The population in this study were all students of class X MIA SMA Negeri 1 Pinangsori, which consisted of 4 classes (130 students). The sample of this study was determined by random cluster sampling, amounting to 30 people. The research instrument is learning interest. The average value of the final ability (Post-test) in the experimental class after the implementation of learning methods assisted by Pivot Animator software increased. The experimental class post-test results are (for max = 95, min = 75, dan = 84,3), while the control class post-test results are (for max = 80, min = 60, dan = 73,1). The altervative medicine as antifungal bioactive substance is obtained from Bulbus Allium cepa L. exstract. The ekstraction of Bulbus Allium cepa L. has held by maserasi technic using etanol 96% as a solvent. The phytochem skrining result of the Bulbus Allium cepa L. extract is composed by alkaloid, flavanoid, tannin, and saponin compound. The test of these extract as antifungal is held by disk diffusion method with concentration variation of the extract is 50 %, 75%, and 100% (w/v). The extraction variation of the extract is implemented to inhibitory test and the result of the test to Candida albicans is 13,5 mm ; 16 mm ; 19 mm respectively and 12 mm ; 15 mm ; 17 mm to Pityrosporum . Base on the data ( zone diameter test of those fungal ) is concluded the extract of Aulbus Allium Cepa L. has a strong category inhibitory test. Untuk mengakomodasi tujuan tersebut pembelajaran harus berorientasi pada masa yang akan datang secara berkelanjutan (lifelong learning). Oleh karenanya, pada makalah ini penulis mengkaji hasil penelitian tentang perkembangan lifelong learning mahasiswa, khususnya Habits of mind selama mengikuti perkuliahan Keanekaragaman Tumbuhan dengan program pembelajaran inkuiri berorientasi entrepreneurship. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada mahasiswa semester V Program Studi Pendidikan Biologi di salah satu LPTK di Jawa Tengah, dengan jumlah sampel 31 orang. Data dijaring dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan lembar observasi dalam bentuk rubrik Habits of mind yang diadaptasi dari framework lifelong learning Marzano. Ada delapan item pada rubrik tersebut yang merepresentasikan data tentang Habits of mind yang terdiri dari tiga aspek, yaitu: self regulation, critical thinking, dan creative thinking. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa skor rata-rata Habits of mind mahasiswa mengalami perkembangan, yaitu data yang dihimpun sebelum diberikan program adalah 2,68; dan data setelah diberikan program adalah 3,28 dari skor total 4,00. Data tersebut diperkuat dengan hasil temuan pada kegiatan observasi selama proses pembelajaran. Secara rata-rata Habits of mind mahasiswa berdasarkan hasil observasi menunjukkan perkembangan pada setiap tahapnya, yaitu tahap I (2,23), tahap II (2,58), tahap III (3,18), dan tahap IV (3,55). Demikian juga dengan data perkembangan Habits of mind yang ditunjukkan pada setiap aspeknya, ketiga aspek menunjukkan perkembangan secara signifikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Terdapat pengaruh hasil belajar siswa dengan menggunakan pembelajaran Kooperatif Example Non Examples berbantuan laboratorium hal ini dapat dilihat hasil belajar siswa meningkat dari 41,85 menjadi 81,68. Metode yang akan dipakai adalah metode eksperimen untuk mengetahui kemampuan daun pacar (Lawsonia inermis L.) sebagai anti jamur pada kuku. Pengukuran dilakukan satu kali dalam waktu yang bersamaan. Rencana kegiatan yang akan dilaksanakan adalah pembuatan ekstrak daun pacar (Lawsonia inermis L.), uji kandungan kimia ekstrak daun pacar (Lawsonia inermis L.), pembuatan media jamur yaitu media PDA, pembuatan suspensi jamur dari kuku, uji aktivitas jamur pada kuku, analisis data aktivitas jamur pada kuku. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi dosis ekstrak daun pacar maka semakin tinggi juga aktivitasnya terhadap biakan jamur kuku pada penelitian ini. Dosis ekstrak daun pacar yang tertinggi adalah 7,5 g, dimana ditandai dengan rata-rata diameter zona hambatnya adalah 2,14 cm dan rata-rata luas zona jernihnya adalah 1,14 ± 0,22 cm2. Secara statistik menunjukkan hasil yang tidak berbeda nyata pada hubungan dosis ekstrak daun pacar dan rata-rata luas zona jernih (0,001 < P < 0,05), dengan Mean Square yaitu 0,048. Schott, Nephrolepis sp., Prosaptia sp., Selaginella martensii Spring., Selaginella sp., Selaginella wildenowii (Desv. & Baker) dan Vittaria elongata Sw. dan tergolong ke dalam 2 divisi, 2 kelas dan 12 famili yaitu Aspidiaceae, Aspleniaceae, Athyriaceae, Cyatheaceae, Dryopteridaceae, Grammitidaceae, Hymenophyllaceae, Lindsaeaceae, Nephrolepidaceae, Polypodiaceae, Vittariaceae dan Selaginellaceae. This was eksperimental research with One Group Pretest Posttest Design. The population was all class XI IPA SMA Negeri 1 Padangsidimpuan (128 students) and sample was taken through cluster random sampling, so the sample was 32 students. The instrument of this research was the achievement test. The result of this study indicated that student learning outcomes using STAD cooperative learning model (74,69) were higher than student learning outcomes using convensional learning model (62,25). Jeruk Keprok Maga sampai saat ini masih merupakan tanaman pekarangan di daerah asalnya di Kecamatan Puncak Sorik Marapi Kabupaten Mandailing Natal. Jeruk jenis ini mempunyai keunggulan rasa buah yang manis, bentuk buah bulat gepeng, lembut dan mudah dikupas. Tetapi virus CVPD menyebabkan kematian dalam jumlah yang besar pada 10 tahun yang lalu sehingga menyebabkan petani jeruk keprok maga beralih menanam kakao di Mandailing Natal Sumatra Utara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor bioekologis terhadap penyebaran jeruk keprok maga Mandailing Natal. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dari bulan Maret sampai bulan Juli 2019 di Mandailing Natal dan di Laboratorium Biologi Universitas Muhammadiyah Tapanuli Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif. Metode yang akan dipakai adalah metode eksperimen untuk mengetahui kemampuan ekstrak buah karamunting (Melastoma malabathricum) sebagai pewarna alami berbagai jenis bahan tekstil. Pengukuran dilakukan satu kali dalam waktu yang bersamaan. Kegiatan yang dilaksanakan adalah pembuatan ekstrak buah karamunting (Melastoma malabathricum), uji kandungan kimia ekstrak buah karamunting (Melastoma malabathricum), dan pewarnaan beberapa jenis kain. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa alternatif bahan pewarna alami tekstil dengan menggunakan ekstrak buah karamunting (Melastoma malabathricum) sebagai bahan penggantinya. Dimana dari hasil uji kandungan kimia ekstrak buah karamunting yang tertinggi adalah zat flavonoid, tanin, dan polifenol, sedangkan kandungan kimia yang terendah adalah zat alkaloid. From the results of the development test: (1) problem-based mathematics modules fulfiill validity criteria with valid predicates, (2) the problem-based mathematics modules was practical based on revised and interview results from the expert teams, and (3) this problem-based mathematics modules was effective to used based on observations the time ideal of percentage achievemen , the results of the mathematical problem solving ability test fulfill classical completeness, that was 80% of the test subjects, and (4) the improvement of students' mathematical problem solving skills by using the module from test I to trial II and fulfill the classical completeness.
