This study employed qualitative research. The research describes various empirical phenomena implemented regarding excellent Islamic boarding school management at international Islamic boarding schools. The research setting was the Aqobah International School (AIS) Islamic boarding school, Jombang. The researchers analyzed the data using Miles Huberman's interactive analysis. The study results show that the strategy of international Islamic boarding schools in realizing superior Islamic boarding school management accepts all new students based on equality and equity. It believes that every child is special and can be a champion. Moreover, the management of students is based on data and research, standardization of the quality of teaching staff, standardization of infrastructure, and standardization of student personal service. This study used a case study qualitative method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, non-participant observation, and documentation. The data were then analyzed using a qualitative data analysis of the Miles-Huberman-Saldana interactive model, using Knowles' andragogy theory as an analytical tool. This article concludes that kitab kuning-based integrative Islamic education at Ma'had Aly Lirboyo Kediri is designed to develop students' competencies based on their potential and condition, using andragogic principles. A range of learning methods is utilized, such as expository, memorization, deliberation, and uswatun hasanah, to accommodate differences in age and understanding. The social environment is also used as a learning medium to optimize outcomes. Ma'had Aly Lirboyo implements an integrative kitab kuning-based Islamic education approach through classroom lectures, public lectures, and various extracurricular activities, including Ramadan safari, khidmah, LBM deliberations, bandongan book recitation, and community service. The research instrument was a Likert questionnaire that measured the dimensions of self-leadership and productivity. The study employed principal component analysis (PCA) and path analysis using AMOS. The findings supported self-leadership as a multidimensional construct with five underlying dimensions comprising self-determined goals, self-reward, self-punishment, self–observation and self-cueing. Several latent variables further supported each dimension. In addition, the results showed that the dimensions of self-leadership and productivity are psychometrically sound regarding divergent and convergent validity. The average variance explained for each variable was (> .05), and the values for composite reliability of the constructs ranged from (.887 and .910). Furthermore, the study found that the dimensions of self-leadership, i.e. self-goal, self-reward, self-punishment, self–observation and self-cueing, positively predicted Muslim students’ productivity during remote teaching and learning, with a p-value of less than 0.00. This study aims to analyse the use of online media in distance learning in Madrasah Aliyah in terms of media utilisation, namely, the aspect of determining media and the aspect of media implementation. This research used descriptive qualitative methods in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri in Ponorogo. Data collection techniques consist of interviews, observation and documentation. The data is analysed using the Miles Huberman model of data reduction, display, and verification. The results of this study are as follows. First, the determination of synchronous and asynchronous online media in the implementation of distance learning in Madrasah Aliyah is carried out through three main points sequentially, namely setting criteria, determining alternative media, and performance in the classroom. Second, the implementation of synchronous and asynchronous online media in the implementation of distance learning in Madrasah Aliyah is carried out in two forms, individually and in combination. Synchronous online media is implemented in virtual face-to-face activities and material deepening. In contrast, asynchronous online media is implemented in practical exercises and assignments. Thus, the researchers conducted a case study to determine the Islamic integrated curriculum model at Islamic boarding schools in Blitar. The sample of this research was five leading Islamic boarding schools in Blitar. The data were collected through field observation and in-depth interviews with some informants, such as ustadz/ustadzah, santri, and santri’s guardians/parents. Then, it was analyzed using integrative and interactive techniques. It included data reduction, data display, and conclusion. This study found that the Islamic integrated curriculum system was applied by combining the national curriculum with the hidden curriculum compiled by each Islamic boarding school. It was adjusted to the Islamic boarding school’s vision, mission, and form. Applying the Islamic integrated curriculum model has effectively improved the santri’s religious character. Besides, the parent/guardian satisfaction index showed 89.6%. It is used as social capital in building the organizational culture of Islamic education. Therefore, this study employed a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques were interviews and observation to gain an in-depth understanding. This study found that there was some construction of pesantren local wisdom values: a) the local wisdom of the pesantren is a representation of universal values originating from the al-Qur'an and al-Hadith, the habitualization of these values is used as the basis for various management of pesantren education, b) internalization of the values of local wisdom is believed to be able to generate positive energy in the form of encouragement the formation of ethical behavior for each individual in the organization, such as honesty, commitment, discipline, independence, and responsibility, c) internalization of the local wisdom values of Islamic boarding schools is believed to be able to increase performance productivity. The research sample collection method is non-probability sampling using purposive sampling. There were 422 respondents from six Islamic higher education institutions in Indonesia. PLS-SEM analysis was used to test the structural model (8 variables and 41 constructs) and 17 hypotheses. The dimensions of the measurement model have met the evaluation of the measurement and structural model. The dominant factor measured leadership management. The job description was (IP5; λ = 89.00%), and the lowest factor was infrastructure facilities (PR4; λ = 77.30%). The ability of the structural model (R2) to explain the usefulness variable based on seven measuring variables was 79.50%. In contrast, the leadership management dimension (Q2) explains 59.40% of the phenomena predicted in the field. This research contributes to the success factor of measuring leadership management supported by the influence of worthiness, accuracy, and usefulness. This research employed a qualitative approach. The setting was at Ma'had al-Jāmi'ah Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung. The methods for collecting data were interviews, observation, and documentation. Data were validated by data triangulation. Meanwhile, the data analysis used an interactive model employing collection, reduction, display, and verification. The results of the study show that (1) Ma'had al-Jāmi'ah takes a strategic role in achieving the vision of UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung through cultural education as a support for academic education, namely Islamic boarding school education, (2) the implementation of the synthesis of Islamic boarding school and Islamic University at Ma’had al-Jāmi’ah of UIN Tulungagung according to Parsons cannot be separated from four functions – Adaptation, Goal Attainment, Integration, and Latency as requirements in its sustainability.
