These necessities include food, clothing, shelter, health, and education. Factors that arise due to a lack of resources, a low income, and high unemployment. The purpose of this research is to determine how much of an impact the population, unemployment rate, and education level have on poverty in Gresik Regency. This study is quantitative, as it employs multiple linear regression analysis on time series data. This study was conducted to find out the aspects that influence the level of demand and supply on community income in the Ponre-Ponre dam by using elasticity analysis. This type of research is a survey with a quantitative approach. The population and sample used were people who run dam fish farms consisting of 18 farmers. The sampling technique in this study is saturated sampling technique. The method of data collection is through surveys and documentation. Elasticity analysis and simple linear regression test based on SPSS were used to assist in analysis and decision making. The results show that the factors that influence supply and demand are price level, availability, income level or purchasing power, consumer tastes, population and weather, government policy, natural factors and income factors, namely, weather, harvest time, booking, availability. While the analysis of elasticity and multiple linear regression test on Ponre-Ponre dam fish farming showed no effect of elasticity on people's income. Education and unemployment are indicated to have a central role in this issue. The purpose of this study is to identify the effect of education and unemployment on poverty in the North-North Region. Panel data regression method for the period 2011-2020 in 4 districts using secondary data from the Central Statistics Agency. The results of the analysis found that education using the indicators of the average length of school and the open unemployment rate had a simultaneous effect on poverty. Partially, the average length of schooling has a significant negative effect on poverty which indicates that every increase in the average length of schooling can reduce the poverty rate. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of PKH in an effort to reduce poverty in Payakumbuh. The subjects of this study were Beneficiary Families (KPM) in five sub-districts in Payakumbuh City which consisted of 98 respondents. The method used is a qualitative approach, then the research results are explained using descriptive analysis. Effectiveness is based on the reference standard for Research and Development of the Ministry of Home Affairs through aspects of input, process, and output. Overall, the analysis of the effectiveness of the Family Hope Program in tackling Poverty in Payakumbuh City is stated to be quite effective, with an average calculation of the overall variables of 63.67%. Financial inclusion is the key to the government's efforts to build a strong and inclusive financial sector and to support sustainable development in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to determine the distribution of banking sector services through the level of financial inclusion. The method used in this study is a literature review. In this study, it can be seen that the level of financial inclusion in Indonesia has improved due to the implementation of various related regulations where users who have access to financial services aged over 15 years have increased from 20% (2011) to 36% (2014). and continues to increase to 48.9% (2017). When compared to other countries, the level of financial inclusion is the fastest growing compared to other developing countries in the Asia Pacific region. The simplicity of the technology used is expected to provide convenience and speed of transactions, known as Mobile Banking. This study aims to compare the financial performance of banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) before and after the implementation of mobile banking. The method in this study is quantitative, using two analytical tools. Namely, the Paired Sample T-Test method and the Wilcoxon marked rank test. Bank financial performance can be measured from various indicators. The indicators used by researchers include Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), Loan to Deposite Ratio (LDR) and BOPO. The results showed a significant difference between the ROA and ROE variables before and after the implementation of mobile banking.
