Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran pengetahuan, sikap, motivasi, dan supervisi pada perawat dalam pelaksanaan patient safety di Instalasi Rawat Inap RSUD Sanjiwani Gianyar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional deskriptif dengan rancangan cross-sectional. Informan pada penelitian ini terdiri dari 127 perawat dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data dilakukan secara univariat dan bivariat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan gambaran pengetahuan baik (63,78%) sikap positif (51,97%), motivasi baik (53,54%) supervisi baik (66,14%) dan pelaksanaan keselamatan pasien baik (3,54%). Pengetahuan, motivasi, dan supervisi memiliki hubungan signifikan dalam pelaksanaan keselamatan pasien, Namun, variabel sikap tidak memiliki hubungan signifikan. Pengolahan limbah domestik wajib dilakukan, baik limbah yang dihasilkan dari usaha maupun kegiatan lainnya yang menghasilkan limbah domestik. Hal ini diatur dalam Permen LHK No.68 Tahun 2016 pada pasal 3 ayat 1. Salah satu sistem pengolahan air limbah yang banyak digunakan adalah sistem Anaerobic Baffled Reactor (ABR). Pengolahan air limbah dengan sistem ini menghasilkan hasil sampingan berupa gas yang memiliki bau yang tidak sedap serta memberikan dampak yang merugikan bagi kesehatan manusia. Saat ini metode untuk mengurangi gas tersebut sudah banyak digunakan dan dikembangkan. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efisiensi unit odor eliminator sebagai salah satu alat pemurnian gas, dalam mengurangi konsentrasi amonia (NH3) yang dihasilkan dari pengolahan air limbah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan desain pretest dan posttest. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, effisiensi unit odor eliminator sebesar 72,785 % di lokasi A, sebesar 89,873% dan 89,927% pada lokasi B dan C serta efisiensi tertinggi pada lokasi D yakni sebesar 97,499%. Medical records are an important part of health services. The quality of medical records also determines the quality of health services. The North Kuta Health Center is one of the health centers in Badung Regency whose medical records have not yet reached 100%. The purpose of this study was to describe the completeness of patient identification and authentication of medical record files at the North Kuta Health Center and identify factors that affect the completeness of patient identification and authentication of medical record files. The research method used is a quantitative and qualitative method with a sequential explanatory design. The research sample based on the slovin formula was 92 medical record files. There were seven informants consisting of doctors, nurses, midwives, registration officers and medical records officers. The results showed that the average completeness of filling in patient identification and authentication of medical record files was quite complete but still less than the standard of completeness set by the Indonesian Ministry of Health of 100%. The lack of special training on filling out medical records, the occurrence of human errors due to lack of awareness and discipline of officers in filling out medical record files, patients not carrying identities, lack of socialization of SOPs for filling medical records, and the absence of sanctions for officers who do not fill out medical record files completely are factors that affect the completeness of patient identification and authentication of medical record files. Siswa sekolah memiliki angka kelelahan mata yang cukup tinggi yaitu mencapai 86,7%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat prevalensi dan faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kelelahan mata pada siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan rancangan cross-sectional. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa umur 12-18 tahun dan sampel adalah siswa yang bersekolah di SMP – SMA sederajat di Tanah Pinem dengan total sampel 210 menggunakan metode multistage random sampling. Data dari penelitian ini diperoleh dari pengisian kuisioner online. Kuesioner tersebut bertujuan untuk menggali informasi mengenai kelelahan mata dan faktor-faktor nya. Analisis dilakukan secara deskriptif dan regresi logistik biner untuk melihat hubungan kelelahan mata. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa 81,90% siswa mengalami kelelahan mata. Faktor yang memiliki hubungan signifikan dengan kelelahan mata adalah intesitas pencahayaan (AOR=4,18; 95%Cl=1,01-17,21; p=0,047), durasi (AOR=3,49; 95%Cl=1,39-8,75; p=0,008), dan jarak (AOR=2,85; 95%Cl=1,06-7,65; p=0,037) saat menggunakan gadget. Hospital Nasional Guido Valadares (HNGV) merupakan RS umum rujukan dan pendidikan terbesar di Timor-Leste, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran sistem penyelenggaraan rekam medis di Rumah Sakit HNGV. Desain penelitian deskriptif dengan metode kualitatif. Pemilihan informan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan pedoman wawancara mendalam. Data dianalisis dengan metode analisis isi yang terdiri dari langkah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan pengambilan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa aspek input, rumah sakit telah memiliki SOP dan Pedoman penyelenggaraan, SDM serta dana rumah sakit masih terbatas. Aspek proses, penkodingan tindakan medis dan retensi belum dilakukan. Aspek output, kelengkapan rekam medis telah mencapai 80% serta penyelenggaraan rekam medis di rumah sakit sudah sesuai SOP yang ada. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa RS telah memiliki SOP dan Pedoman penyelenggaraan, SDM dan dana rumah sakit belum mencukupi, tempat penyimpanan RM masih kurang. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan dari persepsi pasien tentang mutu pelayanan dengan minat kunjungan ulang pasien rawat jalan di RIS Hospital. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel 193 pasien rawat jalan, penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross-sectional. Hasil analisis menunjukkan terdapat hubungan mutu pelayanan kehandalan (p=0,003) dan bukti fisik (p=0,00) dengan minat kunjungan ulang pasien rawat jalan. Sedangkan karakteristik responden seperti umur (p=0,39), jenis kelamin (p=0,23), pendidikan (p=0,38), pekerjaan (p=0,30), dan variabel persepsi tentang mutu pelayanan daya tanggap (p=0,06), jaminan (p=0,38), serta empati (p=0,112) tidak memiliki hubungan dengan minat kunjungan ulang pasien rawat jalan. Untuk itu, RIS Hospital perlu meningkatkan mutu pelayanan. \u0000Kata Kunci: Mutu Pelayanan, Persepsi Pasien, Kunjungan Ulang. \u0000 \u0000ABSTRACT \u0000In the midst of hospital growth and competition, Rumah Indonesia Sehat Hospital received unsatisfactory reviews despite of its increasing visits. This study was conducted to determine the relationship between the patient's perception of the quality of service and the interest in outpatient re-visits at RIS Hospital. This research was quantitative research with 193 outpatients in 2021 were used as samples, and cross-sectional design. The results showed that there was a relationship between service quality, reliability (p=0.003), and physical evidence (p = 0.00) with interest in outpatient re-visits. While the characteristics of respondents such as age (p=0.39), gender (p=0.23), education (p=0.38), occupation (p=0.30), and the variable perception of service quality responsiveness (p=0 .06), assurance (p=0.38), and empathy (p=0.112) had no relationship with the interest in outpatient re-visit. Kekhawatiran terhadap penularan Covid-19 menyebabkan penurunan akses ibu hamil terhadap ANC. Namun di Puskesmas Karangasem I, cakupan ANC pada masa pandemi justru dapat meningkat dibanding sebelum pandemi. Berdasarkan Teori Health Belief Model (HBM), perilaku seseorang dalam mengakses pelayanan kesehatan dipengaruhi oleh persepsi ancaman terhadap penyakit dan persepsi bahwa perilaku tertentu dapat mengatasi penyakit. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan persepsi ibu hamil dalam mengakses ANC di Puskesmas Karangasem I pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Informan penelitian dipilih secara purposive sampling terdiri dari ibu hamil, suami ibu hamil, dan bidan Puskesmas Karangasem I. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode wawancara mendalam dan observasi. Validasi data melalui triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi metode.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan meskipun merasa rentan dan menganggap Covid-19 sebagai penyakit yang serius, kekhawatiran ibu hamil dengan kondisi janinnya mendorong ibu untuk tetap melakukan ANC selama pandemi dengan menerapkan protokol kesehatan. Ibu hamil juga menganggap manfaat yang diperoleh dari ANC lebih besar dari hambatan untuk ANC, serta disaat bersamaan ada kesadaran dari dirinya sendiri serta dukungan bidan yang memicu kunjungan antenatal pada masa pandemi. \u0000Kata kunci : Pelayanan Antenatal, Persepsi, Ibu Hamil, Pandemi Covid-19, Bali \u0000ABSTRACT \u0000Antenatal care (ANC) is a service provided for pregnant women to maintain their health during pregnancy. During Covid-19 pandemic, routine antenatal visit is one of risk factors for pregnant women contracting Covid-19. Concern over Covid-19 transmission has declining access of pregnant women to ANC. However, at The Public Health Center of Karangasem I, ANC coverage during Covid-19 pandemic has even increased. Based on The Health Belief Model Theory, health behavior is determined by perceptions about disease and particular practice will effective reducing the threat. The present study aims to describe the perceptions of pregnant women in accessing ANC during Covid-19 pandemic. The study conducted using qualitative design and phenomenological approach. The research informants are pregnant women, husband, and midwives chosen through purposive sampling. Data collected using in-depth interviews and observation. The data analyzed using thematic analysis. Data validation using data source triangulation and method triangulation. The result showed despite of feeling vulnerable and consider Covid-19 as a serious disease, the concerns of pregnant women over their fetus encourage them to access ANC by health protocols. Perilaku mengemudi tidak aman dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor yaitu faktor prediposisi (umur, masa kerja, durasi kerja, shift kerja, waktu tempuh satu kali keberangkatan dan tingkat pengetahuan), faktor pendukung (kondisi kendaraan) dan faktor pendorong (dukungan/motivasi keluarga). Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang berhubungan dengan perilaku mengemudi tidak aman pada supir Koperasi Usaha Pinggir Jalan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian cross-sectional. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di pangkalan Koperasi Usaha Pinggir Jalan yang berlokasi di Kota Medan. Sampel dari penelitian adalah supir Koperasi Usaha Pinggir Jalan sebanyak 81 orang. Sampel dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Analisis menggunakan regresi logistic berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 76,54% memiliki perilaku mengemudi tidak aman dan 23,46% memiliki perilaku mengemudi aman. Durasi kerja (p = 0,02) merupakan variabel yang berhubungan signifikan dalam memengaruhi perilaku mengemudi tidak aman. \u0000Kata Kunci: Perilaku Mengemudi Tidak Aman, Sopir, Koperasi Usaha Pinggir Jalan (KUPJ) \u0000 \u0000ABSTRACT \u0000Unsafe driving behavior was the behavior that was not in accordance with safety and security standards while driving which could endanger people’s safety around it. Unsafe driving behavior could be affected by several factors, such as predispositions factor (age, work period, work shift, one-way travel time, and knowledge), supporting factors (vehicle condition), and driving factors (family support). This research meant to analyze the factors related to unsafe driving behavior among Koperasi Usaha Pinggir Jalan Drivers. This research was conducted at the base of Koperasi Usaha Pinggir Jalan. This research used simple random sampling method on 81 Koperasi Usaha Pinggir Jalan Drivers. Data analysis was performed by using multiple logistic regression. The result showed that 76,54% drivers had unsafe driving behavior while the rest 23.46% had safe driving behavior. Tujuan Penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui gambaran SIKDA Generik di Puskesmas Kediri I. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Informan dari penelitian ini berasal dari Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Tabanan dan Puskesmas Kediri I dengan total informan sebanyak 11 orang yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan pedoman wawancara mendalam dan lembar observasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa belum tersedianya SOP khusus terkait SIKDA Generik dan petugas SIKDA belum mengetahui adanya pedoman dan kebijakan SIKDA Generik. Dalam pelaksanaan implementasi SIKDA Generik sudah dapat dilakukan dengan baik dan setiap petugas mampu menginput data secara real time. Data-data yang diinput belum dapat merekam seluruh kegiatan puskesmas, sehingga data dan laporan yang dihasilkan pun masih terbatas. Terdapat beberapa kendala pada sarana prasarana dan juga SDM dalam implementasi SIKDA Generik \u0000 Kata kunci : Implementasi, SIKDA Generik, Puskesmas \u0000 \u0000ABSTRACT \u0000The Generic Regional Health Information System (SIKDA) is a regional health information application system that was created with the aim of making it easier for puskesmas officers to report various programs to the Ministry of Health. The purpose of this study was to find out the description of Generic SIKDA at Puskesmas Kediri I. This study used a qualitative method. Informants from this study came from the Tabanan District Health Office and Kediri I Health Center with a total of 11 informants selected through purposive sampling technique. Data collection was carried out using in-depth interview guidelines and observation sheets. Data analysis was carried out by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions or verification. The results showed that there were no specific SOPs related to Generic SIKDA and SIKDA officers were not aware of the existence of Generic SIKDA guidelines and policies. In the implementation of Generic SIKDA, it can be done well and every officer is able to input data in real time. The inputted data has not been able to record all puskesmas activities, so the data and reports produced are still limited. Penerimaan vaksinasi tidak terlepas dari pengaruh karakteristik sosiodemografi, karena dapat mengaruhi sikap seseorang untuk menerima vaksinasi. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan penelitian mengenai hubungan sosiodemografi dengan penerimaan vaksinasi COVID-19 di Kabupaten Tabanan. Desain penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan rancangan cross sectional study. Variabel bebas terdiri dari usia, status perkawinan, pekerjaan, pengeluaran, agama, pendidikan dan kepemilikan asuransi kesehatan, sedangkan variabel terikatnya adalah penerimaan vaksinasi. Kriteria inlukasi merupakan masyaraakat Kabupaten Tabanan berusia 25 – 50 yang belum melakukan vaksinasi dengan total sampel 100 orang. Teknik sampling adalah consecutive. Data yang dikumpulkan akan dianalisa secara deskriptif dan bivariat menggunaan chi square dan regresi logistik sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Terdapat hubungan antara variabel status perkawinan (OR:2,38 95%CI: 0,635-8,914), pekerjaan (Karyawan Swasta OR:1,73 95%CI: 0,524 – 5,722; Tidak Bekerja OR: 1,83 95%CI: 0,665 – 5,053), tingkat pendidikan (SMA/sederajat OR: 7,87 95%CI: 0,762 – 81,366; Diploma/Sarjana OR: 9,66 95%CI: 0,89 – 104,81) dan kepemilikan asuransi (OR: 2,91 95%CI: 0,338 – 25,129) berhubungan dengan penerimaan vaksinasi. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi gambaran penerimaan vaksinasi serta menjadi landasan untuk pengoptimalan program edukasi kepada masyarakat. \u0000Kata kunci: Vakinasi, Covid-19, Sosiodemografi, Tabanan \u0000 \u0000ABSTRACT \u0000During pandemic, government carried out various prevention to break the chain of spread and severity of Covid-19, which is through vaccination. Reception of vaccination can not be separated from the influence of sociodemographic characteristics, because it can affect a person's attitude to receive vaccination. Therefore, a study was conducted on the sociodemographic relationship with receipt of COVID-19 vaccination in Tabanan Regency. The design is descriptive research with cross sectional study design. The independent variables are age, marital status, occupation, expenditure, religion, education and ownership of health insurance. Dependent variable is vaccination receipts. The inclusion criteria are people of Tabanan Regency aged 25-50 who haven’t vaccinated with a total sample 100 people. The sampling technique is consecutive. Data will be analyzed descriptively and bivariately using chi square and simple logistic regression.
