To give the mathematical description of this process, the stochastic differential Langevin equation is used, which makes it possible to determine the velocity of the particle moving along the spatial axis in case of multiple collisions with other soil particles. In order to establish the adequacy of this approach with the experimental data obtained through the utility model there has been developed an agent simulation model. As the supply material for restoration of shafts, the German-American brand LOCTITE is used, which is fit for adhesives, sealants and surface treatments. Technological methods for repairing shafts provide for the selection of the most rational technique of repair and protection against wear of shaft-bush joints, depending on the wear degree of the shaft parts, as well as the choice of repair materials in the LOCTITE® repair system. It has been found that the technology of repairing the shaft-bush joints with application of LOCTITE materials contributes to prevention of common failures and prolongation of shaft service life. The paper focuses on the experimental results of studying the influence of the following impurities on the foaming of the amine solution: corrosion inhibitor, hydrocarbons (diesel fraction), mechanical impurities, decomposition products of diethanolamine in concentrations from the average to the maximum observed in the operation of natural gas desulphurization plants. There has been observed effectiveness of Siloktrim antifoam in respect of amine solution contaminated with various impurities. It has been stated that the greatest foaming caused the presence of decomposition products of diethanolamine, and the smallest - decomposition products of diesel fraction and corrosion inhibitor. The effectiveness of the defoamer is most evident in relation to reducing the height of the foam and not so much evident in relation to stability of the foam. The thermal hydrocyclone allows not only to remove paraffin from oil, but also to receive a commodity paraffin product. The tested thermal hydrocyclone determined the coefficients of local resistance, the settling factor, and the deposition rate of solid paraffin particles. The speed is 15.1-19.8 times higher than in the case of gravity settling and reaches 24.2-31.7 mm/s. The diameter of precipitating paraffin particles is 0.705-0.807 mm. Specific productivity of TH sharply decreases over time from 0.275 kg/(c·m2) to 0.040 kg/(c·m2). The hydraulic model of paraffin particles deposition in the centrifugal field makes it possible to estimate the efficiency of the hydrocyclon operation quite accurately. The average operating efficiency of the apparatus during the process is 36%, which practically coincides with the experimental value of 38% obtained on the basis of material and thermal balances. The main parameters of industrial oil dewaxing plants based on thermal hydrocyclone have been evaluated. With the height of the apparatus equal to 1.0 m and a diameter of 0.5 m, the oil productivity will be 64.8 t/h, with paraffin 1.9 t/h. The stages of carrying out a mobile sonar survey are described: creating a route with drilling holes in the ice and conducting the survey. For trouble-free operation of the software-technical hydroacoustic complex it has been proposed to use warm sledge-trailer for the snowmobile. A metal frame and a geotextile awning are installed on the top of the sledge-trailer to protect it against precipitation and low temperatures. Inside the sledge there is installed a gas-electric generator, a hydroacoustic complex; in addition, in the front part of the sledge there is a workplace for the operator making the survey. To discharge the exhaust gases of the generator there is an opening made in the sidewall of the awning; to prevent melting of generator sides there are set up asbestos sheets. The awning is located at the rear of the sledge and takes 2/3 of its length. In the middle of the sledge-trailer there is an amortization table, on which a hydroacoustic complex and a field tablet are installed. The table is attached to the sledge body with rubber ties, due to which shaking of the equipment is minimized when the snowmobile and sleigh are moving over the uneven snow-ice cover of the investigated water area. Due to the air-cooling of the generator under the awning, a positive temperature is maintained, which ensures the uninterrupted operation of computerized scientific research equipment and allows the operator to work comfortably. It has been stated that in natural populations there are two morphs - with a sharp (long) and blunt (short) rostrum. It has been assumed that they are characterized by the separation of spawning period into time intervals. In artificial aquaculture sterlet individuals show a decrease in morphometric traits, which may result from the identical farming conditions or the reduction of genetic diversity. The background color of the tanks used for cultivation can affect the linear-weight characteristics of fish: in light colored tanks there are fish of smaller sizes, in dark colored ones - fish of larger sizes. It has been found that the color of the species body similar to the bottom substrate acts as s a highly effective protection against predators in turbid waters. The study of sterlet population of in the Ob’-Irtysh and Yenisei basins showed that the former population has a higher genetic diversity index. Migration length of sterlet is insignificant: up to 250 km. It spawns in the spring-summer period, in winter period it concentrates in the wintering holes. The leading role in sterlet feeding belongs to the representatives of benthos and zooperiphyton, which are characteristic of lithophilic, lythoreophilic and psammoreophilic biocenoses. Maximum concentrations of heavy metals have been registered in the liver and gills, minimal in the muscles. Increasing the efficiency of the devices contributes to optimization of the plant as a whole. It is proposed to modernize the construction of the trays of distillation columns and replace the sorbent of the adsorption columns. The diameter of contact of a bubble tray has been calculated. It was supposed to increase efficiency of drying circulation gases both during start and operation of reforming catalyst and during catalyst regeneration. In order to develop the Russian industries, federal authorities have taken steps to implement the program approach. At the same time, among a wide variety of industries, the shipbuilding industry is recognized as one of the priority. The article identifies the trends in development of shipbuilding industry in Russia and abroad - investment activity. There has been considered the state, problems and priority directions of development of shipbuilding in the context of the investment policy implemented within the framework of the existing program of the Russian Federation for the development of shipbuilding. The direct and indirect influence of investments on the branches of the economy is analyzed, examples of attracting investments in the context of free placement of investments or limiting their presence in a country are given. The results of the state policy in the field of shipbuilding have been considered.The special features of shipbuilding production, the instability of the external environment have determined the specifics of investment in the industry. The analysis of investment mechanisms into the shipbuilding industry has been made on the example of tools of the state support at the level of the entities of the Russian Federation. The characteristics of the form of state support for special economic zone on the example of the “Lotos” economic zone (the Astrakhan region) have been considered. The economic zone in the Astrakhan region, due its geopolitical location and economic potential, will base on enterprises of shipbuilding complex; in this connection, there have been formulated conditions for characterizing efficiency of the special economic zone development.
