{"title":"Depth Profiling of the SEI Coating on the LIB Negative Electrode Using Ar Gas Cluster Ion Beam","authors":"Shunsuke Watanabe","doi":"10.1384/jsa.30.44","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.1384/jsa.30.44","url":null,"abstract":"LIB(Lithium Ion Battery)はモバイル機器や電気自動車など様々なところで用いられている.LIBの電池性能は,負極上に生成されるSEI(Solid Electrolyte Interphase)被膜に大きく左右される.SEI被膜は初回充電時に,負極上にナノメートルオーダーの厚みで生成されることが知られている.
