Comprehensively estimate the temperature of the gaseous medium inside the experimental fragment of the building when conducting full-scale fire tests. \u0000Methods. Measuring the temperature inside the experimental fragment during a fire. \u0000Findings. The temperature of the gaseous medium during full-scale fire tests of building constructions are measured. A difference in temperature was found in different parts of the fragment. The values of the equivalent duration of a standard fire for the tests are obtained. \u0000Application field of research. The results of the study can be used in the appointment of boundary conditions (determination of thermal effect) to determine the heating of the tested building constructions. Penelitian ini mengaplikasikan metode kombinasi menggunakan metode fermentasi menggunakan bakteri Lactobacillus dan metode enzimatis menggunakan bonggol nanas pada pembuatan VCO. Bakteri Lactobacillus dan bonggol nanas mempunyai enzim protease dan enzim bromelin yang mampu memecah protein didalam emulsi santan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat minyak kelapa murni (VCO) menggunakan proses fermentasi dan penambahan ekstrak bonggol nanas,penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mencari pengaruh variabel penambahan Lactobacillus bulgaricus dan Lactobacillus achidopillus dalam ekstrak bonggol nanas terhadap kualitas VCO. Pembuatan VCO diawali dengan membuat santan,kemudian santan dicampur dengan ekstrak bonggol nanas dan Bakteri Lactobacillus sesuai variabel yang sudah ditentukan.Hasil analisa menunjukkan jumlah volume VCO terbanyak diperoleh pada waktu fermentasi 30 jam dengan berat bakteri sebesar 1,4 gram dengan bilangan penyabunan sesuai standar paling banyak pada berat bakteri 1 gram dengan waktu fermentasi 24 hingga 42 jam . This research was carried out in various operating temperatures of 60 oC, 70 oC, 80 oC, 90 oC, 100 oC and at pH 1,2,3,4,5. Then, the results obtained were analyzed using UV-VIS spectrophotometry. The analysis results that then optimized using the Surface Response Method. The highest levels produced from this study were at a temperature of 100 oC and pH 5 with a concentration of 9.16 mg/L. Optimization is done to determine the optimum conditions for producing Sodium Lignosulfonate. Jackfruit seeds can be processed into raw materials for making bioethanol. This research uses enzymatic hydrolysis method using α-amylase and glucukoamilase to break the starch compounds into glucose, and fermentation method uses saccharomyces cerevisiae which can convert glucose into bioethanol. This study aims to determine the composition of variations in the addition of the enzyme α-amylase and glucoamylase and the length of time of fermentation in the formation of bioethanol. Making bioethanol begins with jackfruit seeds weighing 50 grams with a fixed weight, then dried in an oven at 150 ° C for 1 hour, then ground. After that, it enters the hydrolysis process with the variable composition of the addition of the enzyme α-amylase and glucoamylase (20ml; 30ml; 40m; 50ml; 60ml), then tested using a brix refractometer. The fermentation process is then performed by adding yeast Saccharomyces cereviseae (Alcotec Turbo Yeast 48) with fermentation time (24 hours; 36 hours; 48 hours; 60 hours; 72 hours) and ethanol content measured using refractoalcohol. The results of this study, obtained the best glucose level was 14% in the volume of the alpha-amylase and gluco-amylase enzymes as much as 60 ml.
