Information about position of electronic levels and energy bands was obtained. It was revealed, that ferroelectric AFB has direct energy gap with a bandgap value <tex>$boldsymbol{E}_{g}=6.79mathbf{eV}$</tex>. The developed software downloads text information in various formats and carries out tokenization and lemmatization procedures using the Python Tokenize UK and pymorphy2 libraries. The obtained array of words in the basic grammatical form was analyzed using tonal dictionaries of the Ukrainian language. A dictionary of synonyms was used to expand the vocabulary. To increase the validity of sentiment analysis, coefficients were used that take into account the various emotional loads of words of different speech parts and their dissimilar impact on the overall assessment of the text tone as well as the action of intensifying or softening adverbs. Using the means of fuzzy modeling for sentiment analysis of texts makes it possible to take into account subjective factors of the expression of human emotions and for the contribution of all emotional categories in the final evaluation of the text tone. A quantitative value of the text tone has been obtained by the method of the center of gravity for one-element sets. The solution of the problem is carried out taking into account the code rate and the number of iterations decoding for envisaging the defined noise immunity indices. The noise immunity of signal-code constructions based on low-density codes has been increased by combining them with multi position digital modulation. This solution eventually allowed to develop a strategy for decoder designing of such codes and to optimize the code structure for a specific information network. The paper presents experimental studies of low-density codes for different types of channels. The maximum noise immunity is determined. The possibility of combining low-density codes with differential modulation is estimated. The gate is designed for an FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array). Additionally, a genetic algorithm was used to optimize the characteristics of the circuit such as number of gates, quantum cost, delay, number of auxiliary inputs (garbage outputs). The model of the gate was created and verified in Active-HDL environment. An applied magnetic field near the compensation point induces weak additional canting of the transition metal M3+ magnetic moments that violates the energy balance of isotropic and anisotropic exchange interactions in the system of transition-metal and rare-earth ions. Golcher, for different models of random symbolic sequences and compare it with the corresponding data obtained for natural-language texts and program codes. The character of $v(t)$ function, the saturated repetition parameter $v_{0}$ averaged at large enough times $t$ and the appropriate standard deviation $Delta v_{0}$ are examined for 144 natural, random and randomized texts of different types. The main peculiarities of repetitions peculiar for the Simon, Markov and Miller's monkey text-generating models are analyzed. A lot of combinations of technical equipment, different operational conditions, and other factors require design and implementation of reliable diagnosis methods. Acoustic signal based fault diagnosis of natural gas pumping units is well known and widely used in a number of applications. Statistical modeling and frequency analysis are among the most popular. In this paper, we share our experience in the use of the classification model based on an artificial multilayered dense feed forward neural network and a deep learning approach for software-implemented diagnosis of a GTK-25-i type of pumping unit. The model predicts three states of the unit: “nominal”, “normal”, and “faulty”. It this research we used combination of vibration signal and acoustic emission signal as features for neural network model. In this paper we present the descriptive statistics, time and frequency domains analysis of vibration and acoustic emission signals. We present the developed structure of input data pipeline and the architecture of the deep neural network. The paper shows the detailed training, validation, and test class-wise metrics. Also we present the final classification performance as F1-score for each of three classes and compare results with other well-known approaches. The paper reports the overall accuracy of 0.9864 and minimum F1-score of 0.8113. Programs that provide information exchange in social networks are analyzed. These include such popular programs as messengers, Viber, Telegram, Snapchat, Skype. Their possibilities and differences are analyzed. A chatbot has been developed for the Telegram program with information parsing functions. The diagram of business processes for a chatbot is constructed. Developed the architecture of a chat bot that searches for blocks of information and has the function of highlighting useful information by keywords. The method of information retrieval by words and the pseudocode of the developed information retrieval program are given. We have developed our own method of searching for information, which is based on finding blocks of text by keywords, and then refining by expressions.
