To this end, the methodological path followed has a theoretical wedge based on reference authors on the subject. The first part examines the bibliography on regional development and territoriality, highlighting economic and social aspects. It then explores the main concepts and definitions of culture and development. The last part analyzes the conjuncture of information and communication technologies, culture, and territorial development, narrowing down the theoretical gaps that underpin the theme. At the end of the paper, the theoretical framework shows that territorial development stems, among other things, from cultural actions, since there is the economic contribution of the arts, heritage, and especially the cultural and creative industries, added to cultural rights, with a focus on inclusion, access, empowerment, and integral development for the well-being of citizens. Using the Brazilian Youth Questionnaire, applied to 1,626 adolescents aged between 14 and 18, the relationship between suicidal ideation and suicide attempts and intra-family violence, drug use, sexual abuse, anxiety, and depression was analyzed. The figures found were significant and, for the most part, higher than those found in other studies. Most of the ideations and attempts were made by females. This analysis was carried out through the study of the professional trajectory of the industrialists, understanding the inspirations and models followed, analyzing the labor relations existing in the factories during the period of the industrialists' management, and finally, understanding the importance of the industrialists' figures for the current cities of Rio Largo-AL and Delmiro Gouveia-AL. The research was based on bibliographic, iconographic and audiovisual sources with surveys and systematization of information obtained through research in local archives and virtual portals of journals from scientific institutions; in addition to visiting the cities of Rio Largo-AL and Delmiro Gouveia-AL. There is a lack of guiding projects for this academic community in the materialization of their creativity.In this sense, this article constitutes a strategic planning for the formation of a Technology Diffusion Nucleus in order to support the understanding of the academic community of the Federal Institute of Pará - Campus Belém to propose the dissemination of the researches developed and conceived, by products, process or services, covering the universe of technology transfer, innovation and entrepreneurship. The methodology is configured in an institutional action to create the Center for the Dissemination of Technologies and research and extension actions in which they are consolidated in technological products. The results show that scientific and technological creations were developed with innovative potential. From the action research methodology, elements were sought to support the hypothesis, its action and support its implementation, the application of the methodology went through seven stages: awareness, diagnosis, identification, approximation, monitoring, forwarding and dissemination. We understand that socioeconomic development permeates IP, in direct proportion to technological innovation becoming more and more present, with the process of education and dissemination of IP as a generating problem, and as a dispersing core of research for formative convergence on the Campus of IFPA Belém , anchored in the Education and Dissemination constructs. We chose to develop the Action-Research methodology, taking into account the strategic actions proposed with the target audience. We hope to present results on the efficiency of convergence, based on a growing number of technological products developed and disseminated. Make an educational product viable at the end of the process, tending to IP as a didactic strategy. This project aims to make it possible to understand two different aspects and fields of protection of IP, in addition to highlighting the role of integration between IP and Professional and Technological Education (EPT) in the integral development of the being and its relations with the economy. Ultimately, this development, which originates locally, expands and occupies a prominent place on the global stage as technological innovation becomes the focus of competitiveness. Zika, Chikungunya and Dengue, whose vetora is the Aedes aegypti, are public health problems and their main form of control is the use of insecticides. The objetive was to carry out the physical-chemical characterization of the oil from the assai seed and to evaluate its activity in the face of the Aedes aegypti. Physico-chemical characterization, FTIR, thermal analysis and determination of fatty acids by CG of oil, larvicide activity and emulsion pupicide containing oil from the seed of E. oleracea front Aedes aegypti and acute toxicity of emulsion were performed. The physical and chemical parameters are within the expected range in the literature.  The oil was thermally stable up to 304.48 °C, with a melting peak of 25.22 °C. The fatty acid profile averaged 72% unsaturated fatty acids. Infrared spectroscopy showed strains referring to the general structure of the triglyceride.
