{"title":"AVALIAÇÃO DE UNIDADES DE HABITAÇÃO DO PROGRAMA MCMV, NO SUL CATARINENSE","authors":"Cristina Maria da Silveira Piazza","doi":"10.14393/sbqp19099","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.14393/sbqp19099","url":null,"abstract":"This work was presented as a prerequisite for approval in the course of specialization, and it was proposed to evaluate the composition of housing units in architectural projects of the Minha Casa, Minha Vida’ Program, built in the region covered by Criciúma/SC, through an evaluation comparing both qualitative and quantitative aspects of form, geometry and functionality, in a sample composed of four projects in the municipalities of Balneário Rincão, Criciúma, Içara and Forquilhinha. The evaluation was based on methodologies appropriate to each case, geometry being analyzed from the perspective of Ching (1999) and Clark & Pause (1997), the form’s relationship by Horton (1932) and Haggett (1965), the form will be given through the evaluation of the performance analysis of the project of March (1970) and the index of compactness of Mascaró (2006). On the other hand the functionality will seek to relate the static and dynamic components defined by Clark & Pause (1997). Perbeils","doi":"10.14393/sbqp19118","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.14393/sbqp19118","url":null,"abstract":"This work explores some instruments of post-occupation evaluation, focusing on the perception of environmental comfort, applied in a school building. The experience generated this paper, produced as final work of the discipline “evaluation of the performance of the built environment”, taught at postgraduate Architectural course at Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (PROARQ/ UFRJ). It contributes to research projects led by the Environmental Education Group (GAE) belonging to the same institution, which deals with themes related to the improvement of the quality of life in school environments, encompassing areas of architecture, sustainable development, psychology and education. Initially, the most appropriate tools to approach of were chosen, according to theme researched and the profile of the users of the space, resulting in walkthrough analysis, interview and visual map. The instruments were then applied during three days of scheduled visits to the case study, the results were processed, and considerations were made about the experience. Santos, Pedro Pereira","doi":"10.14393/sbqp19137","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.14393/sbqp19137","url":null,"abstract":"The article was the result of the final work to complete the undergraduate course in architecture and urbanism that was proposed in the elaboration of an urban and cultural equipment for the qualification of the Northwest Region of Goiânia, understanding it as a new potentiality of urban centrality. The Northwest Region of Goiânia is one of the seven administrative regions: North, Center, South, West, East and Southwest, that conform Goiânia in an urban metropolis. Demarcated in 1979, as the beginning of the process of informal occupation of the region, the area was characterized as an urban emptiness outside the boundaries of the consolidated urban network, which generated in the urban production of irregular and regularized districts that diverged from the formal planning of Goiânia . However, the Northwest Region unfolded as an urban space inherent to that of the planned city, with a structuring of services, people and urban dynamics allowed it an intra-urban urban-social development.
