The type of research is qualitative with a case study approach carried out online through google meet—research data obtained utilizing in-depth interviews. The data shows that the optimization of the supervision function follows the purpose of supervision, which is carried out regularly and continuously. The method used to optimize the supervisory function is academic and managerial supervision. All problems can be solved independently at the time of supervision. Follow-up for other problems is to provide alternatives in creative supervision, modeling, and OKE PDKT techniques. However, there are still many teachers who have not shown professionalism. Because it has several problems related to teacher performance, and if you have not found a solution, it can cause prolonged problems. This study aims to describe the principal's strategy for developing teacher professionalism. The research was conducted at the Gaga Ilir State Elementary School, Kronjo District, Tangerang Regency. This study uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach—collecting research data through observation, interviews, and documentation. Teachers and school principals serve as the primary sources of information. Data analysis went through three stages: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions, which were carried out simultaneously with the stages. The study results indicate that teacher professionalism can develop through communication development, rewards, evaluation activities, and discussion forum activities. Kinoshita","doi":"10.53889/jaiem.v1i1.234","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.53889/jaiem.v1i1.234","url":null,"abstract":"This research focuses on the activities of a young kyai who seeks to provide education, informed by his experience of studying in the Middle East at a pondok pesantren, an Islamic boarding school, in contemporary Indonesia. This study is an analysis derived from fieldwork that focused primarily on qualitative interviews and the author's own observations while residing at one of the pesantren in East Java. Since inheriting the pesantren at a young age, the kyai have incorporated the study of languages such as English and Arabic alongside the continuation of the traditional Islamic book, kitab learning. The problem of this research is how to plan and implement bullying-free education: Governance Study at MTs Miftahul Ulum Renes Wirowongso Ajung Jember after the Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia Number 82 of 2015. The aim is to analyze, find out and reconstruct bullying-free educational planning at MTs Miftahul Ulum. Library research was used as a method in this study, starting from collecting data by reading and studying books, scientific articles, magazines, newspapers, and other references related to the study. The results of the study reveal that the position of the family in managing Islamic education for children is the basic determinant, because children are born in a state of purity. Starting from the management of Islamic education in the family environment, the child's personality grows and develops. Management of Islamic education carried out by parents through the process of learning, coaching, training, instilling religious values, parenting, and responsibility is directed to a good and noble habit gradually and continuously.
