It also shows that Malaysian Foundation for Halal food act rely on consuming Halal meet only, with permissibility to benefit from slaughtered animals' skin as pure material which was given to us by Allah. The study also shows the Foundation’s interest in following up the non-Muslim community’s treatment of animals, and that they should treat them with respect and care. The Foundation advocates to perform slaughtering animals as stipulated in Shariah, avoiding electric-shock of animals, or throwing them in an inhuman manner. In order to make this goal a reality on the ground, the Foundation appeals to the regulatory authorities to follow up the implementation of the standard specifications for halal products. The Malaysian foundation focuses on halal food ingredients, cosmetics products, medicines, and other Halal related products that are useful to the mankind, accompanied by ethical standards. The researcher relied on the descriptive and deductive analytical method, with the aim to reach the desired outcomes. The study includes two axes: First, it deals with the role of the Malaysian Development Foundation in supervising exports and imports of Malaysian food and medicine products. Data-data dari (Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia), (Majlis Keselamatan Negara), (Majlis Kebangsaan Bagi Hal Ehwal Ugama Islam Malaysia), (Kementerian Pendidikan Malaysia) dan (Jabatan Kehakiman Syariah Malaysia) telah dihimpun secara induktif serta dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan analisis kandungan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahawa kerajaan Malaysia telah pun menerapkan dengan baik prinsip-prinsip perundangan Islam sekaligus mencapai maqasid syariah yang paling utama. Kajian lanjutan perlu dilaksanakan bagi menyatukan sokongan masyarakat terhadap agenda perlindungan keselamatan rakyat dan negara. The objective of this paper is to investigate the factors affecting online shopping behavior among residents of Lasanod Somalia. This paper used a quantitative research approach. Data were collected from residents of Lasanod Somalia through questionnaires. 160 questioners were collected from respondents who were selected using a simple random sampling technique. The results showed that factors such as trust, firm reputation, functionality, privacy, reliability, and firm value have an influence on consumers’ online buying behavior. The study found out there is a strong positive correlation between trust and firm reputation with an R-value of .612 and a significant level of .000 which is way below 0.01. This research focused on Lasanod city and cannot be generalized to the whole of Somalia. Abortion gives rise to differences of view among past and contemporary scholars on its enabling and prohibition. So, this study is to examine the views of scholars and laws in Indonesia and Malaysia related to abortion and its impact on inheritance ownership. This situation affects the inheritance of property to the mother from the aborted baby. The method of this study is qualitative descriptive. The approach of this research method is descriptive of content through literature. Books, journals, newspaper clippings, and legal regulations are the premier references to this study. This study finds that there are similarities and differences between sharia law and the rules applied in Indonesia and Malaysia. In terms of similarities, Islamic law and the laws in Indonesia and Malaysia provide for the prohibition of abortion. But, in certain circumstances, the fetus can be aborted for certain reasons, such as harming the mother or for medical reasons. In addition, this study found differences in punishment for women who had an abortion for no valid reason. Therefore, this study reveals the harmonization of Islamic law with the laws conducted in Indonesia and Malaysia. The study highlights the importance of highlighting the elements of self-efficacy to be used in all Libyan educational institutions. The study followed the descriptive analytical approach to describe and analyze the self-efficacy of workers in Libyan educational institutions. The study reached many results, including that self-efficacy has a prominent role in improving the job performance of workers in Libyan educational institutions. The results of the study also showed that one of the most prominent determinants of self-efficacy is the previous experience that workers can use in all the situations they face within the Libyan educational institutions. Also, the results of the study concluded that verbal persuasion can be used to highlight self-efficacy at work, and the results of the study showed that emotional influence is one of the most prominent determinants of self-efficacy, as well as previous experiences of the most prominent determinants of self-efficacy in Libyan educational institutions. The results also showed that employees and the organizational environment are among the most important pillars of self-efficacy in Libyan educational institutions. In their interest, and in this sense, it is a license granted by the system to the litigants to show the defects of the judgment issued in the case and to demand the competent judiciary to cancel it or amend it in a way that removes its defects. Some laws and regulations in Arab countries call it reconsideration, others petition, and the other retrial. With these different names, it became clear to the researcher, after studying these means, especially in the statutory reasons and justifications that their existence requires to object accordingly to reconsider a decision or a judicial ruling issued in the interest of the objector to obtain a decision or a judicial ruling in his favor, and he found that there is a problem in some of them, which It lies in the fact that only the litigants have the right to use it, so no objection is accepted from another person who is not a party to the lawsuit. Al-Aqsa University seeks to use the best modern methods and keep pace with the development taking place. The descriptive analytical approach was used, and this study relied on collecting secondary data from several sources beside the primary sources represented by the questionnaire. The study concluded that Al-Aqsa University maintains a high market of registered students among the universities of the Gaza Strip throughout the academic years, and also Al-Aqsa University fulfills the elements of customer dimension in its performance and is keen to treat students fairly and without discrimination, but it does not give much attention to complaints submitted by students, The university also fulfills the requirements of the internal operations dimension, as the university is characterized by the diversity of the faculties and specializations in it to suit the requirements of students and the labor market, but it is blamed for its inability to provide job opportunities for graduates, but this is due to the economic conditions that the Gaza sector suffers from. As for the dimension of learning and growth, it was found that the academic staff at Al-Aqsa University is distinguished in terms of academic degrees, and this is reflected positively on the educational services provided. In addition to the interest in publishing scientific research and conferences, the university also has a deanship of scientific research and a magazine for publishing scientific research, all of which confirms the university's interest in learning, and finally it turns out that the university is keenly interested in the environment and providing an appropriate environment for its students. To this end, a descriptive approach was used to answer the following main research question: What is the quality level of academic life during COVID-19 pandemic from students' perception of Taibah University? The study tool consisted of a questionnaire to measure the quality level of the students’ academic life. The tool was ensured for reliability and validity and composed of three sections that contained indicators to measure the quality of academic life; academic practices, academic satisfaction, and academic support. The sample of the study consisted of 187 male and female students. Results showed high perceptions for the respondents in the quality of academic practices section (M=4.15, SD=1.03). The statement No.9 entitles “Rate the precautionary actions provided to you to activate the online education as an alternative to face-to-face education during COVID-19 pandemic” obtained the highest rank (M=4.63). The second section that measured the level of academic satisfaction recorded (M=1.76, SD=1.10), obtaining 58.71%. The statement 6 entitles “I felt my love to home increased during COVID-19 pandemic” obtained the highest rank (M=4.63, SD=.81, 98.93%). The academic support dimension recorded (M=4.33, SD=.93), Indicating that the level of academic support for students during COVID-19 pandemic was excellent (86.65%) as perceived by the study sample. The statement 5 which entitles “Rate the extent to benefit from academic counseling during COVID-19 pandemic” got the highest rank (M=4.67, SD=.72, 93.485). The most challenges encountered the students gradually categorized from the highest to the lowest were the poor Internet network, non-availability of laptop computers, low experience in working with blackboard, and poor technical experience.
