At the beginning, there is introduction about state of the art of high-speed machines. The following section presents the state of the motor design before this analysis. Numerical and analytical models and design procedures are used. Subsequently, these procedures are presented. For FPR structure fabrication a 3D laser lithography technique with non-linear two-photon polymerization (TPP) was used. Using single-step fabrication technique based on direct laser writing (DLW), we prepared 3D FPR structure, which was directly integrated at the end of a single mode optical fiber as an effective sensing element for lab-on-fiber (LOF) devices. The proposed FPR consists of IP-Dip structure with 35 μm air cavity. The parameters of FPR structure were numerically proposed and reflection spectrum was simulated by transfer matrix method (TMM). Reflection properties of FPR structure were measured using optical spectrum analyzer (OSA) in near-infrared region around wavelength of 1550 nm. The introduction of the article is described the base analysing for measurement insulating elements (oil and paper) of power transformers. The next part of article is described application of dielectric frequency domain spectroscopy (FDS) method for high-voltage power transformers. Diagnostic methods are used for measurement of insulating state of high-voltage devices with insulating parts as oil-paper. It was present that the values of these measuring results are highly impacted by the temperature of operating during the experimental diagnostics. Conductivity and moisture between dielectric transformer paper and insulating oil in an dielectric system are highly dependent from internal and ambient temperature. Two configurations of detectors were used in order to investigate detector’s efficiency of particle registration. Perpendicular configuration is used to investigate detector efficiency as a function of a depth in E - scintillator. Longitudinal configuration is used to investigate possible variation of detector efficiency due to possible misalignment. The expectations of a quality graduate is that not only that he or she will have good fundamental knowledge of the subject, but so called „soft\" competencies and eagerness to develop the needed skills independently. Traditional lectures fall short of providing the desired outcome, especially in the environment of reducing study years and increasing the number of working, even full time, students. Some of these points can be successfully addressed by using innovative teaching methods, including Problem Based Learning and Case Study. These methods have been implemented in teaching a variety of subjects, and their proponents have a strong base for advocating even wider use, but even those who are convinced of their advantages are reluctant to turn their lectures in to problem solving or case analysis. This is due to a number of reasons, including institutional and environmental ones, but at least some of it is the obstacle of needing to write a problem or a case. Readymade cases and problems are not in abundance and must be tailored to each class anyway. In order to achieve the desired outcome these must be, in simpler terms, good stories, and even the best engineering teachers cannot always be expected to write well, especially in such a challenging subject. This paper aims to describe the process of creating an interesting, useful and motivating problem or case for use in engineering classes and providing the tools for teachers to include more problem solving or case analysis in their teaching process. This process is based on the experience of using Problem Based Learning and Case Study with second year materials engineering students for teaching basic electronics.
