{"title":"THE TALIBAN POLITICS OF VIOLENCE IN AFGHANISTAN: A WEBERIAN HISTORICAL-SOSIOLOGICAL PERSPEKTIVE","authors":"I. By uncovering the case, researchers have tried to reveal the legitimacy of the views of such violence in the name of religion. The study is a qualitative research through a literature review with a historical-sosiological approach by the lens of Max Weber’s theory which looks at the existence of violence within a religious discourse. By analyzing the extent of the Taliban movement’s level in mobilizing people to commit acts of violence, this study emphasizes a historical analysis, i.e, collecting data on the lives of the Afghan people in order to reveal the actual facts. It finds that the politics of violence is used as a guideline for their act of war and revolution i.e., the Taliban jihad in Afghanistan. In terms of jihad in defense of religion, they misinterpret violence in the name of religion. This divide and conquer strategy has destroyed the solidity and strength of the Indonesian nation, so that it was scattered in a civil war. However, entering the 20th century, the divisive politics played by the Dutch began to be less relevant to work, so the Dutch had to give up and leave Indonesia in 1942. How the Dutch's divisive politics worked became the focus of this research. Then, how is the connection and relevance with the religious polarization that is currently sweeping the Indonesian nation to be a topic that is also discussed. This study uses a qualitative approach by examining various literature such as journals, books, documents and news information in the mass media. the political phenomenon after the 2019 presidential election that occurred in Indonesia with divisive politics in the Dutch style and there are those who benefit if there are two parties fighting with the intention of controlling the resources in Indonesia. This research finds facts, the success of the divisive politics carried out by the Dutch to colonize Indonesia for hundreds of years, including the economic dependence of the elite group in Indonesia on the Dutch; political and economic stability in the Netherlands. While the factors of failure, among others, the economic crisis experienced by the Netherlands; There was no longer the dependency of the Indonesian elite on the Dutch. Demonstrasi yang dilakukan merupakan sebuah metode dalam menyampaikan aspirasi dan pendapat kepada pemerintah, semua aksi demonstrasi yang dilaksanakan merupakan bentuk dari ketidakpuasan terhadap kebijakan yang dibuat pemerintah. Kemudian timbul pertanyaan apakah demonstrasi yang diadakan sudah sesuai dengan ajaran Islam atau belum, karena demonstrasi ditemukan juga dalam politik Islam dan lekat dengan istilah mudzaharah dan masirah. Melihat hal tersebut, perlu kiranya dilakukan kajian terhadap fenomena ini. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis: 1) demonstrasi yang sering dilakukan; 2) hukum demonstrasi dalam ajaran Islam; mendeskripsikan 1) kegiatan demonstrasi yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa di Indonesia; serta 2) kewajiban mahasiswa untuk mengetahui dan menjalankan demonstrasi yang sesuai dengan ajaran Islam. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, penelitian ini akan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif-deskriptif dengan teknik studi pustaka. Untuk mencapai tujuan tesebut, dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode penelitian kualitatif-deskriptif dengan teknik studi pustaka. Di Kota Bandar Lampung  terdapat sekitar 14 toko modern yang setiap Tahun nya jumlahnya meningkat sementara jumlah pasar tradisional sebanyak 10 buah. Dengan munculnya berbagai macam pasar modern di yang telah menjamur di seluruh wilayah Kota Bandar Lampung memberikan berbagai dampak baik positif maupun negatif bagi masyarakat. Dampak positif yang diberikan antara lain mempermudah akses masyarakat mendapatkan barang konsumsi yang mereka butuhkan karena supermarket dan minimarket memiliki kelengkapan barang-barang kebutuhan sehari-hari. Selain itu letaknya yang berada dekat dengan pemukiman maupun akses jalan membuat supermarket minimarket mudah dijangkau.Penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan (field research) yaitu memaparkan dan menggambarkan keadaan serta fenomena yang lebih jelas mengenai situasi yang terjadi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari secara intensif tentang kebijakan pemerintah daerah dalam pengembangan pasar tradisional untuk meningkatkan daya saing terhadap pasar modern di Kota Bandar Lampung. Data primer untuk penelitian ini adalah berupa data dari hasil wawancara dengan pegawai Dinas  Perdagangan Kota Bandar Lampung. Dalam penelitian ini data sekunder yang berkaitan kebijakan pemerintah daerah dalam pengembangan pasar tradisional  untuk meningkatkan daya saing terhadap pasar modern di Kota Bandar Lampung.Pihak yang  menjadi informan utama dalam penelitian ini adalah pihak-pihak yang terlibat dalam kebijakan pemerintah daerah dalam pengembangan pasar tradisional untuk meningkatkan daya saing terhadap pasar modern di Kota Bandar Lampung, sedangkan pihak-pihak lain yang terkait dengan kebijakan pemerintah daerah dalam pengembangan pasar tradisional untuk meningkatkan daya saing terhadap pasar modern di Kota Bandar Lampung menjadi informan tambahan. Adapun kegiatan pengumpulan data dilakukan setelah penelitian dilakukan atau disusun. Pengumpulan data merupakan salah satu proses dalam penelitian yang dapat membantu memecahkan permasalahan yang sedang diteliti, oleh karena itu data yang dikumpulkan harus cukup Analisis data dengan mengumpulkan data, redukasi data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan.Hasil penelitian yaitu Pemerintah Kota Bandar Lampung telah mengambil berbagai model kebijakan sebagai  upaya untuk mengembangkan pasar tradisional dalam rangka menghadapi maraknya pasar modern. This article analyzes the narration of the minister of religion, Gus Yaqut, in the Interfaith National Gathering Webinar by Polda Metro Jaya on 27 December 2020 which said that Islamic populism must be prevented from developing. This type of research is a literature study, the nature of the research is qualitative which describes critical discourse on the narrative of the minister of religion, using a critical discourse analysis approach from Norman Fairclough, this article seeks to elaborate on linguistic aspects in the context of ideology and interests, actors, and social practices that lie behind the narrative . The results of this study indicate that the discourse of Islamic populism in Gus Yaqut's narrative cannot be separated from the government's efforts to eradicate radical and intolerant groups which are also related to resistance to opposition from conservative Islamic groups. The title of this research is \"The Influence of Administrative Service Quality on Student Satisfaction at SMAN 1 PunggurLampung Tengah\". The purpose of this researchis to find data and information regarding how much quality of administrative services can influence on student satisfaction at SMAN 1 Punggur Lampung Tengah.The purpose of this research was to find the effect of qualityadministrative services on student satisfaction of SMAN 1 Punggur, Lampung Tengah partially. Satisfaction for students is the study of the problems in this reseach. This research method uses an explanatory survey method. The population in this study amounted to 70 students with a research sample of 60 students. Data collected by using a questionnaire with the sampling technique in this study using simple random sampling. Quantitative analysis in this study will be used to test the validity and reliability test with product moment. To test the hypothesis in this research is by using simple regression. The results of data analysis show that: (1) Service quality administration has a significant effect on student satisfaction partially, obtained diperoleh Fvalue> F ttable that is 8.361> 1.671, at a significant level of 5%. With a correlation level of 0.739, if it is formulated in a percentage it would be 54.7%.
