Against the background, teachers should create the suitable ones in their context. Therefore, under the guidance of action research, it is suggested that an empirical study should be conducted in order to investigate the feasibility of using flipped classroom model in teaching English linguistics courses with a view to constructing its flipped classroom model and exploring the validity of corresponding teaching strategies. Findings of this study show that applying flipped classroom model helps to promote students’ learning abilities and comprehensive quality and improving teaching effects as well. This is to recommend that modern teaching methods characterized by information technology require teachers’ growth in a professional way.","PeriodicalId":160999,"journal":{"name":"8th International Conference on Advances in Social Science, Management and Human Behaviour - SMHB","volume":"14 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-01-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123052881","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The peripherals are generally measurable outputs. At times, attempts could be observed to realize quality through what is termed as outcomes, which are exceeding the outputs more qualitatively with in-built characteristics of outputs that are felt by the immediate stake holders of an organization. It is however observable that practicing quality assurance processes are more of „mechanical‟ procedures and processes which are forcefully thrust upon individuals though systematic documentary and supervisory approaches. The adherence to the processes has become dutiful requirements rather than willful compliances seen as inner obligations. While it is accepted that the practicing quality assurance processes are the base, it is suggested here that intangible aspects could be recognized and integrated in order to increase the impacts in which all involved become owners, implementers, beneficiaries, and true contributors of quality assurance processes, which could be realized through what is termed here as Quality Reflective Factors (QRF). Redefining the processes and suggesting a conceptualized framework toward achieving this end with special reference to TVET institutes is the ultimatum of this research. Keywords— Intangible Quality Aspects, Quality Assurance, Quality Reflection Factors, Quality Peripherals 1. Tangible peripherals in Quality, and the Quality in essence – an introduction The Tangible peripherals of Quality (currently being used as the essence of quality practices), is the base or the minimal in assuring quality. There is no argument that the availability of systems that ensure the processes of the stages that are found in Deming Cycle [2] as illustrated in the diagram below Figure 01, the Quality cycle is an interactive four-step problem-solving process, is the base for quality assurance.","PeriodicalId":160999,"journal":{"name":"8th International Conference on Advances in Social Science, Management and Human Behaviour - SMHB","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-01-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129736986","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The author intentions are to find out which system can sustain a healthy economy, resist to financial turbulences, and help individual and businesses to develop themselves and the entire society. In addition, yes, through this paper, the study found out why Islamic financial system is more sustainable, secure and pass successful the financial crisis from 2008. Furth more, the research paper concludes that for an economic sustainable development these two-financial systems can come together, learn from each other. The current dynamic movement of the world‟ economy finances, it creates the framework for Conventional financial system to be able to develop and offer Islamic finance products and services. Even more, in the present time, banking system starts to operate Conventional Banks with Islamic Windows. During the research paper, the finds are very informative and presented a different way of approaching trade, financial transactions, risk, profit and economic development. The investigation invites the readers to discover that Islamic finance is healthier (not harmful) and much closer to citizens, based on profitloss-and risk sharing, real assets backed, coming from the principles of life preached by Islamic principles of life. The Conventional finance are based strictly on financial, banking, commercial laws, on economic flows, based on debtor-creditor and profit principles, leaving the whole risk on the customer side and not all the time financial transactions are real assets backed. Research has revealed and comes to present and stand that, in the last decade, Islamic finance and bank' efficiency was better than Conventional finance and banks‟ one, especially during a crisis period. This efficiency of Islamic finance comes from their unique and special principles of life, which is risk-averse and anti-speculation, and only healthy financial activity and transactions should be conducted, compared to Conventional one, which are profit oriented, and give more attention to business than healthy and non-risky financial transactions. These Islamic principles of life drove and lead to the capacity of resisting to the financial turbulences. Islamic finance appears to be more helpful healthy and have realistic approach. The author conclude that this can be the one of the main reason that Conventional finance is open oriented to have Islamic windows. Keywords—conventional finance; islamic finance; banking system; taxation; financial and banking products; finacnial crisis. Furthermore the aim was to identify guidelines to help these teachers to cope with their adversities in constructive ways. Design/methodology/approach This research was grounded in a community-based participatory research approach. A qualitative research design was utilized because phenomena could be studied in terms of the meanings of people. Elements of grounded theory, situational analysis and community-based participatory research were blended. The qualitative research design involved open-ended questionnaires and semi-structured face-to-face interviews with teachers in township ECD centers. Findings The findings from this research revealed that HIV and AIDS affected all participants in a substantial way. The findings also made it evident that principals of ECD centres had not been trained to manage HIV and AIDS resilience of affected teachers in ECD centres. Teachers were not motivated and supported to get through their adversities in constructive ways. The findings further revealed that three main processes encourage resilience in female teachers in township ECD centres, namely benefiting from constructive bonds, making meaning and acting constructively. Practical implications Challenges that could impede the effective implementation of an intervention programme should be identified and addressed. Principals of township ECD centres should be empowered to manage HIV and AIDS resilience in their centres effectively. A training programme aimed at empowering principals of ECD centres has been developed and will be implemented after consultation with the gatekeeper and principals of the ECD centres. Originality/value The findings of this research could be used by principals and researchers to reflect on management practices to support of HIV and AIDS affected female teachers in ECD centres. A challenge for principals is to acknowledge the principles of effective management and to close the gap between current practices and effective management practices. Interventions from academics are essential to enhance the quality of such an intervention programme.","PeriodicalId":160999,"journal":{"name":"8th International Conference on Advances in Social Science, Management and Human Behaviour - SMHB","volume":"197 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-01-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122526588","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
