Pada penelitian ini analisa data ditujukan pada karakteristik daya output turbine Archimedes screw terhadap bukaan katup stopkran serta pengujian dilakukan pada pemodelan pembangkit listrik tenaga Pikohidro ini meliputi mengukur debit air, putaran generator, tegangan, arus, torsi serta daya output generator dan efisiensi. Pada proses pembuatan dan pengujian turbin air tipe screw dilakukan penambahan kerangka tandon air dan adanya alat ukur debit Weir V-Nocth yang mengukur dari ketinggian debit dan ketinggian head turbine yang di uji. Penelitian ini berlangsung untuk mengetahui kinerja turbin ulir dengan pengujian variasi debit air, Dengan melakukan pengujian terhadap bukaan Stopkran dengan  3 variasi yaitu ½ (lebar 38 mm), ¾ (lebar 50 mm), 1 (lebar 76 mm) dengan masing-masing menghasilkan debit air 0,0045 m3/s, 0,0065 m3/s, 0,0078 m3/s. Sudut kemiringan turbin yang digunakan sebesar 300 dan head turbin 0,9 m. Proses pengujian alat dilakukan di tempat terbuka dan adanya arus litrik PLN tujuannya yaitu agar lebih mudah dalam pengisian air tandon menggunakan pompa celup. Peran vital noken as dalam performa mesin motor 4 tak terletak pada fungsinya yang mengatur timing saat klep terbuka sehingga timing bahan bakar dan udara yang masuk ke head silinder tetap sesuai dengan langkah piston Penelitian ini bertujuan yaitu Pengaruh variasi sudut chamsaft terdahap kinerja mesin bensin, Pengaruh variasi sudut chamsaft terhdap emisi mesin bensin, Pengaruh variasi sudut chamsaft manakah yang terbaik terhadap kinerja dan emisi mesin bensin.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode experimen Penelitian ini menggunakan variasi perubahan poros nok (camshaft) dengan variasi sudut open 350 ex 450 open 300 ex 400 open 450 ex 600. Pelaksanaan eksperimen ini dilakukan tiga kali pengambilan data, sehingga diharapkan data yang didapat benar-benar valid. Hal tersebut terjadi karena setiap harinya jumlah sampah semakin meningkat seiring dengan meningkatnya produksi tanpa diikuti oleh cara pengolahan yang baik. Rata-rata timbulan sampah harian oleh masyarakat adalah 52.252,51 ton lalu dari data tersebut 24,85% adalah sampah anorganik. Sebagian besar sampah anorganik tidak dapat terurai oleh mikroorganisme atau membutuhkan waktu yang lama untuk terurai oleh alam diperkirakan terdapat 0,48-1,29 juta ton sampah plastik per tahun yang terdapat di lautan maupun danau. Jika hal tersebut terus dibiarkan maka akan semakin banyak kerugian-kerugian yang ditimbulkan, seperti pencemaran sungai yang akan menyebabkan erosi air dan banjir, rusaknya ekosistem di dalam sungai, dan dapat mempercepat penyebaran hama dan penyakit. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut, penerapan teknologi RC Boat Trash Collector berbasis solar cell ini bertujuan untuk membantu dalam pembersihan sampah pada permukaan air sungai dengan menggunakan mekanisme conveyor sebagai pengangkutan sampah. Tahapan penerapan teknologi pada mitra terdiri dari idenifikasi masalah, pengumpulan data, pra produksi, produksi, dan pasca produksi. ST 37 steel is steel produced for making various machinery components. To improve the mechanical properties of ST 37 steel, a heat treatment process is applied. To see the service life of steel, it is also necessary to pay attention to the rate of corrosion that will occur in the steel that will be used in machine components. The aim of this research is to determine the use of the right type of electrode and current strength to achieve its effective use, with the criteria that the steel has tensile strength when a tensile reaction occurs in the steel and the steel has good corrosion resistance. In this study, the electrode variations used were AWS E6010, E6013, and E7016 electrodes, with variations in current strength of 70 A, 85 A, and 110 A. The highest tensile strength values ​​during the drawing process occurred in specimens with strong AWS E7016 electrode variations. The current was 110 A. Meanwhile, the lowest tensile strength occurred in the specimen with the AWS E6013 electrode variation with a current strength of 70 A. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh kekuatan lentur, kekuatan impak dan struktur mikro pada sambungan las dengan berbagai variasi pergerakan elektroda spiral, zig-zag dan pergerakan elektroda U. Proses pengelasannya menggunakan mesin las SMAW arus 90A, kawat elektroda E7018 diameter 2,6 mm, material yang digunakan adalah baja pegas daun SUP9A yang dibuat dengan sudut X 60°. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengujian impak dengan pergerakan elektroda zig-zag diperoleh nilai rata-rata impak tertinggi sebesar 1,33 Joule/mm², sedangkan nilai kuat lentur rata-rata tertinggi terdapat pada pergerakan elektroda U sebesar 111,2 MPa dan nilai kuat lentur terendah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan  kekuatan kekerasan, kekuatan bending dan struktur mikro pada sambungan pengelasan baja pegas daun SUP9A dengan berbagai variasi kampuh V, X dan double U. Proses pengelasan menggunakan mesin las SMAW dengan arus 90 A, kawat elektroda E7018 diameter 2,6 mm, material yang digunakan adalah baja pegas daun SUP9A dengan ketebalan 10 mm. Proses sandblasting dilakukan dengan menembakkan material abrasif dengan tekanan udara tinggi ke permukaan logam sehinggasehingga kotoran yang menempel padanya akan terkikis. Beberapa metode dapat digunakan untuk membersihkan permukaan logam, seperti menyikat dengan kawat, merendam dalam larutan asam, atau dengan penyemprotan partikel padat berupa pasir sebagai bahan abrasif atau disebut sandblasting. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan material baja karbon SS400 dan membuat kabin menggunakan Plat Galvanis. Cup drink MSME business actors have started using labels to market and create a special attraction for their products. At this time cup printing has begun to use machines, but the machines commonly used are only capable of printing one color and cannot print two or more colors and the price of the machines is still quite expensive. The purpose of this research is to optimize and redesign a one-color cup screen printing machine into a cup screen printing machine design that is practical and capable of printing two or more colors, to determine the power consumption of the electric motor on a two-color cup screen printing machine, and to determine the capacity and production yield of cup screen printing machines. two colours. The research method used was experimental by designing and manufacturing and testing a semi-automatic two-color screen printing device. Tests were carried out with variations in molding dimensions of 14 Oz and 16 Oz. From the results of the study it can be concluded that molding size has no effect on electric motor power, electricity consumption costs, production capacity, and screen printing quality.
