Backheuser, Paulo Eduardo Fonseca de Campos","doi":"10.14393/sbqp19004","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.14393/sbqp19004","url":null,"abstract":"RESUMOSe o movimento moderno defendeu uma produção impositiva, onde o arquiteto poderia definir de maneira autoritária o desenho das cidades e seus edifícios, a partir de meados do século XX suas práticas e teorias passam a ser duramente criticadas. Alternativas contextualizadoras e participativas foram valorizadas como respostas a um mundo cada vez mais complexo, plural e diversificado. A inadequação arquitetônica às comunidades e famílias dos grandes conjuntos residenciais modernista aparece com frequência em debates profissionais, acadêmicos e nas comunidades em questão. Assim, o processo passa a ser debatido, em detrimento do produto. Se temos que considerar mais variáveis, a maneira como se atinge o resultado ganha importância sobre o resultado em si, que passa a ser inesperado. Na mesma época, autores como William Mitchel, Nicholas Negroponte, Yona Friedman e Christopher Alexander, defendem a união de processos participativos e ferramentas computacionais. União essa que vem sendo debatida até hoje com autores como José Pinto Duarte e Branko Kolarevic, que trazem o conceito de customização em massa para a arquitetura e o urbanismo. Assim, o presente trabalho pretende refletir sobre processos participativos viabilizados por ferramentas digitais, a partir de um experimento, um algoritmo associado a um sistema construtivo, que permite a personalização de uma arquitetura. O experimento se apropriará de outra pesquisa que desde de 2015 vem procurando adaptar diferentes experiências internacionais de soluções construtivas baseadas em um método subtrativo de fabricação digital. Considering the importance of user consideration in the environmental context, this article aims to identify how the user is considered in the process of designing interior spaces. The basis of the methodology for interior projects usually comes from the architectural design, while some institutions choose to consult the methodologies focused on product development. Through a search in the bases of the e-mec system, the public institutions that offered this course in the country were identified, followed by the specific bibliographies of interior design used by them in disciplines of design methodology. It is presented as the authors suggest that the designer contact or consider the users and how they should be approached during the project steps. This article, as a result of a doctoral thesis, aims to analyze the functionality of Social Housing architectural projects) in Maceió-AL, between the years 1964 and 2014, from the verification of functional attributes, taking into account the space required to the use and occupation of the different environments. The methodological procedures were based on historical-documentary research within public agencies responsible for housing production by setting a sample for analysis of 16 original and distinct architectural designs. It was verified that all environments presented some type of inadequacy or functional problem. In addition, it was also observed that the dimensional reduction in the useful area of some projects implied a greater amount of functional inadequacies. It was possible to observe improvements in the functionality of the analyzed projects, from small modifications in the project or through the redesign of the original layout, maximizing the attendance of the users' needs.
