The network conveys various kinds of traffic to the users and different traffic classes always have different quality requirements. Therefore, it is a critical issue to allocate suitable network resource to suitable traffic class for better service quality provisioning and resource utilization. This paper considers the characteristics of video frames to forward the video packet in an efficient way. The proposed scheme properly utilizes the unused bits of the differential service (DS) field of the IP header to provide some heuristic information for packet early discarding. Thus, by using the opportunity random early dropping (RED) concept, the proposed packet correlated RED (PCRED) scheme refers the heuristic information to selectively drop useless packet that is not helpful for the improvement of receiving quality for better buffer and bandwidth utilization. Exhaustive simulations were conducted to compare the performance of the proposed scheme with the RED with in/out (RIO) and weighted RED (WRED) schemes. To prevent such congestion, Long Term Evolution (LTE) takes advantages of the group-based policing to regulate the maximum bit rate of all traffic generated by a group of MTC devices. But previous researches on Access Point Name-Aggregate Maximum Bit Rate (APN-AMBR) based on group-based policing are relatively limited. This study proposes a multi-stage control mechanism, called MSC, to process the operations of maximum bit rate allocation based on resource utilization information. Simulation results indicate that MSC mechanism achieved a higher overall throughput for all MTC devices. For the purpose of performance evaluation, a M/G/k/k Markov chain was used to analyze the time controlled MTC application in LTE networks. The technological age has increased the ease with which students can cheat. Although some computerised solutions exist to detect plagiarism and cheating in its other forms, many of these are easily fooled. For other types of cheating, technical solutions are not yet widely available. This suggests that students are receiving awards that they do not deserve. This paper presents three different examples of student cheating, all of which provide academics with a problem. These issues include: (1) plagiarism of documents through automated essay spinning, (2) social media facilitated student cheating groups, and (3) contract cheating using agency and auction web sites. Each of these problems is shown to benefit from the provision of intelligent context-aware systems. First, we consider the 1-ray model combined with the 2-ray model using the amplitude modification factor ∝ and the propagation order of distance β as well as the field matching factor γ. Second, we introduce an expression to compute communication distance. Third, we apply PSO to optimally allocate sensor nodes or base stations by use of the communication distance function derived from the communication distance. Reversibility allows secret message to be completely recovered without any distortion after data extraction. Specifically, difference expansion embedding performs integer transform in a difference image which is acquired by grouping two neighboring pixel values. This paper proposes an improved reversible difference expansion embedding scheme. The main idea of this scheme is to consider edge direction to decrease the difference of two neighboring pixels values. In general, the larger difference tends to bring a degraded stego-image quality than the smaller difference. Experimental results showed that the proposed scheme improves image quality of PSNR from 0.5 to 3.7 dB in average. We use Packet Delivery Ratio (PDR), throughput, delay and average number of hops as evaluation metrics. In this paper, we analyze the performance of MANET by simulations, considering Random Waypoint Mobility (RWM) model and investigate the effect of AODV's HELLO packets in the network performance. We consider different mobility degrees for simulations. However, human visual perception does not differentiate colors and processes the image as a whole. Recently, new methods have been proposed that treat RGB color triples as vectors and color images as vector fields. In these approaches, edge detection is obtained extending the classical pattern matching and convolution techniques to vector fields. This paper proposes a hardware implementation of an edge detection method for color images that exploits the definition of geometric product of vectors given in the Clifford algebra framework to extend the convolution operator and the Fourier transform to vector fields. The proposed architecture has been prototyped on the Celoxica RC203E Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) board. Experimental tests on the FPGA prototype show that the proposed hardware architecture allows for an average speedup ranging between 6x and 18x for different image sizes against the execution on a conventional general-purpose processor. Clifford algebra based edge detector can be exploited to process not only color images but also multispectral gray-scale images. The other is online mode, which adds the idea of Tetris for entertainment.
