In this way, the accuracy of news representation model can be improved to some extent. Incremental k-means clustering based on time window and multi-center topic model is proposed to tackle topic center drift problem, reduce the error caused by inadequate topic model, and therefore, improve the clustering accuracy. At last, we defined an improved energy accumulation formula. And based on media attention, topic competition, topic burstiness magnitude and topic cohesiveness, we constructed a topic hotness evaluation model to quantify the topic hotness and therefore to better distinguish the hot topics from the cold topics. The experimental results demonstrated the effectiveness of our approaches and models.","PeriodicalId":162067,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 3rd International Conference on Computer Science and Application Engineering","volume":"55 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-10-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124167998","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Most of the map matching results obtained in these research fields are based on road networks. However, it is not cost-effective to buy a set of road network data in a country with a small amount of business, and in areas where the road network is thinly scattered and the maintenance work of road network is not timely enough. At this time, it is a big challenge to position the vehicle on the predetermined route basing on roadless navigation data. Inspired by road network-based map-matching algorithms, the contribution of this paper is introducing the time constraints and the direction constraints to transition probability in Hidden Markov Model(HMM), so that the position of the vehicle can be more accurately located at a certain point in the route, and the application of the algorithm in this no road networks scenario is improved accordingly. Experiments show that, in the case of the high sampling rate, the accurate performance meets the business requirements.","PeriodicalId":162067,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 3rd International Conference on Computer Science and Application Engineering","volume":"20 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-10-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114668831","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, there is still some room to improve the optimization performance of it. In this work, we introduce an enhanced multi-population ensemble DE (eMPEDE). In the proposed algorithm, an improved mutation strategy \"rand-to-mpbest/1\" replaces \"rand/1\" in MPEDE to balance the exploration and exploitation, which utilizes multiple best solutions to guide searching. Moreover, an improved parameter adaptation method is employed to alleviate premature convergence by using success-history based adaptation. The experiments on CEC2005 benchmark problems are executed, including a comparison with other peer competitors. The experimental results reveal the capability of eMPEDE to generate more competitive results compared to MPEDE and other peer competitors.","PeriodicalId":162067,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 3rd International Conference on Computer Science and Application Engineering","volume":"7 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-10-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124471947","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Because of the rapid development of catering industry and the growth of modern people's spiritual consumption demand, the catering industry has introduced the Internet, which improves the efficiency of catering services, reduces costs, improves the efficiency of restaurants, and also saves queuing and waiting time for customers, and improves customer satisfaction. In recent years, with the development of communication technology, the 5G era is coming, which will certainly promote the development of Internet of Things intelligent restaurants in a better direction. The intelligent restaurant designed in this paper is mainly based on the intelligent management system of Internet of Things and cloud computing technology. In this intelligent system, customers order food through the micro-message program or counter ordering machine. After ordering, the general control system will process the information of the customers' ordering, and then get the kinds and quantity information of the raw materials used in the food, and transmit it to the chef. The chef transmits the data information to the manipulator through the touch screen terminal to obtain the material and transport it. The system sends the raw materials back to the chef to facilitate the chef's processing. Finally, the information of the chef's food production will be returned to the user through the display screen on the table. Customers take and eat according to the instructions on the screen. Based on the existing ordering system, numbering system, calling system and cash register system, this paper designs the back -kitchen system to realize intelligent management and make the intelligent restaurant enterprises occupy an advantageous position in the same industry.","PeriodicalId":162067,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 3rd International Conference on Computer Science and Application Engineering","volume":"44 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-10-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128795924","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The sentence extractor extracts the primary sentences by a scoring and selecting module, among which it selects the final sentences based on impact factor computed by the transformer model and builds the output summary by the quadratic check. The transformer model based on attention mechanisms is trained and generates the probability impact factor of each sentence used for further predicting the relative importance of the sentences. Meanwhile word frequency and position information are used in the process of extractive summarization. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by the experiments on CNN/Daily Mail and DUC2002 datasets.","PeriodicalId":162067,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 3rd International Conference on Computer Science and Application Engineering","volume":"23 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-10-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125473977","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This paper mainly classifies and summarizes the students' data from the three aspects of student basic information, campus learning and campus life. It focuses on the feature extraction and index mining of students' campus consumption, curriculum and performance data, and constructs the student's personal big data behavior analysis model. In-depth analysis and mining of student consumption behavior data to explore students' dietary rules and consumption level. Through data analysis, the following rules were found: 1)The total number of students eating at school decreases year by year, and the breakfast rate decreases year by year; 2) Freshmen are one hour ahead of the \"peak period\" of breakfast meals for the whole group;3) The students' academic scores are highly correlated with the meal rate, breakfast meal rate and eating consumption level, and are less correlated with variables such as window selection stability, etc. 4) The more regular the student's diet, the more stable the level of consumption, and the higher the level of learning effort, the better the student's academic performance.","PeriodicalId":162067,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 3rd International Conference on Computer Science and Application Engineering","volume":"140 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-10-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123332088","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, state-of-the-art methods cannot provide an effective and efficient calculation. For this purpose, the present study proposed an algorithm named, Breakdown Path Capture (BPC), which was based on the Monte-Carlo collisions model. This algorithm can determine the critical path to start a breakdown and calculate the breakdown voltage in complex-structure electrodes. In addition, gas breakdown tests were also employed in two typical application cases. According to the comparison between the test and calculation results, the computational error of BPC ranges within 7.8%-11.2%, and the time cost by BPC for each case in the present study was <15 seconds. Meanwhile, based on the test and BPC results, it was concluded that the critical breakdown path transfer can lead to a straight line in the breakdown voltage curve. The present study can provide a numerical method and theoretical reference for related applications.","PeriodicalId":162067,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 3rd International Conference on Computer Science and Application Engineering","volume":"35 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-10-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121341630","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
