The research attempted to answer the two questions: 1) What are the aspects of the contractual agreement between Surat Al- Hijr and Surat Al- Anfal? 2) What are the topics for which the verses of the doctrine were mentioned in both Surat Al- Hijr and Surat Al- Anfal? The researcher used the inductive approach by tracking and collecting the verses that talk about “the verses of the doctrine in Surat Al- Anfal and Surat Al- Hijr\", the researcher also used the analytical and reasoning approach represented in stating, interpreting and analyzing of the verses that talked about the aspects of the contractual agreement between Surat Al- Anfal and Surat Al- Hijr. {"title":"The Holy Qur'an Approach to Family Building: منهج القرآن الكريم في بناء الأسرة","authors":"Salah Al- Din Awad Muhammad Salah Al- Din Awad Muhammad","doi":"10.26389/ajsrp.e291221","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.26389/ajsrp.e291221","url":null,"abstract":"This study aimed at devise the rules, origins and foundations established by the Holy Qur'an to build a stable family, to identify the laws, conditions, and controls devised by scholars of interpretation, jurisprudence, and hadith in this area, and to select the most likely to achieve the total religion's objectives in its quest to form a stable family, while demonstrating the harmful customs and traditions that have worn the garb of religion. On the one hand, the study integrates the science of interpretation and jurisprudence. On the other hand, human sociology, which establishes the Qur'an's vision in establishing the family in accordance with the application of the rules of the inductive approach to explain the Holy Qur'an's texts and the Sunnah on family issues, and uses the comparative method of interpretation between the Holy Qur'an's texts and the Sunnah, as well as the sayings of scholars, to come up with a comprehensive vision that illustrates the Qur'an's. The study found that one of the most important rules and origins of the Qur'anic approach in the construction of the family is the nodal and material link, and that this Qur'anic approach has shown in explicit texts a number of provisions and meanings relating to the morals of cohabitation, which, among other things, lose the family's stability and tranquilly, as well as fail in its educational role. The norms and principles of terminating marital life in such a way that the impacts of this collapse are less destructive to family members and society were revealed via an investigation of various Qur'an texts found in family conflict instances. This is known as the explanatory reading that is based on skill, good performance, and qualifying those who are specialized in teaching recitation according to the methodology of the ancestors in the teaching and accrediting of skillful readers of the Quran. The researcher used the inductive analytical and historical methodology in studying the punctuation made to the Quran. The most important results of the study are: the division of the Quran into parts and subparts does not comply with the reading of the verses in terms of their context, coherence, and cohesion. It was found that the Holy Qur’an, through the verse, has identified three goals for the message of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) which are: faith and belief in the existence and oneness of Allah (SWT), as well as belief in his angels, books and messengers (witnessing), guidance to implement and achieve what is stated in the Qur’an, clarification and explanation of what is permissible and what is not permissible (a bearer of good tidings), and a warning of the consequences and the reckoning of recompense for the deeds committed (a warner). In the introduction, piety and its meanings, definitions, and formulas were presented and clarified, in addition to the importance of piety in Islam. It came in two sections: In the first, the aspects of piety in the Holy Qur’an were analyzed, including the classification of piety in three interrelated and mutual aspects: faith, application and accounting piety. In the second, five important relationships of piety in Islam were presented and detailed including: the relationship between faith and piety, sincerity, interdependence, exchange and integration in aspects of piety, the ways to achieve piety, and the relationship between intention and piety. The method used in the research is a combination of the descriptive and inductive method and the content analysis method. The Quranic miraculous concise style is limited to mentioning the closest method to defining the desired person and the most specific to his identity, according to the requirements of the status and context. The Holy Qur’an came by citing many examples and models of women. From this standpoint, this study dealt with talking about the proverbs in the Qur’an which have a special rhetoric that can realized only by those who know the secrets of the Arabic language. The wisdom of setting proverbs in the Quran is to ease the understanding, the realization and the access to it; so that no one will have an argument on the Day of Resurrection, as all the rational, cosmic and literary evidence points with one breath to \"la ilah illa allah\" (there is no god but Allah). The research relies on the inductive and analytical approach, so that the texts of the commercial agency system were extrapolated and what is jurists decided, measure that and then extract what is related to the causes and effects of terminating the commercial agency from its fold, as comparison was made between the Saudi System and Islamic jurisprudence. The topic is divided to preface and two chapters. In the preface, I addressed what is the commercial agency contract. In the first chapter, I addressed the reasons of finalizing the commercial agency contract in doctrine and system. In the second chapter, I adressred the effects of finalizing of the commercial agency contract in doctrine and system, then I mentioning several judicial applications on the finalizing of the commercial agency contract and commenting on them. As for the conclusion: it included the most important results and recommendations reached by the researcher. Among the results of this research: that reciting the Qur’an with Tajweed is one of the ways that proves memorization in a stronger and broader way.
