance decreases with rod buried depth increase. Through unsuitable for underground implementation, rods configured in square or circle is slightly better than configured in line in reducing the electrodes resistance. However circle or square configuration is not suitable for underground. The experiments also demonstrate that the earth conductivity is an essential factor in TTE communications.","PeriodicalId":170772,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Hybrid Information Technology","volume":"36 4","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-08-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133783708","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

These random factors and nonlinear factors led to reduce the control precision, so much so that it can damage the hard-system of the optoelectronic pod. Traditional control system of optoelectronic pod always adopts PID control algorithm to eliminate errors between control target and actual feedback. However, the traditional PID can’t track variational variables such in the complicated environment. It can led to lower the control precision and slow the speed of response. Self-adaption control system of optoelectronic pod adopts active disturbance rejection control (ADRC) technique which can track the mutational disturbance, estimates it and compensates it. In this paper, optoelectronic pod control system is designed and implemented by using TMS320F28335 to acquire the sensor signals, execute control algorithm, and drive the DC torque motor. The angular displacement sensors acquire the attitude angular displacement and the gyroscope acquires the attitude angular speed. The system can get attitude information of the optoelectronic pod with them. The motor diverters detect the driven current of motor to complete control feedback of DC torque motor. The EEPROM stores control parameters and sends relevant parameters according to DSP instructions. Experimental results indicate that DSP data processing unit can acquire the inner sensors data correctly in normal state, and perform control algorithms steadily in the disturbed environment.","PeriodicalId":170772,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Hybrid Information Technology","volume":"96 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-08-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121721013","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
