The methodology of non-negative matrix factorization (NMF) has lately emerged as among the hottest research issues within community detection because of its ability to reveal natural structures and trends in high-dimensional information. The primary difficulty is that most community detection methods are hampered by the issue of nodes belonging to several communities. We will use the NMF technique in this work to tackle this issue by creating a novel mathematical function. In addition, we will include a regularized factor for simulating latent embedding space and a correlation factor to prevent overlap inside nodes that belong to various communities. Following that, the entire objective function will employ an optimization approach to arrive at the variable values that are ideal. Finally, we assess the effectiveness of different methodologies on real networks. According to experimental findings, the introduced approach is better among the other state-of-the-art methodology.","PeriodicalId":159508,"journal":{"name":"2022 19th International Computer Conference on Wavelet Active Media Technology and Information Processing (ICCWAMTIP)","volume":"155 ","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"120981655","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In the startup phase of the solar energy collection circuit, the energy storage container is charged by the BUCK circuit to avoid excessive output current of the photovoltaic cell when the BOOST structure solar energy collection circuit is directly started. When the voltage of the energy storage container reaches a certain value, the solar energy collection circuit is switched to BOOST circuit to work, and the output power of the photovoltaic cell is maximized through MPPT control. Theoretical analysis and simulation results show that the solar collector circuit can not only avoid the runaway phenomenon of photovoltaic cell output current during startup, but also maximize the output power of photovoltaic cells after startup.","PeriodicalId":159508,"journal":{"name":"2022 19th International Computer Conference on Wavelet Active Media Technology and Information Processing (ICCWAMTIP)","volume":"8 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125337078","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Existing oriented object detectors usually use two-stage anchor-based architecture, making them hard to be deployed to embedded platforms with neural processing units (NPUs). In this work, we propose a lightweight one-stage anchor-free oriented ship detector that uses center keypoints and edge offset vectors to capture the ship OBBs. Also, the detector is designed to be NPU hardware-friendly and can be efficiently processed on embedded NPUs. Experiments results show that our proposed detector can achieve real-time speed on embedded NPUs while maintaining accuracy similar or superior to existing methods. When deployed to VeriSilicon VIP8000OI embedded NPU, the proposed detector can achieve 88.1% AP on the HRSC2016 dataset at 27 FPS.","PeriodicalId":159508,"journal":{"name":"2022 19th International Computer Conference on Wavelet Active Media Technology and Information Processing (ICCWAMTIP)","volume":"203 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127932507","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In recent years, a multi-view 3D reconstruction model Pixel2Mesh++ has been proposed, which uses a multi-view deformation network to continuously deform and optimize the 3D vertices to make the generated 3D model more refined. Due to its poor performance in two-dimensional image feature extraction and multi-image feature fusion, the training speed is slow and the coarse shape generation effect of the model is poor. Based on this, the RepMDN network model is proposed in this paper. By using the latest RepVGG-B2 network to optimize the speed and accuracy of the feature extraction of two-dimensional images, the training time of the model is reduced. At the same time, our model also adds the GVCNN network, using multi-image fusion technology to obtain more abundant object feature representation, thus generating a more accurate initial three-dimensional shape. Finally, combined with multi-view deformation network, the initial three-dimensional shape is continuously refined. The experimental results show that compared with Pixel2Mesh++, our model reduces the training time on the ShapeNetCore subset by 11.46%, and reduces the reconstruction time by 10.94%. The F-score value and chamfer distance value also have good performance on multi-category objects. Finally, the reconstruction accuracy of the model is improved.","PeriodicalId":159508,"journal":{"name":"2022 19th International Computer Conference on Wavelet Active Media Technology and Information Processing (ICCWAMTIP)","volume":"103 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134334829","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Networks need to guarantee different quality of service (QoS) requirements for different data flows for various Internet services. Improvements in traffic classification techniques, software-defined networking (SDN), and programmable network devices make it possible to quickly identify user requirements and control the routing of fine-grained traffic. In this paper, we propose CBR, an online routing algorithm using multi-agent deep reinforcement learning. CBR uses GCN to extract topology features, designs different reward functions to learn appropriate routing policies for different types of traffic demands, and organizes agents to generate routes in a hop-by-hop approach. In addition, to address the challenge of not being able to distinguish whether the actions made by each agent are critical or not due to shared reward values, CBR designs a new baseline to indicate their contribution level. Finally, to ensure reliability and speed up training, we use pre-training to learn shortest path rules to obtain initial parameters to speed up training and introduce a routing alternative mechanism to provide security for online routing. We conducted Mininet-based experiments using Abilene and GEANT network topologies. The experimental results show that CBR is able to simultaneously meet the demands of different service types for their requested traffic while performing well in terms of reliability in the case of link failures.","PeriodicalId":159508,"journal":{"name":"2022 19th International Computer Conference on Wavelet Active Media Technology and Information Processing (ICCWAMTIP)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130323455","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The EHRs can gather light energy, receive information from the VLC APs and relay information to a user via an RF channel. EHR-enhanced VLC/RF links or single-hop VLC-ONLY links allow users to receive information from VLC APs. Subsequently, we propose a link selection strategy so as to get the best performance. By applying stochastic geometry, we derive the outage probability of two transmission links and the whole VLC/RF system. Lastly, we examine the effects of various factors on the outage probability using numerical results, and it can be found that our proposed VLC-RF system achieves lower outage probability compared to the standalone VLC system.","PeriodicalId":159508,"journal":{"name":"2022 19th International Computer Conference on Wavelet Active Media Technology and Information Processing (ICCWAMTIP)","volume":"70 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123464491","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
