Since the establishment of China Bone Marrow Bank in 1992, only more than 14,000 patients have been successfully matched. According to the survey, a large number of volunteers in China will eventually choose to refuse to donate hematopoietic stem cells, which is closely related to the public's lack of understanding of hematopoietic stem cell donation. Unrelated volunteers can get less support from family members than related hematopoietic stem cell donors, which leads to their lower donation rate. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the family support system of unrelated hematopoietic stem cell donation volunteers.","PeriodicalId":15431,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Clinical Medicine Research","volume":" 37","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-07-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141675946","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Employing L-carnitine as a dual-functional dopant and auxiliary recognition element in the electropolymerization process, the sensor not only enhances the conductive properties of polypyrrole but also significantly improves its specific recognition capability towards the target bacteria. The sensor preparation encompasses the electrochemical polymerization of L-CN/PPy composite material, immobilization and elution of template bacteria, followed by bacterial recognition and detection steps. Through systematic optimization of L-CN concentration, polymerization conditions, eluent composition, elution time, and operational parameters, the sensor's performance is maximized. Experimental results confirm the sensor's efficacy in rapidly completing template bacteria elution within just 30 minutes and achieving efficient recognition of Vibrio parahaemolyticus within 20 minutes, demonstrating high sensitivity and selectivity. Moreover, the straightforward and rapid construction method of the sensor introduces a novel technological strategy for practical microbial detection applications, highlighting extensive application prospects.","PeriodicalId":15431,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Clinical Medicine Research","volume":" 8","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-07-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141674451","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

We report a case of a presacral neuroendocrine tumor in a 68-year-old male who presented with lumbosacral pain. Enhanced MRI revealed a soft tissue mass at the sacrococcygeal region, while whole-body enhanced 18F-PET/CT identified small intratumoral vessels and involvement of the adjacent rectal posterior wall, mesorectal fascia, presacral fascia, and sacrococcygeal bones, accompanied by multiple lymph node metastases and widespread metastases to the lungs, liver, and bones. A CT-guided biopsy confirmed the diagnosis of a grade 2 (G2) neuroendocrine tumor. Given the tumor's extensive metastasis and aggressive nature, surgical intervention was deemed unsuitable, and the patient was treated with sulfatinib. Sulfatinib shows significant potential in managing advanced neuroendocrine tumors, providing an effective therapeutic option for patients with such complex and high-risk conditions.","PeriodicalId":15431,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Clinical Medicine Research","volume":" 23","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-07-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141673392","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
