Clinical help given promptly will save many lives. This paper presents a smart mishap detection and caution system that notifies the emergency contacts of the user when a mishap happens by sending a message with the detected location. At the point when the vehicle is in a mishap, the vehicle's sensor distinguishes it promptly and sends an SMS to the crisis contacts. There is a reset button that can be pressed to prevent the alarm from being sent to the crisis contacts in an event where everybody inside the vehicle is safe.","PeriodicalId":167849,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE India Council International Subsections Conference (INDISCON)","volume":"35 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-08-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124372105","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It uses electrical energy to actuate the fuel valve, usually mechanical valve and control fuel pressure injected into diesel engine. The rotary and linear actuators are most common in diesel engine and selected based on space constraints and its reliability. As EFC actuator plays critical fuel controlling function in engine, the issues with EFC during engine operation could cause engine dysfunction. This paper studies the major issues observed with EFC actuators which has led to engine operation failures in genset application.","PeriodicalId":167849,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE India Council International Subsections Conference (INDISCON)","volume":"164 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-08-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"117328007","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

But many safety measures need to be considered while operating a crane. One of these is material overloading and not lifting a load at an appropriate safety angle, leading to accidents. In this paper, a methodology is introduced to automate the safety lifting system in a crane by calculating the safety angle to prevent workplace hazards. A crane model is developed with a servo motor, sensor, and buzzer. The boom of a crane is moved to the desired safety angle with the help of the servo motor MG90S. MPU6050 sensor is used to read the current boom position of a crane. Calculation of the safety angle for the given load is automated with the help of machine learning. The load chart of a rotary crane is used as the dataset for training. The machine learning model is trained using Gaussian process regression in MATLAB with statistics and machine learning toolbox. The trained model predicts the boom radius for the given weight. With the help of mathematical modeling safety angle is obtained. If the boom's current position equals the safety angle predicted with the model, then the buzzer will ring, indicating the appropriate safety angle to lift the given load. Otherwise, it will move the boom of a crane model to the safety angle. For this implementation, the MATLAB support package for Arduino hardware is used.","PeriodicalId":167849,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE India Council International Subsections Conference (INDISCON)","volume":"23 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-08-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121705225","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

As precision farming is essential for good quality of production and proper management of farming. By using hyperspectral remote sensing data, it allows to properly predict, analyze and identify the object on the surface of the earth and monitoring the health status of crop. Field experiment conducted during the kharif season in 2018 in farmland of Jalna region, Maharashtra, India. This study focuses on the spectral reflectance of Jowar (Sorghum)crop. In this we used the variety Maldandi Jowar leaf samples. We had taken total 80 to 90 % of leaves were healthy and 10 to 20 % of leaves were unhealthy (Disease /Dry). The leaves were defected due to the rust disease and due to water content. So to capture the spectral reflectance of healthy and disease leaves of Jowar crop those samples was taken into laboratory for the reflectance measurement under the observation and control condition. The ASD FieldSpec4 data wavelength range from 350nm–2500nm and Pika-L wavelength range from 400nm–1000nm, hyperspectral remote sensing data is being used while measuring the spectral reflectance of both healthy and unhealthy leaves samples. Biochemical property is performed by extracting chlorophyll content and moisture content of Jowar (Sorghum) crop. Different vegetation indices in also used like NDVI, PSSR, CRI, ARI, WI so on. For Accuracy assessment Naive Bayes, Random Forest, SVM algorithm is applied whereas SVM gives a good result which is 98.37 percent as comparing to other algorithm like Random Forest which is 97.7 percent and Naive Bayes 64.13 percent.","PeriodicalId":167849,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE India Council International Subsections Conference (INDISCON)","volume":"65 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-08-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122808156","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Pundits and experts alike of this field have likened it to algorithmic trading which is considerably speeding up the trading process by generating maximum revenue with the most optimum solution for those who are adapting to the new technology, without the need for human intervention. Already many top companies are using algorithmic trading and many more are further researching this along with many top universities. For trading in general a lot of information needs to be taken into consideration like information about the company, reading of daily news, reports of the company, how it is performing and all and how the general outlook of people towards the company is. So much information slows down the trading process for the trader and maybe gives him access to only part of the whole market. Because of all this, the paper will be using LSTM(long short term memory) a very advanced RNN(recurrent neural network) to help us solve this problem and get predictions. The paper will also be using sentiment analysis to get an idea about the sentiment towards the market. Using these models the trader gets access to the whole market as a whole and this will also eliminate the problem of human confusion and emotion.","PeriodicalId":167849,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE India Council International Subsections Conference (INDISCON)","volume":"76 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-08-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127452298","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

But throughput of the system also has to be contemplated (FACS review paper). Droplet based microfluids constitutes a viable device set that empowers chemical and biological tests to carried out at high speed and with improved effectiveness when compared to ordinary instrumentation [1]. Droplet microfluidics will give better results in terms of speed [1] [2], throughput and accuracy of medical Diagnosis systems. Study on droplet breakup is carried out to focus characteristics of flow of liquid through microchannel for better analysis and detection in sampling the test liquid. The ability is mainly decided by the way the robot perceives the environment, the way it plans the navigational path to be traversed, and how it executes its motion actuation. While designing the mobile robots, the accurate perception of the environment is taken care of by intelligent sensing modules. Further, the strategy of navigational path planning is implemented by robust algorithms that ensure the shortest path traversal, hence lesser time consumption and efficient obstacle avoidance capability. The choice of a path planning algorithm depends on the needs of the application employing the mobile robot. The level of autonomy of the mobile robot depends on the way the designer exploits the advantages of the path planning algorithm. The proposed work aims at comparing the intricacies of navigational path planning algorithms, namely, Dijkstra's algorithm, Genetic algorithm and A* algorithm, that can be employed for mobile robots. This leads them inefficient to interact with the outside world or even to do their daily routine work. These disabilities can be overcome with the help of assistive devices. Assistive devices can be controlled using brain signals corresponding to particular imagination. The neural signals are processed to generate the control commands for activating the assistive devices for particular mental activity. Nowadays number of assistive devices is available; however most of them are inefficient in accuracy or speed. This paper presents a simple and effective framework which interfaces assistive devices to the OpenViBE environment to improve the lives of physically disabled person. The motor restoration and speech impairment issues are addressed in this paper. Development of assistive platform is carried out in two steps; in first step the brain signals are decoded with high accuracy and in the second step these signals are converted into the control command to operate the assistive device according to the user's desire. Combination of AR coefficients, Hilbert transform and PSD based features is proposed. These features are classified by the SVM classifier to provide the accuracy of 88.5%. This in turn can control the assistive devices effectively.","PeriodicalId":167849,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE India Council International Subsections Conference (INDISCON)","volume":"109 3 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-08-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133421430","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
