These problems are caused by uncontrolled human activities and lead to environmental damage. To resolve this problem is by using computerized facilities that can monitor real environmental condition in the form of green open space. The provision of such facilities is enabled by free and accessible Google earth image. However, the information provided by Google earth only shows satellite photos that cannot be used for objects classification of green open space on the surface of the earth. Therefore, it is necessary to develop methods to classify objects of earth's surface, particularly in urban area, using free and available data from Google earth. The case study of this research includes several cities in Indonesia, while the method employed to classify image-based green open space was naïve bayes classifier (NBC). In this paper, training and testing are among two stages used in classifying green open space. Training process is to construct a new structure of NBC model which involves several NBC models. While testing process is to classify green open space based on the structure. This machine log contains a variety of information about the printed product produced. By analyzing the login, it is expected to find patterns that can be used to find out customer needs. Case-based Reasoning is a knowledge transformation technique used in the context of a new algorithm. The way to find out the case-based reason is to use data mining techniques. One technique is the C4.5 method, called the tree data mining method which is often used in classifying and making rules based on transactional data or facts. The purpose of this study is to determine the rules or segmentation of customers. In this study an electronic secure disposition application will be developed in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of State for Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform number 6 of 2011 concerning Regulation of Electronic Service Manuscripts to overcome manual disposition problems in Government Institution. The application will apply the Blowfish algorithm as its encryption method. and digital signatures with SHA-512 hash functions and RSA digital signatures in the attached file. The methodology used is Prototyping and modeling with UML (Unified Modeling Language). The results obtained in the form of a safe electronic disposition system are called Electronic Disposition Information System (e-disposition) of government institution. The design method used is DSDLC (Database System Development Lifecycle). The results achieved in this study are application prototypes in the form of Application Programming Interface (API). This study found the fact that the broad match ad keyword system was based on the ad keyword search feature at PT. XYZ has not been able to search for keywords without regard to the order of the search keywords. Based on this, this study determines the workings of broad match keyword features by applying the search rules broad matching, synonym, and stemming into the existing ad keyword search system. Keyword analysis uses the rules of broad matching, synonym, and stemming. One platform has been developed for student learning through sasmoko.com. The e-learning needs to be evaluated specifically related to student satisfaction. Survey research method with the Neuroresearch approach, which is a Mixed Method which includes exploratory, explanatory and confirmatory research stages. Data collection techniques with satisfaction assessment sheets, Likert scale ranges from 1 to 5. Construct validity with Orthogonal Iterations, Index reliability of 0.865. LSB 3-3-2 is a message embedding technique on 3 Least Significant Bit (LSB) on the red and green channel, while in the blue channel only 2 LSB. Embedding messages on blue channels is less than red and green, which aims to maintain the quality of imperceptibility of stego image with maximum message payload is 2.67 bits per pixel (bpp). To improve message security, dual encryption methods are used, ie Caesar and Vigenere ciphers combined with bitwise and operator and bitwise or operators on the embedding process. The population in Dharmasraya continues to increase with growth rate around 2.78% per year until 2016, therefore the government need to concern a methods to monitor the spread of traders and residents. The aim of this paper is to present spatial analysis to analyze the distribution of traders and population. Spatial analysis data requiring Exploratory Spatial Data Analysis (ESDA) to see the patterns of population density and traders, spatial analysis assumes the spatial correlations between regions as a research objects. The distribution of traders and population in a sub-districts will be affecting the other sub-districts. In order to find out the relationship between traders and the population, this research will be using Spatial Lag Autocorrelation and spatial error autocorrelation to determine spatial interaction, and also by using Univariate Moran I for global spatial autocorrelation. Methods based on administrative boundaries are added to this analysis as a matrix weight for comparison with existing methods in ESDA tools. The results of spatial exploration in population density data and the traders in Dharmasraya resulting in some spatial grouping. The spread of population and traders in 2016 is significantly positive, meaning that there is a similarity of values from adjacent and clustered locations.
