In order to select a brand before starting a business, business owners who run a franchise restaurant were investigated the factors that were important to them and the satisfaction level after the business proceeds. By analyzing how satisfaction with the business affects business performance, it aims to provide implications for the criteria for efficient brand selection to prospective entrepreneurs who wish to start a business as a franchise in the future. The questionnaire survey was conducted on business owners running chicken franchises in all areas of Seoul. A frequency analysis was conducted to analyze the demographic characteristics of the survey subjects. Factor analysis and reliability analysis were performed to verify the validity and reliability of the measurement tool, and the hypothesis was verified through multiple regression analysis. The detailed research results are as follows. First, franchise SERVQUAL was found to have a significant effect on satisfaction before and after opening. Second, it was found that satisfaction before and after franchise opening had a significant effect on market performance and contract renewal performance. If the franchise outlet operators are satisfied with the SERVQUAL components such as responsiveness, assurance, empathy, convenience, reliability, quality of materials and information system before or after opening, it is possible to predict that sales will increase and opportunities for renewal will increase. Unfortunately, some locals or Tour Guides have continuously or erroneously projected the monoliths according to their subjective mythological beliefs as warriors, deities, or gods of Stone with powers to cure ailments like barrenness, epilepsy, and madness. This subjective point of view is neither scientific nor marketable to critical global minds. Rather, the Monoliths should be promoted or marketed as efforts of early settlers with astronomical awareness and capability for iron works and Artistry as depictions of these stone works range from noteworthy effigies or representations of village beauties, cultural emissaries, gifted farmers, shrewd hunters, wise chiefs and prominent dignitaries and positional astronomy. Furthermore, the astronomical angle when verified can make it an exciting visit for adventure Tourists. As a Tour Guide, the content of the packaging can make or mar a Cultural Product depending on the information you set out to transmit or dish out to your Regular and Potential Tourists. With the rapid development of tourism, the unbalanced development of regional tourism economy has become a common social and economic phenomenon., The paper Based on Tibet seven cities as the research object, in terms of the time and space, this dissertation analyzed the Tibet nearly a decade of tourism regional difference of tourism economy, with a series of analytical methods, such as range, standard deviation, extreme point and variable coefficient and so on. The result shows that the regional difference of Tibet tourism economy is evident. The absolute difference is enlarge unremmittingly, while the relative differences show a shrink trend in fluctuation. from the space tourism economy of Lhasa is well ahead of other cities in Tibet, The tourism economy of xigaze and Nyingchi are far behind of Lhasa, the tourism economy of Naqu and Ali are far behind of Lhasa from the space Lhasa, as the core of Tibet becomes the circle of tourism economic in Tibet. For the Latin American countries it represents an opportunity of growth and economic and social development. Cuba is making its best efforts to link and base its economy to this ever-growing field. The presently article carried out a bibliometric analysis of the scientific investigations about tourism in general and on the tourist product, starting from the year 1975. That scientific production was formally and thematically characterized through several bibliometric indicative, standing out the productivity for authors, the chronological variation of the number of works published in this field, idiomatic productivity, the areas in those that they have been carried out, among other elements of interest for this study type. The objective is to verify what is being investigated, and for who, as well as the evolution of the academic expression of the countries in this area, in articles and magazines scientific, which are the main channel of diffusion of this topic at the present time, among other publications which contribute to a better knowledge of the map of the investigation.
