Therefore, to manufacture toner according to its design, it is important to understand the actual shape of toner particles produced and their internal structures. To examine their internal structures, toner particles of 4-6 μm diameter were analyzed by ultra-high voltage electron microscope (UHVEM) tomography. Tomographic analysis provided a lot of information about the three-dimensional distribution of wax and pigments.
