Therefore, the study of countermeasure against illegal attacks for AI is very important. This study proposes a new countermeasure method against power side-channel based model extraction attacks for AI. The proposed method improves the resistance against power side-channel based model extraction attacks by randomizing the calculation order with shuffling method. An essential stage of cognitive radio is the spectrum sensing process, which detects unused spectrum holes in order to use all available frequencies of the radio spectrum. The sampling rate over a multi-GHz bandwidth is the main challenge in the spectrum sensing architecture design. More recently, to be able to use a low sampling rate, Compressed Sensing (CS) technology has been used. In this paper, an enhanced spectrum sensing architecture for reconstructing the original signal is presented. The architecture is based on a modified Orthogonal Matching Pursuit (OMP) algorithm. The proposed architecture is implemented with 1024 samples, a measurement vector with a size of 256 and a sparsity of 36. The proposed architecture can be executed on 132 MHz clock frequency, using Xilinx Virtex 6 FPGA, with a speed up of 32% in comparison with previously published work.","PeriodicalId":166178,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE 4th International Conference on Electronics and Communication Engineering (ICECE)","volume":"35 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130471800","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The importance of its safety management has gradually become a consensus. Compared with traditional safety management methods, risk pre control emphasizes the planning of prevention and control in advance. Its theoretical basis is to comprehensively and systematically identify and evaluate all hazards and harmful factors. In order to determine the main risk sources and harmful factors, clarify the management focus and direction, formulate more targeted and advanced management measures, prevent the development of hidden dangers and accidents caused by improper risk control, and realize intrinsic safety. “4M ” mainly comes from the theory of “safety management of human, machine, media and 4m elements” put forward by Japanese scholar Shigeru nishima. Under the guidance of 4m barrier theory, power enterprises have formed a set of risk pre control models for identifying, evaluating and formulating measures, and established “operation activity risk”, “maintenance operation activity risk” and “regional environmental risk”, “Equipment”, “failure risk” and “management risk” are five standard basic risk databases. The standard basic risk database identifies hazards, hazards and eco-environmental factors, comprehensively analyzes and evaluates hazard consequences, occurrence possibility, hazard degree and accident type, and puts forward corresponding control measures and behavior standards.","PeriodicalId":166178,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE 4th International Conference on Electronics and Communication Engineering (ICECE)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129721755","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

To mimic a more realistic outdoor environment, we introduce a twin-cluster model and consider the evolutions of clusters in time and antenna domain. The proposed model is a combination of transmitter (Tx)-RIS-receiver (Rx) reflection components and Tx-Rx components. Based on the proposed model, some key statistical properties like power delay profile (PDP), achievable rate, temporal autocorrelation functions (ACFs) are derived and analyzed. The simulation results demonstrate the correctness of the proposed model and the non-stationary property. Although imperfections in phase knowledge acquirement are existed in real world, the use of the RIS still makes appreciable improvements in the communication system performance according to the simulations.","PeriodicalId":166178,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE 4th International Conference on Electronics and Communication Engineering (ICECE)","volume":"7 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115634149","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In order to solve these problems, this paper proposes a super-resolution reconstruction method of single frame character image based on wavelet neural network. Firstly, analyze the factors affecting image degradation and construct the image degradation model. Secondly, remove the noise in the image using the wavelet threshold denoising method. Then, the image super-resolution reconstruction is completed by wavelet neural network reflection model to improve the resolution of the image. Finally, test the reconstructed single frame character image using MATLAB software. The test results show that the proposed method can effectively remove the image’s noise, and its anti-interference performance is high and the reconstructed image’s resolution is high.","PeriodicalId":166178,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE 4th International Conference on Electronics and Communication Engineering (ICECE)","volume":"52 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116945315","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, due to the great differences in the underlying representation and distribution of modalities, it’s still challenging to find the semantic similarity of various modalities. Benefited from the introduction of the generative adversarial network (GAN) into cross-modal retrieval, the performance of models has been significantly improved. To generate discriminative representations, adversarial learning utilizes triplet constraint to establish connections among the anchor, the positive sample, and the negative sample. The strategy of triplet loss can separate the anchor and a certain class of the negative sample, but fails to guarantee the anchor and other categories of items could also be scattered in the subspace. This paper proposes a novel multiple negative samples model based on GAN (MNS-GAN) to increase intra-modal discrimination. Comprehensive experiments show that our proposed MNS-GAN method outperforms the state-of-the-art cross-modal retrieval methods.","PeriodicalId":166178,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE 4th International Conference on Electronics and Communication Engineering (ICECE)","volume":"47 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126056664","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The traditional traffic flow forecasting models do not take into account the actual topological relationship of the road network. These methods primarily consider the road network to be a regular Eulerian structure or a regular time series. Therefore, for the large and complex traffic network, the forecasting of traffic flow is usually inefficient. In addition, the long-term characteristics of traffic flow are often overlooked. In this paper, we propose a graph convolution network with temporal convolution for long-term traffic flow forecasting, which is distinct from the traditional methods. The proposed model considers the real road topology relationship as a non-Eulerian graph and can also learn long-term traffic characteristics. Our experiments have been verified on two real data sets, and several test indicators have been significantly improved.","PeriodicalId":166178,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE 4th International Conference on Electronics and Communication Engineering (ICECE)","volume":"52 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128088942","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
