Because both types of buildings, shop-houses and houses are basic people needs. Anyone who want to build shophouses and houses need to prepare the costs as a basis for considering the feasibility of construction investment. So, the estimated cost of constructionshop-houses and houses as the basis of the construction is very important. However, it is difficult to estimate these costs if the data needed are not available. The trend of estimated construction costs at this time is calculated per square meter. However, this method is not truly accurate to estimate the construction costs of the buildings. The inaccuracy in estimating the costs cause detrimentsfor people who wants to build a shop-houses and houses. The solution to solve problem is by applying a good Model. To result agood model, then conducted a research by quantitative method approach.The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data is obtained by building shophouses and houses who built by the author., while secondary data obtained through survey and interview. While secondary data is derived from contractors.Both types of data are Construction Project Documents.The number of data is 62 (sixty-two)form big cities and small towns. Then, the data are processed and analyzed using regression analysis method. From the results of the analysis found the model as a formula for estimating the cost of construction of shop houses and houses. The estimation cost of construction shop-houses and houses in big cities uses doors frames, floors, Foundation and sanitaries. While the estimation cost of the construction of shophouses and houses in small cities uses roof, door frames, structures, walls, and the floor. Failure due to environment conditions such as corrosion costs industries immense amount of money. Regarding this issue, this research provided an approach in discovering a facile and environmentally-friendly technique to protect steel-made components. A superhydrophobic CuO coating had been successfully fabricate on lowcarbon steel substrate. The superhydrophobic CuO coating was fabricated by Cu electrodeposition combined with immersion in a mixture of NaOH and H2O2 solution, as well as stearic acid modification. The superhydrophobic CuO coating was reported having maximum contact angle up to 171.4o with relatively low contact angle hysteresis and sliding angle of 15.1o and 7.5o respectively. Therefore, it was considered to be outstanding water-repellent coating. The superhydrophobicity was obtained by roughening and depositing stearic acid modifier on the surface. In addition, superhydrophobic CuO coating prepared in this experiment exhibited exceptional anti-corrosion property. The corrosion rate of the steel substrate could be significantly reduced. As a foundation to a broader study on smart LMS, this study focused on analyzing prominent study reports on recommender systems in general and online learning in particular. The SLR method analyzed papers published in the range of 2013-2018. Out of the 109 papers this study analyzed indepth 42 papers. The study findings confirmed that most of RS studies still focused on e-commerce, movies, tourists, and more whose most popular RS methods were collaborative filtering and content base. Some studies in RS for online education were mostly focused on scheduling, recommendations for courses, books, prospective students and others. The results of this study found that there are still much opportunities to develop methods and approaches for RS in online learning. Therefore, the hand tractor can be used as a source of power harvesting machine. One of the harvest tools that need to be designed today is the harvesting machine for Chinese spinach (Ipomoea reptans Poir.). The most important unit of a harvesting machine is the knife. The success of a harvesting machine design is found in the shape and material of the blade used. Experimental research was more expensive and more time. Therefore, this paper describes a conceptual design of knife for Chinese spinach harvesting machine through a CAD approach. The best blade shape is determined by the angle of the blade and the strength of the blade is best determined by the material. The simulated blade angle is 15°, 45° and 60° to 1060 Alloy meter, AISI 316 SS, Phenol-Formaldehyde Resins (PF). The maximum force required for cutting of Chinese spinach is given 0.1019 kgf. The simulation results using FEM show that the greater the angle of the blade will be greater to receive stress and displacement. The eruption of Mount Sinabung produces volcanic smoke and dust. The last eruption that occurred on Friday, 6 April, 2018 with column of ash height more than 5 meters and hot clouds glide as far as 3.5 meters to the southeast. Almost four subdistricts in Karo district affected by the eruption which erupted volcanic ash as far as 5 kilometers and still in standby IV category until now. The number of volcanic ash pile from the eruption of Mount Sinabung has become an environmental problem and has harmed the surrounding community. In this research, volcanic ash from the eruption of Mount Sinabung will be used as a mixture of Interlock concrete bricks with mixed variations of 0%, 10%, 20%, 30%, 40% and 50%. Volcanic ash sieved with no. 2000 will be substituted as constituent material of Interlock concrete bricks making, hoping it can increase concrete strength. Tests include are form testing (visual), size, absorption and compressive strength test. From the results, it showed that volcanic ash had an effect on the strength of concrete bricks, where in normal bricks, there was compressive strength of 0.74 KN / cm2 (7.40 Mpa) with 12.19% of water absorption. Had an increased by 1.20 KN / cm2 (12.10 Mpa) in 20% variation, with water absorption of 14.56% and decreased by 0.81 KN / cm2 (8.10 Mpa) with absorption rate of 13.53% at 30% variation. For the cube sample, its strength reached 23.2 MPa and water absorption as much as 7.49% with mixture variation of 20%. This study proposes multiobjective ranked bandits as an algorithm to be used in a recommender system for e-commerce. Electronic voting (e-voting) is the application of voting that refers to the use of information technology. The use of android smartphone for e-voting can be an option, because it already combines computer and internet network in one single device. The android smartphone has a device id that can be enabled to avoid multiple voters. Restrictions on the distance or radius of voters to festivals are allowed to vote, using Location Based Service (LBS) technology from GPS smartphone voters. But the number generated by LBS is still the number of coordinates in the form of latitude and longitude, then it takes a conversion to change the coordinates into distances or radius in meters. One method of converting coordinates into distances can use Haversine formulas. Implementation of e-voting is made in the form of android application. Stage as the center point of coordinates. Visitors at a distance or radius determined by the committee are counted as voters. The voters who are outside the radius that has been determined by the committee not as a voter. The system is expected to provide benefits toward the organization. The benefits of the e-SCM can be represented as its effectiveness towards the organization. The purpose of this study is to analyze factors that influence the effectiveness of the use of e-SCM. The proposed model in this study adopts DeLone-McLean model and thus investigates the relationship between information quality, system quality, service quality to use, user satisfaction, and the net benefit. A case of XYZ in Indonesia is used to give context to the study. XYZ is a company that runs its business within the telecommunications industry. In providing services to its consumers, XYZ uses a computer-based information system for SCM (e-SCM), namely Sitehandler. Data from 149 respondents were collected via questionnaires. The data were processed using PLS-SEM. The results showed that there is positive correlation between information quality toward user satisfaction and usage. Likewise, system quality influences positively the user satisfaction and usage. However, service quality in this study does not positively influence user satisfaction and usage. Usage has a positive influence on user satisfaction and net benefit. The user interface has been tested using usability evaluation to ensure the usability and ease of use of the library university for all group of people. Generally, the usability testing evaluation showed satisfying result.
