It was reported that mobile phone users sometimes feel anxiety because of the complexity. The purpose of our work is to propose a self-learning method which can support users to have an appropriate mental model of a complex system, e.g., a mobile phone in this study. Explanation about functions of a target system is made using a means-end layered model. A user can learn from functions with the most abstract representation, and move on more concrete and detailed representation. After the first step, he or she moves to technical explanations of actual troubles based on the representations used in the first step. In the third step, the contents show procedures which a user should take in a specific trouble case. It is expected that the learner will have ability of effective use and of trouble avoiding. The method is used to find the maximum and minimum eigenvalues. We simulated the algorithm using common digital signal in wireless communication namely rectangular pulse shape, raised cosine and root-raised cosine to test the performance of the signal detector. The SVD-based signal detector was found to be more efficient in sensing signal without knowing the properties of the transmitted signal. The execution time is acceptable compared to the favorable energy detection. The computational complexity of SVD-based detector is medium compared to the energy detector. The algorithm is suitable for blind spectrum sensing where the properties of the signal to be detected are unknown. This is also the advantage of the algorithm since any signal would interfere and subsequently affect the quality of service (QoS) of the IEEE 802.22 connection. The aim of this research is to develop a complete model of the BLDC motor and to design an optimal controller for its position control. Generally PID controller is used for many control problems because of its simple structure and easy implementation. However in practice, we often do not get the optimum performance with the conventionally tuned PID controllers. For this purpose, Genetic Algorithm is proposed as a global optimizer to find the optimized PID gains for position control of BLDC motor. The efficiency of this method is compared with that of traditional method. Simulation results showed that PID control tuned by GA provides more efficient closed loop response for position control of BLDC motor. Cryptography process seeks to distribute an estimation of basic cryptographic primitives across a number of confluences in order to reduce security assumptions on individual nodes, which establish a level of fault-tolerance opposing to the node alteration. In a progressively networked and distributed communications environment, there are more and more useful situations where the ability to distribute a computation between a number of unlike network intersections is needed. The reason back to the efficiency (separate nodes perform distinct tasks), fault-tolerance (if some nodes are unavailable then others can perform the task) and security (the trust required to perform the task is shared between nodes) that order differently. Hence, this paper aims to describe and review the different research that has done toward text encryption and description in the block cipher. In this model bidders decide to join or leave the auction, depending on the results of the previous auction round. They have some drawback like speed and power consumption, but they can achieve complex movements and protrude very little the environment they are working on. The locomotion system is determined by the terrain conditions and, in our case, this legged design has been chosen based in a working area like Rio Tinto in the South of Spain, which is a river area with abrupt terrain. A walking robot with so many degrees of freedom can be a challenge when dealing with the analysis and simulations of the legs. The tuning procedures is based on strategies to select the weighting matrices and dynamic programming. The solutions of DLQR are presented, since Bellman formulations until Riccati and Lyapunov recurrences and are based on the Generalized Policy Iteration, Policy Iteration and Value Iteration. The algorithms and the proposed heuristic method are developed from Riccati and Lyapunov recurrences and are implemented to map the closed loop dynamic eingen values in the Z plane.
