Bali needs to make continuous quality improvements of its tourism industry by devoting particular attention to the hotel as an integral part of tourism. Through hotel user reviews, hotel managers gained insight about the hotel condition that was perceived by the users. based on online reviews in Tripadvisor.com, this study used text mining approach and aspect-based sentiment analysis to obtain hotel user opinion in the form of sentiment. Aspect-based sentiment analysis is able to provide information that is not provided by the typical sentiment analysis. To perform these tasks, this study tries to apply the Recursive Neural Tensor Network (RNTN) algorithm, which was commonly used for classifying sentiment in sentence level. With the average accuracy of 85%, the proposed algorithm performed well in classifying the sentiment of words or aspects. Moreover, the output can be used for evaluation in improving the quality of the hospitality industry as well as supporting the tourism industry in Indonesia.","PeriodicalId":165045,"journal":{"name":"2017 3rd International Conference on Science in Information Technology (ICSITech)","volume":"26 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"120961940","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The problems that exist are: many people cannot distinguish fraudulent and official websites, tracking sites by the police is less effective because it is only done one by one based on reported websites, whereas one fraud perpetrator can have multiple websites. Search websites on search engines require enormous effort, as not all of those websites are related to the fraud being tracked, shown on the first page. This research employs the Google Site Search Scrapping data in the form of Application Programmable Interface which allows offline data management, so that the search becomes more flexible and unlimited per page. The purpose of this tracking system is to track and find fraudulent websites based on certain keywords. The tracking procedure is adopted based on the Special Criminal Investigation Unit of Yogyakarta Regional Police Department. The keywords used for the input data is telephone number or website address. The telephone number is then filtered and break down into area code, space character, and number separator using regular expression (regex) method. The testing method of this study is done by using Software Usability Test method, which produced score 68.8. A score minimum for a system that can accepted are 68. So, based on the results of testing, known that the system is acceptable. The implementation of a tracking system it allows the police found some site false of one report, so to minimize the number of dupes.","PeriodicalId":165045,"journal":{"name":"2017 3rd International Conference on Science in Information Technology (ICSITech)","volume":"45 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116698818","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

One popular format allows participants to compete over a period of time to collect the most amount of laps. These types of competition are aimed towards making the participants more healthy by being active and engage in regular exercise. To motivate the participants, the runners with the most laps are usually rewarded for their effort. Traditionally most of these events are usually small local community events, in which there is little budget and manpower that could be allocated towards the management of the events. This makes investment on existing interactive ultra-high frequency (UHF) radio-frequency identification (RFID) race timing systems too expensive to be considered for these events. Due to the lack of cost-effective solution for the problem domain, this study proposes a cost-effective interactive platform that is based on low-frequency (LF) RFID devices. The proposed platforms helps manage the running events, log runner specifics, manages data through a centralized database, and shows participants' data such as lap times and total laps in real time. The proposed system was deployed at the Fit for Run event at Assumption University between January 23–February 28, 2017.","PeriodicalId":165045,"journal":{"name":"2017 3rd International Conference on Science in Information Technology (ICSITech)","volume":"100 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131409405","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

More than half of information technology's budget is spent on maintenance of services. The companies outsource application maintenance services in order to reduce cost of maintenance. Vendors provide application maintenance services by selecting the most suitable delivery model from the available options such as onshore, nearshore, offshore and blended models. A service provider does not have a model that helps in selecting the right delivery model. Currently, the best practice of the industry for model selection is based on the experience and skills set of the team or individuals involved in the decision-making process. In this paper, we propose a sourcing model for making outsourcing decision of application maintenance services based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process. The proposed model helps the decision makers in the selection of most suitable delivery model by determining the ranking of alternatives and identifying the preferred alternative. The model is mainly based on the identified set of important parameters that affect sourcing decision in the global delivery perspective. These parameters were identified during the research work at Stockholm University, Sweden and IBM Sweden. The proposed model is tested and validated with the application maintenance service experts' values at IBM Sweden.","PeriodicalId":165045,"journal":{"name":"2017 3rd International Conference on Science in Information Technology (ICSITech)","volume":"27 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129093896","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
