Search of plants on the observable image is important function of the UAV onboard optoelectronic systems. One of methods of the observable surface image analysis is the textural analysis which allows to select homogeneous areas on the observable image and to define contours of the plants which are covered with various structures and not having boundaries accurately defined on the image.The purpose. To develop algorithm of the textural analysis of a site terrestrial or a water surface, fulfilled by the digital image processing. In paper the image textural analysis algorithm fulfilled on the basis of an evaluation of local spectral and statistical performances of the image is presented.Results. The algorithm according to which for each element of the analyzed image in a square environ from 1024 elements the local spectra oriented under different angles and local variances are calculated is developed. Calculated by digital image processing amplitudes of a spectrum and variances values characterize texture parameters in a environ of each element of the image. Points of considerable modifications of local properties define position of boundaries between various structures.The practical importance. The development of information systems for collecting, processing and exchanging radar information occurs, on the one hand, in the direction of improving the technical characteristics of information processing facilities and data transmission facilities, on the other hand, in the direction of improving information processing algorithms and the structure of the information system. This article summarizes the possibilities for the development of information systems in the second direction.Purpose. Development of a variant of building an information system with a fully connected network structure and intended for the collection, processing and exchange of radar information.Results. The development, as a tool for building an information system of a network structure, is based on an integrated approach that provides for the use of an algorithm without branching solutions for information processing, a network semi-connected structure itself and network algorithms, a higher level than the level of collection and processing, for organizing functioning of information exchange in the network. The short processing time of information when entering it into the system makes it possible to create a dynamic array of homogeneous radar data, updated when radar information arrives from sources.Practical significance. Currently, the issue of controlling the confidentiality of information in documents created, processed, transmitted and stored in the corporate information system (after of the documents open) is one of the most acute in ensuring the information security of an industrial enterprise.The purpose. Detection of rational ways to prevent the leakage of electronic documents, which are printed or opened on the computer screens of the corporate information system.Results. The article provides examples of classical methods for information protection from violation of its confidentiality. In the paper note the inefficiency of such techniques for opened on screens or printed documents. The authors propose labeling as a possible mechanism for maintaining the confidentiality of corporate documentation. There are considering modern technologies intended for marking of electronic documents, offered in the Russian market of information protection means. The principles of their work, advantages and disadvantages are given. The analysis allow drawing a conclusion about the possibility of considered technologies usage for investigation of electronic or printed documents leakage incidents and identifying violators.Practical relevance. The investigation the currently used methods for determining the sources of information leakage threats from the basic hardware and systems (BHaS) through the spurious electromagnetic radiation and interference (SERaB) channels on the object of informatization (OoI), gives grounds to assert that they have a number of disadvantages. The lack of а formal interpretation for process dynamics of the SERaB information collecting and implementing measures to prevent information leakage requires development of a systematic approach to improving the ways and means of protecting confidential information from leakage through SERaB channels.The purpose. Development of mathematical models and a systematic approach to improving methods and means of protecting confidential information from leaks through the SERaB channels from the BHaS on the OoI.Results. The article substantiates the need for a systematic approach to improving the methods and means of protecting confidential information from leakage through the SERaB channels from the BHaS on the OoI. The authors determined the ways of ensuring the adequacy of the methodological apparatus for the study of these technologies in order to justify measures to prevent leakage. They formulate requirements for techniques used to evaluate the characteristics of measures to prevent information leakage through the SERaB channels. There are describe the procedure of forming the mathematical models set structure for evaluating such characteristics. Also in the article are present the analytical models of the time characteristics of threats to intercept informative SERaB signals on the OoI and measures to prevent information leakage. Finally, the authors are justify the probabilistic format of the indicator of the effectiveness of such measures.Practical relevance. A rank algorithm for selecting radio emission modes for operation in conditions of heterogeneity of sources and complex interference conditions, including the possible presence of mutual interference, is synthesized.Objective. The synthesis purpose is to ensure the independence of mode recognition from particular features of radio emission observation. Algorithm input is the primary signal processing result that includes such estimations as pulses durability, frequency and amplitude dynamics, and absolute variations. Primary decision statistics are formed using these values: observable signal base and relation variations of frequency and amplitude. Secondary statistics are formed based on primary ones using median and recursive or maximum and recursive smoothing. Each of the decision statistics in the multi-threshold procedure is transformed into a row of ranks, the size of which corresponds to the number of recognized modes. In aggregate, these lines form a ranking table (matrix) with colons representing recognized modes’ discrete descriptions. Fluent observation processing includes rank formation for used decision statistics. Mode recognition is performed either following a ranking table or using an additional voting procedure 2/3. An alternative approach consists of constructing the Manhattan mismatch metric of the current and reference ranks and making a decision on the criterion of the minimum mismatch metric.Results. Mode recognition performed on results of this comparison using unbalance metrics minimum criterion. Thresholds in frames of the ranking procedure are formed heuristically at ranking table formation. They are then used at fluent rank formation for observable modes. The performed numerical experiment shows that maximal and recursive filtration provides an errorless selection of all observable modes. This filtration represents the composition of maximum selection in sliding window and subsequent recursive first-order filtration. An additional advantage of this filtration is a simpler maximum selection in comparison with the median one. In perspective, it can provide increased operating speed.Practical implications. Performed consideration shows that rank selection is worthwhile at the observation of heterogeneous irradiation sources. Algorithm strength is decision simplicity in a complex situation. During the operation of purchased navigation systems for topographic geodetic referencing and orientation, many shortcomings are revealed, mainly associated with software implementation, the correction of which is not always possible. A way out of this situation is creating own navigation complex from ready-made purchased meters and developed functional software (FSW). In this case, the primary task is to determine the preferable meters as part of the topographic location and navigation system (TLNS).Objective. Conduct a study of strapdown inertial navigation systems (SINS) of various manufacturers for compliance with the declared technical characteristics to determine a suitable meter for TLNS.Results. Information on the practical testing of studies the numerical estimates of standard deviations (SD) of errors in the determination and drift of grid azimuth, roll, and pitch of strapdown inertial meters in various climatic conditions, as well as under the influence of sinusoidal and broadband random vibrations (BRV) is presented. The values deviations of motion parameters from the reference values in autonomous mode as part of the developed navigation complex of mobile land objects of a particular purpose are analyzed. The preferable inertial meter for use in the developed TLNS was determined based on the research carried out.Practical implications. The use of programming technologies on modern multicore systems is an integral part of an enterprise whose activities involve multitasking or the need to make a large number of calculations over a certain time. The article discusses the development of such technologies aimed at increasing the speed of solving various issues, for example, numerical modeling.Objective. Search for alternative ways to increase the speed of calculations by increasing the number of processors. As an example of increasing the calculation speed depending on the number of processors, the well-known heat-transfer equation is taken, and classical numerical schemes for its solution are given. The use of explicit and implicit schemes is compared, including for the possibility of parallelization of calculations.Results. The article describes systems with shared and distributed memory, describes their possible use for solving various problems, and provides recommendations for their use.Practical implications. The completeness of the characteristics of one of the most serious threats to the security of information today – its leakage through the transient electromagnetic pulse emanation standard (TEMPEST) from computer equipment (CE) is determined not only by the number of detectable signs of leakage but also by several other parameters characterizing the dynamics of the implementation of such a threat. The established patterns in the scenarios of violators’ actions associated with the use of technical reconnaissance equipment (TRQ) to intercept informative TEMPEST signals from computer equipment made it possible to form a model of all possible options for using TRQ to obtain confidential information processed by computer equipment. The proposed model provides the implementation of the methodological principles of the recognition theory for a more complete characterization of threats of information leakage through the channels of spurious electromagnetic radiation and interference from CE in the process of their detection.Objective. Development of methodological grounds for presenting signs of the violator’s implementation of certain functions associated with the use of technical reconnaissance equipment to intercept informative signals of spurious electromagnetic radiation and interference from computer equipment as signs that identify the most significant conditions for the recognition and prevention of such threats.Results. Methodological solutions for the identification of three states significant for the prevention of threats are given based on the structuring of the functional representation of the intruder’s actions to implement such threats. Mathematical models for assessing the predicted amount of information disclosed in the process of intercepting TEMPEST informative signals from computer equipment, and assessing the level of security threats in case of interception of information are also presented.Practical significance. The compensation problem of the amplitude error occurring when modeling radar targets using matrix simulators is considered. The relations that reveal the concept of this error are given. The example shows that the amplitude of the simulated echo signal differs from the amplitude of the real one.Objective. Justification of a method for correcting the amplitude error observed when simulating echo signals from radar targets using emitter matrices.Results. It is shown that when the scanning radiation pattern is oriented normal to the matrix base, the amplitude of the simulated echo signal does not depend on the angular target position. Based on this, a method was proposed to eliminate the error through pre-distortion of the echo signal amplitude. The ratio for calculating the predistortion multiplier coefficient is obtained. In the framework of a numerical experiment, the amplitude of the simulated echo signal was estimated for various angular positions of the scanning radiation pattern without taking into account predistortion and with predistortion. The experimental results confirmed the correction effectiveness.Practical implications.
