Изменение топографии поверхности тантала после воздействия мощного импульсного ионного пучка исследовали с помощью растровой электронной микроскопии. The hybrid quantum-classical method of molecular dynamics was used for the work. The effect of ion stimulation on the growth of a carbon film, as well as on the ratio of hybridization of carbon atoms in its composition, has been studied. Calculations have shown that ion stimulation with energies up to 20 eV increases the number of adsorbed carbon atoms. The effect of adding cerium oxide nanoparticles at the concentration of 100 μg/ml on the change in the absorbed dose recorded by the ferrous sulfate dosimeter when irradiated with inhibitory radiation with doses of 25, 50 and 75 Gy was investigated. Анализ проводился в рамках математической модели из двух уравнений: уравнения для тока LC-контура и уравнения одномерного движения лайнера. При ускоряющих напряжениях ~200 кВ электронный источник обеспечивает получение пучка, поступающего на коллектор с поперечным сечением 74 см2, током до 2.5 кА, длительностью 5 мкс. Энергия пучка, рассчитанная путем интегрирования по времени произведения осциллограмм ускоряющего напряжения и тока коллектора, составляет до 1 кДж. Значения энергии пучка, выделяемой в коллекторе, рассчитанные по результатам измерений температуры коллектора, составили 650–850 Дж. Straight and zigzag layouts are considered. Zigzag layout can be used to minimize the wire array length. Zigzag layout requires additional insulation to prevent array breakdown – pressurized SF6was used. Requirements for SF6 pressure and distance between wires for zigzag layout were obtained. Austenitic stainless steel and the Zr-1%Nb alloy have been studied, which are used in the nuclear industry as structural materials. The following irradiation parameters have been applied: the accelerating voltage of 200 kV, pulse duration of 90 ns, and the energy density per pulse of 1.5 J/cm2. After irradiation, coatings of both Fe-Cr-Al and Al-Si-N systems have been deposited by magnetron sputtering. Then, both normal and accidental losses of coolant conditions for water-cooled nuclear reactors are simulated. Radiation damage was modeled using 400 keV protons with a current density of 0.667 μA/cm2and a fluence of 2.25∙1016 proton/cm2. The second modeling method was the hydrogenation of samples – 360 °C, pressure of 2 atm for 2 hours. After irradiating the coatings with protons or saturating them with hydrogen, high-temperature oxidation of the samples was carried out in air and steam at a temperature of 1000 °C for 180 seconds. Гель образовывался как из водного раствора реагентов при испарении растворителя, так и из смеси исходных сухих реагентов при их увлажнении за счет гигроскопичности из окружающего воздуха. Определялись виды и характеристики горения в зависимости от соотношения топлива и окислителя, объема смесей реагентов и скорости их нагрева. Исследовались фазовый и химический составы, а также структура продукта горения, влияние на них обжига в окислительной воздушной среде. Plasma-solution synthesis has established itself as a simple and effective method for obtaining ultrafine materials with new properties. The formation of precipitation under the action of atmospheric pressure glow discharge on an iron and cobalt nitrates solution, which was the anode, was studied. It turned out that the rate of formation increases with an increase in the discharge current from 30 to 70 mA. In the course of work, the concentrations of nitrates were varied. The concentrations were chosen in such a way that the final product was stoichiometric Fe2O3·CoO. The result of the study of kinetic regularities indicates that the sedimentation of the solid phase from nitrate solutions occurs in two stages.
