As one of Egypt's distinguished Muslim scholars, Qaradawi's stance holds significant weight in shaping opinions within the Islamic community. This research employs a qualitative methodology to unravel the intricacies of Qaradawi's viewpoint on the boycott and, concurrently, sheds light on his reflections concerning the roots of the prolonged conflict between the Palestinian and Israeli peoples. Delving into Qaradawi's perspectives requires a nuanced understanding of the cultural, historical, and religious dimensions he incorporates into his endorsement of the boycott. Through a qualitative content analysis of Qaradawi's writings, speeches, and sermons, this study seeks to decipher the layers of his convictions, providing a human touch to the academic exploration. It aims to revisit and describe how the notion of boycotting pro-Israel brands intertwines with the ongoing struggles in the region from Qaradawi's lens, offering a more relatable and contextualized comprehension of his position.The paper further engages in a qualitative analysis of Qaradawi's arguments endorsing the fatwa, unraveling the motivations and ideological foundations that underpin his advocacy. As a comparative qualitative analysis, this study extends its exploration to include the perspectives of the Majelis Ulama Indonesia (MUI), offering a rich tapestry of Islamic viewpoints on the matter. There is a lot of data that currently women have a significant and important role in supporting the economic life of their families and regions. This study was conducted to explore the meaning of the law of attraction that Muslim women have as successful entrepreneurs. The method used is a case study approach. Data was obtained through in-depth interviews with three successful Muslim women entrepreneurs in the Bone area of Makassar, South Sulawesi, in the fields of traditional culinary, Muslim clothing and residential property. Meanwhile, the theoretical framework implements the law attraction approach as part of the concept of intrapersonal communication. The research results were analyzed by involving the concept of law attraction and the Al-Qur'an perspective as well as hadith on concepts, namely: like attracts like, nature abhors a vacuum, and the present is always perfect. Descriptions from three sources in applying the law of attraction indicate that the way of thinking (mindset) internalized by Muslim women entrepreneurs in Makassar is a strong guide in achieving success supported by an approach to the Al-Qur'an which contains many essences about the need to be a strong and always dependent Muslim to Allah SWT according to each individual's potential, capacity and capability. Despite having a legacy of strong Islamic law, the majority Muslim population, and the strategic location of each country, they have not been able to dominate the local market share of Islamic banks compared with conventional banks. This research aims to examine Islamic banks in terms of the distinguish regarding to the legal and regulatory progress in both countries, especially on their SWOT and propose strategies for developing and sustainability. This study is a qualitative study as the main method that takes data from various works of literature, namely books, journals, and other sources. Primary data has also been explored by conducting an in-depth interview with the experts regarding these issues. The expert interview has been conducted in Indonesia, and Turkey from 2019 to 2022. Basically, they were Bankers, Islamic Scholars, Regulators, and Academicians. Meanwhile, this research also applied a comparative approach. This research found that government support stands as the first priority from an opportunity aspect. Islamic bank in those countries also needs to be aware of the absence of separate law as the main priority of threats aspect. Another finding shows that separate law and regulation is the main strategy to enhance Islamic banks in each country. This study could serve as a reference point for the regulator in formulating appropriate policy strategies to increase the market share of Islamic banks in Malaysia, Indonesia, and Turkey. This research is also expected to be able to contribute to enriching scientific studies in an effort to popularize Islamic banking in whole Muslim countries.
