Kecelakaan kerja konstruksi tidak sedikit menimbulkan akibat yang fatal (fatality accident) ditambah dengan hambatan yaitu adanya kasus pandemi Covid-19 yang menyerang seluruh elemen masyarakat khususnya pekerja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh unsafe action dan unsafe condition terhadap kecelakaan kerja pada pekerja di proyek gedung Perpustakaan Daerah Modern Kota Kendari. Metode penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross-sectional dengan instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner. Populasi berjumlah 65 pekerja dimana penelitian ini menggunakan sampel yang merupakan seluruh populasi. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis bivariat yaitu uji chi-square dan analisis multivariat yaitu uji regresi logistik biner dengan melihat pengaruh antara variabel dependen dan independen. Hasil analisis bivariat menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara unsafe action dan unsafe condition terhadap kecelakaan kerja (Pvalue < 0,05) sedangkan hasil analisis multivariat menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh antara unsafe action dengan kecelakaan kerja dengan nilai signifikansi (Pvalue = 0,000) dan terdapat pengaruh antara unsafe condition dengan kecelakaan kerja dengan nilai signifikansi (Pvalue = 0,004). Seiring dengan meningkatnya kecelakaan, maka meningkat pula karyawan yang tidak masuk kerja dikarenakan sakit. Akibatnya hal tersebut dapat menyebabkan terjadinya penurunan kinerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Hubungan Penerapan SMK3 dengan Kinerja Perawat di Ruang Rawat Inap RSUD Bahteramas Provinsi. Sultra. Penetilian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode analitik dengan desain studi cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 237 orang dan teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Random sampling berjumlah 149 orang. Analisis data ini menggunakan analisis univariat dan bivariat yaitu teknik Korelasi Spearman dengan instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, ada hubungan antara penetapan kebijakan K3RS dengan kinerja perwat dengan nilai korelasi sebesar 0,377 dengan tingkat kekuatan hubungan korelasi lemah dan bentuk hubungan yang positif. Ada hubungan antara perencanaan K3RS dengan kinerja perwat dengan nilai korelasi sebesar 0,340 dengan tingkat kekuatan hubungan korelasi lemah dan bentuk hubungan yang positif. Ada hubungan antara pelaksanaan rencana K3RS dengan kinerja perwat dengan nilai korelasi sebesar 0,339 dengan tingkat kekuatan hubungan korelasi lemah dan bentuk hubungan yang positif. Ada hubungan antara pemantauan dan evaluasi kinerja K3RS dengan kinerja perwat dengan nilai korelasi sebesar 0,345 dengan tingkat kekuatan hubungan korelasi lemah dan bentuk hubungan yang positif. Ada hubungan antara peninjauan dan peningkatan kinerja K3RS dengan kinerja perwat dengan nilai korelasi sebesar 0,400 dengan tingkat kekuatan hubungan korelasi lemah dan bentuk hubungan yang positif. Penularan Covid-19 ditularkan melalui kontak dekat dan yang berisiko terinfeksi adalah yang berhubungan dekat dengan orang yang positif Covid-19. Penelitian ini bertujuan  untuk mengetahui faktor yang berhubungan dengan kepatuhan terhadap protokol Covid-19 pada Masyarakat di Kabupaten Konawe Selatan Tahun 2020. Jenis penelitian menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode observasional analitik dengan rancangan penelitian cross sectional. Populasi berjumlah 164.947 orang dan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Accidental sampling yang berjumlah 381 orang. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis univariat dan analisis bivariat dengan menggunakan uji statistic Chi-square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, ada hubungan antara persepsi kerentanan dengan kepatuhan pada masyarakat dengan nilai (p-value= 0,000), ada hubungan antara persepsi manfaat dengan kepatuhan pada masyarakat dengan nilai (p-value= 0,013), ada hubungan antara persepsi hambatan dengan kepatuhan pada masyarakat dengan nilai (p-value= 0,000), ada hubungan antara petunjuk bertindak dengan kepatuhan pada masyarakat dengan nilai (p-value= 0,000). Tidak ada hubungan antara persepsi keparahan dengan kepatuhan pada masyarakat dengan nilai (p-value= 0,089). To minimize potential hazards that will impact health workers, visitors and patients, it is necessary to establish HOHS policies and plans. The purpose of this study was to find out how the description of OHS policy making and planning at the Bahteramas Hospital. This type of study was a qualitative descriptive study with a phenomenological approach. Determination of informants used purposive sampling technique. Informants included Chairperson of the HOHS Committee, Head of the OHS Division, Head of the ICU Room Installation and Head of the Inpatient Room. Primary data obtained by triangulation techniques, namely interviews, observation and documentation. Variables consist of policy setting, organization, support for facilities and infrastructure, risk management and control of potential hazards. The results shows that there is no written policy, but an organization was formed which was marked by the issuance of Director Decree number 725 in 2019 concerning the HOHS organizational guidelines and there is a determination of funding support such as fees from BLUDs, activity proposals and RKA, support for facilities and infrastructure such as APAR, hydrants, evacuation routes, fire alarm systems. OHS planning is to carry out risk management by using checklists and priority problems and controlling potential hazards to health workers by setting work shifts and using PPE, while visitors and patients are given safety such as cleaning wet floors. The purpose of this study was to find out the relationship between workload, shift, salary, and interpersonal relationship with work stress on nurses at BLUD RS Konawe Southeast Sulawesi. This study was an analytical study with a cross sectional study approach. The variables ini this study included work stress, workload, work shift, salary, and interpersonal relationships. The population was all nurses who work in BLUD RS Konawe numbered 164 people. The sample of this study was 115 people who were obtained by the simple random sampling technique method. The results of this study indicate that there is a statistically significant relationship (Pvalue<0.05) between workload variables with work stress (Pvalue=0.000) and shift variables with work stress (Pvalue=0.014). There is no statistical relationship (Pvalue>0.05) variable relationship of salary with work stress (Pvalue=0.875) because the salary is already satisfactory. Then the interpersonal relationship with work stress (Pvalue=0.836) on nurses is not related because interaction and communication goes well. To solve the problem of fishermen's work accidents, the government provides a UKK Post. However, the implementation of the fishermen's UKK Pos work health program has not run optimally. The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of the occupational health program in the occupational health efforts of fishermen. The type of this study was a qualitative study with a descriptive approach which is carried out in the working area of Puskesmas Sukakarya, Kota Sabang. Informants of this study were 7 people. Determination of informants in this study using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was carried out descriptively using the data analysis technique model of Miles and Huberman. The results showed that the implementation of promotional, preventive, curative and rehabilitative activities for the occupational health program at Pos UKK was not optimal because the activities were only carried out 4 times a year, limited funds/budget for organizing Pos UKK activities, there was no training for program managers and cadres. Supporting factors for the implementation of the Pos UKK occupational health program are the demographic location of Sabang City, the support of the village head, the low health of fishermen. The inhibiting factors for activities are the location of Pos UKK which was not permanent (often moved), the lack of budget, the absence of training on occupational health for program officials and cadres. The conclusion of this study is that the implementation of the occupational health program at the fishermen's UKK post is not optimal because of inhibiting factors. PPE plays an important role in occupational safety and health. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between knowledge, attitudes, availability, regulations, and worker’s supervision of the compliance with the use of PPE on workers at PT.Wijaya Karya Beton. The design of this study used an analytic survey with a cross sectional approach. The sample in this study were 100 employees of PT Wijaya Karya Beton. The statistical test used was the chi square test and logistic regression. The results shows that of the total respondents, 51.0% were aged 23-38 years, 32.0% had high school education, 76.0% had worked for 11-30 years. The results of bivariate analysis using chi-square showed that knowledge (p = .000), attitude (p = .000), availability of PPE (p = .000), regulation (p = .000) and supervision (p = .000). From the multivariate analysis, the most influential factor in this study is the availability of PPE with an OR value of 47,300, which means that respondents whose availability of PPE is less likely to cause 47 times the non-compliance of respondents in using PPE. This study aims to find out what factors are related to unsafe acts of workers at PT. Pelindo IV (Persero) Kendari City Branch in 2020. This type of research was a quantitative study with cross sectional approach. The research was conducted from December to January 2021. The sampling technique used a total sampling of 57 field workers. The variables in this study included unsafe actions, knowledge, attitudes, and supervision. The data collection instruments used in this study were questionnaires and documentation in accordance with the needs of the researcher. The data were analyzed using univariate and bivariate analysis with fisher's exact test. Data presentation was done in the form of frequency distribution tables and relationship tables between variables and then narrated. The results shows that 18 or 31.6 workers committed unsafe actions and 39 or 68.4 workers are already in the safe category. There is a relationship of knowledge (p-value = 0.011) and supervision (p-value = 0.022) with unsafe actions. However there is no relationship of attitude (p-value = 0.646) with unsafe actions. The conclusion is that there is no relationship between attitudes and unsafe actions in workers, and there is a relationship between knowledge and supervision and unsafe actions in workers. RSUD Bahteramas adalah salah satu rumah sakit terbesar di Propinsi Sulawesi Tenggara yang menerapkan SMK3 tetapi belum sepenuhnya terlaksana. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran penerapan SMK3 di RSUD Bahteramas Propinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan rancangan pendekatan fenomenologis. Pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara mendalam dengan bantuan pedoman wawancara, lembar observasi, dan menggunakan instrumen alat perekam suara. Informan pada penelitian ini yaitu informan kunci: Ketua Komite K3 RSUD Bahteramas Propinsi Sulawesi Tenggara dan informan biasa: Bidang Upaya Kesehatan Kerja, Bidang Upaya Manajemen Risiko, Bidang Upaya Kewaspadaan Bencana, Bidang Upaya Penanggulangan Kebakaran, Bidang Upaya Kesehatan Lingkungan Kerja dan Kepala Unit Instalasi Gizi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penetapan kebijakan K3 secara khusus mengenai K3RS belum ada, akan tetapi penerapannya telah dilaksanakan dengan dibentuknya organisasi Komite K3 serta sarana dan prasarana yang mendukung. Perencanaan K3RS dilaksanakan dengan melihat temuan masalah di lapangan dan diselesaikan berdasar pada prioritas masalah. Saptaputra","doi":"10.37887/jk3-uho.v2i1.18628","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.37887/jk3-uho.v2i1.18628","url":null,"abstract":"Munculnya wabah virus corona (Covid-19) pada permulaan tahun 2020 berakibat buruk bagi sektor pendidikan yang mengharuskan pemerintah Republik Indonesia mengeluarkan himbauan untuk melaksanakan kegiatan pembelajaran daring, namun dengan pelaksanaan perkuliahan daring, sebagian besar mahasiswa merasa kelelahan karena tidak semua mahasiswa mampu beradaptasi dengan kebiasaan baru ini. Tujuan umum pada penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor yang berhubungan dengan kelelahan selama perkuliahan daring dimasa pandemi Covid-19 pada mahasiswa FKM Universitas Halu Oleo. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional study dengan teknik pengambilan sampel stratified random sampling yang berjumlah 281 mahasiswa. Kelelahan diukur menggunakan Industrial Fatigue Research Committee (IFRC), tingkat stres diukur menggunakan Depression Anxiety Stress Scale (DASS), kualitas tidur diukur menggunakan Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), beban kerja mental menggunakan kuesioner National Aeronautics and Space Administration Task Load Index (NASA-TLX). Uji statistik menggunakan uji Chi square.
