SARS-CoV-2 spreads primarily through exposure to respiratory droplets expelled by infected individuals. This exposure may occur if a person touches his/her mouth, nose or eyes after contact with a contaminated surface. Elevators are small enclosed spaces used in a wide variety of settings and often see multiple users in quick succession. This puts users at risk of contracting COVID-19 and other diseases that follow similar transmission patterns. The ongoing pandemic shows us a need to redesign current systems, including elevators to prevent the transmission of such diseases. Current methods rely on manual cleaning and disinfection of elevator cabins, which is time and manpower consuming. Elevator hygiene protocols such hand sanitization and wearing masks depend on user compliance. This work proposes a system for the automatic disinfection of elevator cabins using UV-C light. This is done in a manner that does not disrupt regular elevator operation, which is controlled using a microcontroller. In order to further improve safety standards, physical buttons are replaced with touch-less ones using ultrasonic sensors.","PeriodicalId":163458,"journal":{"name":"2020 International Conference on Interdisciplinary Cyber Physical Systems (ICPS)","volume":"33 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116885068","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It makes the heart beat with an irregular rhythm; either too slowly or too fast. Atrial fibrillation is the most well-known form of arrhythmia. It arises when the upper chambers of the heart – atria (singular: atrium) - experiences chaotic electrical signals and this results in rapid heart rate. Though initially, the disease may not have any symptoms - if left untreated it may be fatal. Electrocardiography (ECG) is the most common test to find out if the patient is suffering from atrial fibrillation. Thus, ECG analysis helps to diagnose cardiac arrhythmia. In this work, we aim at developing a complete wearable application that uses signal pre-processing combined with a Deep Learning Model consisting of 1-D Convolution Neural Networks and Long Short-term Memory Networks to classify single-lead ECG signals into different categories. The model classifies between sinus rhythm, atrial fibrillation, noisy ECG signal and other forms with a high percentage of precision and accuracy and then displays the result and notifies the user about their condition through a mobile application that is connected to a real-time database through the cloud. This method is fast and reliable as the device gives the user an early diagnosis of arrhythmia based on the received electric signals - upon which you can immediately undergo proper clinical procedures to avoid complications.","PeriodicalId":163458,"journal":{"name":"2020 International Conference on Interdisciplinary Cyber Physical Systems (ICPS)","volume":"20 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125436574","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

One of the best features of BFT is to operate on a distributed network to make an agreement or consensus even when the few nodes in the network fail to respond or respond with incorrect information. The Electronic Health Record (EHR) or Medical Health Record (MHR) is one of the blooming online health care service that is used to store the patient health record in protected manner. Hyperledger Fabric is used to provide security and privacy and also promotes the globalization of world-class treatment that can be given to any patient with appropriate cost and medicine. According to HIPAA guidelines and policies, every patient has the right to proper treatment and medicine. It not only promotes health to patients but also the right to know the treatment charges around the globe and disease is cured with less cost and time. Every patient feels comfort and ease as the treatments are given properly because no doctor gives an inappropriate treatment or collects more than what is taken as the medical charge. Now-a-days more than the doctors or the hospital management the medical representatives or medical insurance people make unnecessary charges and make the patient claim more medical insurance. When the BFT is used in maintaining the health records of patients it provides overall reliability and trustworthiness in making efficient access to the data.","PeriodicalId":163458,"journal":{"name":"2020 International Conference on Interdisciplinary Cyber Physical Systems (ICPS)","volume":"16 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123678116","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
