Eight Guizhou green teas were produced with two different rolling degrees, no rolling and heavy rolling, different aroma raising temperatures, and different aroma raising times. By detecting the quality components of tea polyphenols, amino acids, and phenol ammonia ratio, the quality of Guizhou green tea produced with no rolling and heavy rolling was analyzed and evaluated in multiple dimensions, by combining artificial sensory evaluation and intelligent sensory evaluation analysis, the optimal processing technology for Guizhou green tea has been identified. Results: The results showed that green tea that was not rolled and baked at 60 ˚C until fully dried, and flavored at 75 ˚C for 30 minutes had high polyphenol and amino acid content and low phenol ammonia ratio, excellent taste quality, and the highest sensory evaluation score. Conclusion: Sensory evaluation combined with physicochemical index analysis shows that the comprehensive quality of green tea is the best when it is not rolled, baked to dryness at 60 ˚C , and flavored at 75 ˚C for 30 minutes.","PeriodicalId":16596,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Organic Chemistry Research","volume":"118 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"89348039","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The results showed that the correlation coefficient between the average SPAD values at the middle 1/2 and upper and lower 3cm of rice leaves and the average SPAD values of the entire leaf was the highest. The average value, standard deviation, and coefficient of variation of SPAD values on both sides of rice leaves are as follows: smooth side > rough side, smooth side < rough side, smooth side < rough side, with a close 1:1 relationship between the front and back sides. The correlation between the color feature parameter G-B value and SPAD value is the best, and a functional relationship model is constructed, Y SPAD = − 0.4541X G-B + 64.4618 (n = 48, df = 45, R 2 = 0.7475, F = 133.2052, p < 0.01). Using Yunyan 87 as the test material, the “3414” field experiment design was used to analyze the agronomic characters, chemical components and economic indicators of flue-cured tobacco, and the NPK fertilizer rate was fitted by the fertilizer effect function equation. The agronomic characters and chemical components of different treatments are quite different. Comprehensively analyzing the growth and development of flue-cured tobacco and the performance at maturity, as well as the analysis of improving the yield and economic benefits of flue-cured tobacco in the later period, the effect of treatment T5 is the best. The established equation model can predict that the maximum fertilizer rates of N, P and K are 12.83 kg/666.67m 2 , 35 kg/666.67m 2 and 34.04 kg/666.67m 2 , respectively. From the perspective of comprehensively improving the economic benefits of flue-cured tobacco, the optimal fertilization rate is 12.5 kg/666.67m 2 of urea, 18 kg/666.67m 2 of superphosphate, and 33.2 kg/666.67m 2 of potassium sulfate.","PeriodicalId":16596,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Organic Chemistry Research","volume":"72 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"84056545","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The experimental results showed that the single treatment of rutile TiO 2 -NPs had little influence on rice chlorophyll content with the concentration of rutile TiO 2 -NPs. Single Cd treatment resulted in an increase in chlorophyll content and the toxicity of high concentration and small size Cd and rutile TiO 2 -NPs had great influence on chlorophyll content in rice. Under rutile TiO 2 -NPs single treatment, single Cd treatment and both, rice transpiration rate and stomatal conductivity gradually increased, but net photosynthetic rate and intercellular CO 2 concentration significantly decreased. The transpiration rate, intercellular CO 2 concentration and stomatal conductivity were not significantly different from the control, but the net photosynthetic rate changed differently under the combined stress of rutile TiO 2 -NPs and Cd. The content of Cd and Ti in roots of rice were much greater than those in the leaves. The rutile TiO 2 -NPs could reduce the mobility of Cd, but increase the mobility of Ti. These experimental results can provide some help and reference for exploring the single and joint effect of TiO 2 -NPs and Cd on rice.","PeriodicalId":16596,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Organic Chemistry Research","volume":"7 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"84286093","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The characteristics of the total and available content of Fe, Mn, Cu, and Zn in the soil and their profile distribution were analyzed. The results show that the content of iron, copper and zinc in the soil has a very significant negative correlation with the soil sand content, and a very significant positive correlation with the clay content. Shale > quartz sandstone; manganese content is significantly positively correlated with silt content, on average, sand shale > old weathered crust > quartz sandstone on soils developed from different parent materials. In soils developed from different parent materials, there is little difference in the average content of available iron; the average content of available Mn is sand shale > old weathered crust > quartz sandstone; the average effective Cu content of sand shale is greater than that of old weathered crust and quartz sandstone; the average Zn content in sand shale and quartz sandstone is greater than that in old weathering crust. The available Fe, Mn, Cu and Zn in the soil were all at the medium level or above, and the content was relatively abundant in the soil.","PeriodicalId":16596,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Organic Chemistry Research","volume":"15 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"85389831","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
