The purpose of this paper is to study the model of vehicle scheduling problem in distribution center based on improved differential evolution algorithm. This paper firstly makes a simple analysis of the vehicle distribution route optimization problem, and points out the main factors that constitute the route optimization problem; then analyzes the principle of the differential evolution algorithm, and on this basis, the differential evolution algorithm is improved. In the experimental part, this paper takes a distribution center as the research object, and proposes the implementation steps of the algorithm of the vehicle scheduling problem based on the improved differential evolution algorithm. And test the running cost of the improved differential evolution algorithm and differential evolution algorithm. Experimental results show that applying the improved differential evolution algorithm to vehicle scheduling problems has certain practicality. When the number of iterations reaches 60, the running cost of the improved differential evolution algorithm is 1,200 yuan, and the running cost of the differential evolution algorithm is 1,300 yuan.","PeriodicalId":153590,"journal":{"name":"J. 摘要

随着城市规模的不断扩大和人口的不断增加,人们对物流配送的速度、可靠性和经济性提出了更高的要求。车辆最优调度决策模型及其求解算法的研究虽然取得了不少成果,但存在求解效率低、耗时长、易陷入局部最优解等问题。本文研究了基于改进差分进化算法的配送中心车辆调度问题模型。本文首先对车辆配送路线优化问题进行了简单的分析,指出了构成路线优化问题的主要因素;然后分析了差分进化算法的原理,并在此基础上对差分进化算法进行了改进。在实验部分,本文以某配送中心为研究对象,提出了基于改进差分进化算法的车辆调度问题的算法实现步骤。并对改进的差分进化算法和差分进化算法的运行成本进行了测试。实验结果表明,将改进的差分进化算法应用于车辆调度问题具有一定的实用性。当迭代次数达到60次时,改进差分进化算法的运行成本为1200元,而差分进化算法的运行成本为1300元。
