In this study, four types of fillers were chosen (tungsten carbide, silicon carbide, iron, and glass). Fillers were in the form of powder with a particle size of 140 μm. Adherents were 6061-T6 aluminium alloys fabricated according to ASTM D 2094-00 (2014). Bonding surfaces were prepared by grinding using 400 grit emery paper. The surfaces were then chemically etched using CSA solution. Two distance copper wires were used per specimen having a diameter of 180 μm. Five replicas per adhesive condition were adopted. Four volume filler fractions were chosen (10%, 15%, 20%, and 25%). A comparison of average tensile adhesive joint strength was made between the reference (no filler specimen) and other fillers. It was concluded that SiC and iron fillers had negative results on the joint strength, with the worse results occurring at high fractions. Glass with low fractions slightly enhanced the joint strength but showed negative results when the volume fraction was increased. Tungsten carbide showed a slight improvement at 10% fraction, but a major improvement was achieved. The work of the exhaust manifold is complicated and depends on many parameters viz. backpressure, velocity, the temperature of the exhaust, etc. In this work, the performance of the exhaust manifold of a four-stroke, four-cylinder, spark-ignition engine was analysed using three types of fuels (gasoline, methane, and methanol) to estimate flow characteristics and backpressure. The manifold modelling is done in Fluent 18.0, followed by analysis and meshing in ANSYS software. Velocity, pressure and temperature profiles at 1000 rpm engine speed were made. We found that methanol provided the highest exit temperature and back pressure, whereas methane provided the lowest exit pressure. Backpressure decreased when using gasoline fuel. Also, it has a role to drive trouble equipment, provide steam for heating lubricants, fuel, steam supply for air conditioning systems for crew members ... With so many important uses, ensuring good operation of the boiler is a matter of primary concern for operators. In the operation of the boiler, controlling the water levels ensures not only good steam generation but also operator safety as well as the boiler itself. Automatic control of the water supply process is an important part of the boiler control system. This system has the function of maintaining a stable water level in the boiler. Currently, fuzzy control theory, whose mathematical tool is the fuzzy set theory of L.A Zadeh is being developed strongly. Different from the old control technique that relies purely on the absolute accuracy of the information that many applications cannot, the fuzzy control can handle unclear information. Information that their accuracy is only recognized by their relations with each other and can only be described in the control language. Fuzzy control allows copying personal information processing and control methods to solve complex control problems. The paper focuses on research to use fuzzy control theory combined with traditional PID controller to achieve optimal quality control for the process of adjusting the boiler water level. Construct a fuzzy controller to adjust parameters of the PID water level controller to optimize the process of adjusting the boiler water level. In this paper, we took the front-drive EV as the object to analyze the braking force allocation during its braking process. After considering ECE regulation, the motor peak torque and battery charging power as the main restrictive conditions and combining them with driver braking intensity discrimination characteristics, a new control strategy of regenerative braking force allocation was proposed for the vehicle. Then, simulation model was established on the MATLAB/Simulink software platform. At the same time, the initial velocity is 30km/h, 60km/h and 100km/h respectively, and the braking intensity is 0.1 and 0.5 respectively, which were set as simulation conditions. The simulation results of the strategy were compared to that of ideal braking force allocation strategy under the middle braking intensity condition. From the analysis of the working characteristics of this details, the article selected the winding technology and using composite materials to produce details with cylindrical and spherical shape characteristics. The material group that the article presents is a composite unidirectional glass fiber reinforced composite with polymer matrix. This material is characterized by a specific density of 2.02g/cm3; tensile strength is 1750MPa; elastic module is 55GPa; elongation reached 3.18%.
