As the flexible inverted pendulum system is a nonlinear, multivariable, strong coupling, and unstable control system. In order to improve the double flexible real-time control of inverted pendulum system response speed and stability, a LQR controller which can stabilize the inverted pendulum system is designed, according to this, an more efficient neural network controller is designed which is based on the Sugeno-type fuzzy inference rules. The controller takes the hybrid of BP neural network and least squares algorithm to train parameters, which can accurately summarize the amount of input and output fuzzy membership functions and fuzzy logic rules. Automatic and fast express number recognition technology can solve the problem. The article proposed an algorithm based on template matching to extract and recognize the express number of a non-ideal scanned express form. First, we used the method which called Hough transform to estimate the rotation angle of a raw image, and then the raw image can be corrected with a contrary angle. Second, we use the method of the edge features to position the barcode. Third, express number region can be found by positioning the barcode area. Finally, each digit in the express number area was segmented out and recognized by being compared with the templates stored in a database. The whole algorithm was evaluated throughly with real life express images. The results showed that the proposed method is fast, accurate and robust. Firstly, the approximate range including hop timing is searched by segmented FFT, then the both ends of the data segments by multi-windows iterative SPWVD, combining with statistics about the ends to obtain more accurate estimation of the parameters. This method can be easily implemented with lower computation complexity, and making real-time estimation possible. However, it is more and more difficult for the current Internet network layer and transport layer services to meet the diverse needs of end-to-end transmission performance of the multimedia video services. The paper studies the core network on which national or provincial-level municipal comprehensive monitoring system relies and network congestion in large-scale regulatory data aggregation and distribution. Based on overlay routing and multi-routing load balancing technology, the study breaks through the network routing limitations of IP core network and builds a multi-point dynamic distributed information transmission structure between data servers. The process involves using data warehouse to achieve the storage of massive customer transaction data, the construction of the fundamental indicator system, the selection of the indicators using PCA and the construction of the customer classification model using K-means clustering algorithm. Consequently, it can reconcile the contradiction between long-range target detection and high range resolution. However, the serious sidelobe interference from large targets due to the matched filtering may lead to the masking of nearby smaller targets, hence the detection performance of the radar system will be degraded. In this paper, pulse compression of linear frequency modulated (LFM) signal using both spectrum modification and window weighting (SMWW) techniques is presented and compared with matched filter (MF), mismatched filter (MMF), and reiterative minimum mean-square error (RMMSE) estimation method. The features of phase space maps, Lyapunov exponents maps and time domain of the new complex chaotic model are analysed. The Lyapunov exponent simulation results of the chaotic model show that new complex chaotic model has strong chaotic features. The results of theoretical analysis and experiment show that the new complex chaotic model belongs to a hyperchaotic model. It has been a key and primary issue to develop an effective algorithm for reducing energy consumption of UASN. In this paper, a new clustering algorithm based on low-energy adaptive clustering hierarchy (LEACH) protocol is proposed. The algorithm combines the factor of the cluster head's position, meanwhile, it involves not only the energy consumption between member nodes and cluster heads but also the energy consumption between cluster heads and base station when the member nodes choose which cluster to join in. The RBF NN (radial basis function neural network) is chosen to approximate the unknown nonlinear functions in the system dynamics. Lyapunov-Krasovskii functionals are used to compensate the influence of delay terms. Then an adaptive neural network output tracking controller is designed by using the back-stepping recursive method. Based on Lyapunov stability theory and Theorem 1, the proposed controller can guarantee all closed-loop signals are globally, uniformly and ultimately bounded, which is proved, while the output tracking converges to a neighborhood of the origin. With the increasing application and popularization of wireless communication and mobile device technology, two-dimensional barcode technologies have been employed for production, logistics, and sales. To apply the benefits of technology to the medical field, for this study, we used various applications of QR code in a hospital medical equipment repair management system. The main goal was to enable equipment or facility engineers to rapidly obtain detailed equipment information and return the medical equipment to normal operations. The experiment results indicate that method developed in this study can significantly improve the efficiency of medical equipment repairs, ensure engineers receive the correct information, shorten the Web site process time, and highlight the significance of solving such problems. The research in its actual state will be full support tool for the repair of medical equipment management.
