Mathematical statistical models are usually used to assess the impact of aging issues on the life of the optical cable. Based on the monitoring data of the optical cable lines, this paper proposes to use Weibull Proportional Hazard Model (WPHM) to improve the accuracy of the evaluation results. We take the maximum availability of the optical cable as the optimization goal, calculate the degradation threshold of optical cable line, and make the availability assessment and maintenance decisions of optical cable based on the threshold. An example of optical cable relay section is used to verify the accuracy of the evaluation method. The feature set is evaluated by the local features of the sample, and the key features of big data are selected. Therefore, a big data clustering algorithm based on chaotic correlation feature extraction is proposed. The shortcomings of traditional methods are analyzed, and a multi-dimensional state space vector and chaotic trajectory are established by reconstructing the phase space, so that many geometric feature quantities in the original system remain unchanged, which provides an effective basis for analyzing the chaotic characteristics of the original system. The false nearest neighbor algorithm is used to select the best embedding dimension with the time delay indicated by the abscissa when the average mutual information amount is taken as the first minimum value taken as the optimal time delay for reconstructing the phase space. The construction method is based on the principle of embedded intelligent protocol converter, which can be compatible with a variety of common communication protocols on the market. Based on this, the construction method takes the power line carrier communication as the carrier, and takes the COAP-lot protocol as the conversion target protocol, which can provide two major functions for the power quality auxiliary equipment, namely, data exchange and plug and play. According to the micro crack detection signal of mechanical welding defects, combined with Bayesian inference, PCA and common classification algorithm, the micro crack features of mechanical welding are extracted. On the basis of this, denoise the micro crack detection signal and extract useful information. The processed signals are input into SVM classifier, and the penalty factor and RBF kernel function are optimized according to the process of simulating colony foraging. The global optimal value for crack detection is selected. In order to solve the above problems, a virtual reality based e-commerce logistics distribution path display system is designed. Based on the hardware of the current path display system, the logistics vehicle positioning module using GIS and GPRS is designed, and the interaction between the system and users is realized by using the body sense interactive equipment and VR glasses. Based on the designed system hardware, the software part of the system is designed. According to the time difference of signal transmission, the positioning data of logistics distribution is corrected, and the 3D modeling software is used to establish the background of path display and complete the design of e-commerce logistics distribution path display. The simulation results show that compared with macro cell base station under the ground environment, train to train communication quality under tunnel environment is better due to uniform signal strength coverage. In addition, the construction method can also alleviate a series of problems existing in the current shopping malls, such as low level of intelligence, high operating costs, low operational efficiency, low customer satisfaction, security problems and so on.
