Hasanah, Fitra Yeni","doi":"10.46836/jk.v14i2.143","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.46836/jk.v14i2.143","url":null,"abstract":"Damage to archives stored for a long time threatens to reduce the shelf life of archives and their existence in the future. Efforts to conserve the archive are done to reduce the damage that occurs. This study aims to study the effect of the use of Magnesium Carbonate and the effect of the use of Methyl Cellulose in the improvement of the paper-based archives. Acidic archive papers are treated by using Magnesium Carbonate and Bookkeeper solution. The acidity of the paper is tested before and after treatment. In the restoration of the archive using Methyl Cellulose, Japanese tissue was applied using Methyl Cellulose glue on archive paper. The effect of the use of glue was observed from changes in the characteristics of the paper before and after treatment. The parameters tested include grammage, thickness, tear resistance, folding resistance, internal bonding, water absorption, ash content, and acidity. The result showed that Magnesium Carbonate can significantly increase pH but this chemical cannot be used in spraying. This research had been conducted from January to April 2019 by using qualitative methods through interviews. Implemented metadata are applied by using metadata standard and support interoperability for instance archival and library institutions. Various metadata standards such as Encoded Archival Description, Metadata Object Description Schema and Dublin Core should support this function. This article describes interoperability among the three by using metadata crosswalks. Metadata crosswalks are used to show ability of shared-metadata and exchange to one another. Before 2015, the archives were kept by Hygiene and Green Public Outdoor Service that has authority to manage cemetery at Surabaya. Arsip inaktif yang dikelola dengan baik akan menghasilkan arsip yang dapat terjaga informasi dan fisik arsipnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengelolaan arsip dinamis inaktif mulai dari kegiatan pencatatan arsip, pengendalian dan pendistribusian arsip, penyimpanan arsip, pemeliharaan arsip, pengawasan arsip, pemindahan arsip dan pemusnahan arsip. \u0000Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif. Informan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 7 informan. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan menarik kesimpulan. \u0000Hasil penelitian pengelolaan arsip dinamis inaktif mulai dari pencatatan arsip inaktif pada kartu deskripsi melalui tahapan kegiatan pembenahan arsip, yang meliputi identifikasi arsip, rekonstruksi dan pemilahan arsip, penentuan skema pengaturan arsip, pendeskripsian arsip dan pembungkusan arsip, manuver arsip dan pembuatan daftar arsip secara manual dan elektronik, pendistribusian arsip inaktif yaitu perpindahan arsip inaktif dari unit pengolah ke unit kearsipan dan pengendalian terhadap perpindahan arsip dengan berita acara, penyimpanan arsip menggunakan sistem penyimpanan kombinasi, pemeliharaan arsip dilaksanakan pada lingkungan penyimpanan arsip dan fisik arsip, pelaksanaan pengawasan arsip pada kegiatan peminjaman arsip untuk menghindari kehilangan arsip, pemindahan arsip dari unit pengolah ke depo arsip meliputi penyeleksian arsip, penataan arsip pada boks, pembuatan daftar arsip dan serah terima berita acara, pemindahan arsip dari SKPD berupa arsip dalam bentuk tidak terstruktur tanpa daftar arsip dan berita acara, pemusnahan arsip belum dilaksanakan. \u0000Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah kegiatan pengelolaan arsip inaktif meliputi pencatatan, pengendalian dan pendistribusian, penyimpanan, pengawasan, pemeliharaan, pemindahan dan pemusnahan arsip. That includes historiography of tourism in Indonesia. This article describes archival collection of the National Archives of Indonesia related to tourism in the colonial period of Indonesia and attempts to determine the related keywords. The results are information about the tourism activities was the history of the institution, namely Vereeniging Toeristenverkeer and the keywords that used, were 'Vereeniging toeristenverkeer' and 'toerisme'. The archival sources are mainly from the collection of Algemene Secretarie. There are many other collections, it is possible, considering that tourism activities are not only the concern of single institution.
