Due to the diversity of information, the accuracy rate of multimodal recognition is higher than that of single modal recognition. Therefore, this paper proposed a DNN-based multimodal learning emotion analysis method which combines video and speech to detect students’ learning emotion in real time. We use this method to automatically identify learning emotions in primary school English classroom. According to different learning emotions, the PAD emotion scale was used to correspond learning emotions with learning states. Map Reduce is a big data processing framework used across distributed applications. Prior to the development of a map reduce framework, data are distributed and clustered using a hybrid clustering algorithm. The algorithm used for grouping together similar techniques utilises the k-means clustering algorithm, along with the MFCM clustering algorithm. Clustered data is then fed into the map reduce frame work after it has been clustered. In order to guarantee privacy, the optimal k anonymization method is recommended. When using generalisation and randomization, there are two techniques that can be employed: K-anonymity, which is unique to each, depends on the type of the quasi identifier attribute. Our method replaces the standard k anonymization process by employing an optimization algorithm that dynamically determines the optimal k value. This algorithm uses the Modified Grey Wolf Optimization (MGWO) algorithm for optimization. The memory, execution time, accuracy, and error value are used to assess the recommended method’s practise. This experiment has shown that the suggested method will always finish ahead of the existing method by using the least amount of time while ensuring the greatest level of security. The current technique gets the lowest accuracy and the privacy proposed achieves the maximum accuracy while compared to the current technique. The solution is implemented in Java with Hadoop Map-Reduce, and it is tested and deployed in the cloud on Google Cloud Platform.","PeriodicalId":153590,"journal":{"name":"J. Interconnect. Online and tangible computing platforms have become more interested in pursuing active teaching through educational technologies within the curriculum. Some common problems and considerations can be addressed, such as access, capacity, financing, periodic progress measurements, and evaluation results. The productive learning activity can be immediately and constantly monitored by proposing Digital Tangible Intelligent Monitoring systems (DTIMS). The decision tree method’s teaching methodology can efficiently perform this proposed system, which monitors the former challenges. At the same time, the next is resolved by a dynamic evaluation process based on the Internet of Things (IoT). The research is evaluated using the education systems currently adopted. The results highlighted the potential of the proposed model and helped to gain information in digital teaching. The purpose of this paper is to study the model of vehicle scheduling problem in distribution center based on improved differential evolution algorithm. This paper firstly makes a simple analysis of the vehicle distribution route optimization problem, and points out the main factors that constitute the route optimization problem; then analyzes the principle of the differential evolution algorithm, and on this basis, the differential evolution algorithm is improved. In the experimental part, this paper takes a distribution center as the research object, and proposes the implementation steps of the algorithm of the vehicle scheduling problem based on the improved differential evolution algorithm. And test the running cost of the improved differential evolution algorithm and differential evolution algorithm. Experimental results show that applying the improved differential evolution algorithm to vehicle scheduling problems has certain practicality. On the basis of the current research, the four-layer neural network combined with PID control is proposed in this paper, which can better control the braking compared with the traditional PID controller and BP neural network, safety, efficiency and stability have been improved in the following cars. According to the animation simulation demonstration of CAR SIM software, it can be determined that the improved neural network PID controller in the mechanical system can realize the safety and active braking requirements of cruise vehicle, and it is more accurate and efficient than the traditional BP neural network PID controller. Relevant parameters of the existing millimeter-wave radars are set by the radar sensors, and the long-distance horizontal detection range is plus or minus 10 degrees. The radar is installed on the longitudinal axis of the front bumper and has a height of 442[Formula: see text]mm. According to Car SIM’s preset radar sensor module parameters, the sensors can independently collect and transmit relevant data, it is also possible to cooperate with other sensors for the same variable parameter to increase the accuracy and avoid abnormal errors caused by the failure of a certain sensor. The content based collaborative filtering (CBCF) method is introduced to solve the issues presented in the RSs. However, the CBCF method is suffering with the cold start problem for new users and suffering with data accuracy, data sparsity, and scalable data in clustering process. Thus, to solve these problems, this article proposes hierarchical agglomerative clustering (HAC) based collaborative filtering (HAC-CF) for RSs. The proposed HAC-CF based RS functions by utilizing the incentivized/penalized user (IPU) model with user-based and item-based ratings. To this end, users are divided into several clusters through single link graph partitioning through minimum distance criteria. Then, the final item ranking is computed using Pearson correlation coefficient (PCC) similarity of users. Hence, recommendation efficiency and accuracy are increased at the end user by combining user, item models. The simulation results show the performance enhancement of proposed method with respect to F1-score, recall, and precision as compared to the conventional approaches.","PeriodicalId":153590,"journal":{"name":"J. Artificial intelligence and robotics have become prevalent in modern economic, professional, social, and daily lives. As a function of its ability to update and develop business processes and innovative ideas, services, and products and resolve difficult tasks to achieve new, entrepreneurship has experienced massive development. Significant changes are occurring in entrepreneurship and economic growth due to artificial intelligence. Therefore, this paper aims to understand the effect and components of data entrepreneurship overall with the help of an artificial intelligence-based feasibility evaluation model (AI-FEM). Robot, edge and physical resource layers are described in depth in this document. We first deploy an edge node near the data sources to combine multiple devices’ interfaces and function as a raw data filter. Then it provides opportunity recognition, opportunity development, and opportunity implementation processes are part of the framework’s processes described in this paper. This paper aims to develop a basic framework for evaluating AI’s potential implications for the interaction between entrepreneurship and economic growth. The economic growth of industrial robots reduces basic labor costs. However, it increases hourly compensation, suggesting that the productivity-enhancing advantage of industrial robots equals the wage-increasing influence. The results show that the system is feasible and performs better in real-time and network transmission than in an AI-based industry scenario. The experimental results of AI-FEM show the high-performance ratio of 95.5%, productivity ratio of 96.3%, reliability ratio of 93.4%, the employment rate of 92.6%, an efficiency ratio of 93.6%, industrial management ratio of 90.3%, and cost-effectiveness ratio of 20.3% compared to other methods.","PeriodicalId":153590,"journal":{"name":"J. Integration of two-way connectivity and two-way power flow between utilities and customers turns the conventional infrastructure into an intelligent grid renowned for its intelligent grid (IG). IG is committed to ensuring reliability, flexibility, and sustainability. IG offers cyber threat and natural catastrophe surveillance, control, and endurance. It takes into account both storage and generation choices.
