This study aims to reveal the dimensions of the science of tauhid contained in the book al-Risālah al - Maimūniyyah which is interpreted from the content of nahu science contained in the book al-Ājurrūmiyyah. In addition, this study aims to reveal the method used by Ali bin Maimun in interpreting the study of nahu into a study of tauhid in the book al-Risālah al - Maimūniyyah. In t he process of data analysis, this research uses the hermeneutic theory of Paul Ricoeur. The results of this study indicate that the dimensions of the science of tauhid contained in the book of al-Risālah al-Maimūniyyah are the dimensions of ilāhiyyāt, nubuwwāt and the dimensions of the principles of tauhid in general. Populasi digunakan 3B yang berjumlah 42 siswasetelah dipih menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu (a) observasi,(b) wawancara, dan(c) tes. Sedangkan analisis datadalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan (a) uji normalitas, (b) uji homogenitas, dan (c) Abstract This study aims to determine how much influence the SIMAS ERIC model (Skimming, Mind mapping, Questioning, Exploring, Writing, Communicating) in learning Arabic has on the mastery of nahwu rules in grade 3 Pondok Pesantren KHAS Kempek Cirebon in the 2020/2021 academic year. This study uses a quantitative research method of pre-experimental type with a one group pretest-posttest design. The population used is all 3rd grade students at Pondok Pesantren KHAS Kempek Cirebon for the 2020/2021 academic year. Then the sample used was only class 3B students, totaling 42 students after being selected using cluster random sampling technique. The data collection techniques used are (a) observation, (b) interviews, and (c) tests. Meanwhile, the data analysis in this study was using (a) normality test, (b) homogeneity test, and (c) hypothesis testing using t-test. The results of this study indicate that the SIMAS ERIC learning model can improve mastery of nahwu rules in learning Arabic. This is proven when the pretest is done, students get an average score of 53.81 which is in the \"less\" category. Meanwhile, when the posttest was conducted, students got an average score of 75.00 which was in the \"good\" category. So the difference between the two results above is 21.19 which indicates a significant increase.
