Reviewing literature on knowledge management and tracing its historical background, definitions and dominant paradigms and analysis 32 frameworks of KM, a relatively integrated model of KM was presented in this paper. The study found many similarities of models and its presents a model which combine all the best features of the models analyzed. A 10-stage integrated model was proposed. These stages include some activities such as knowledge goal setting, identification, acquisition, creation, organization, sharing, evaluation, preservation, retention and updating and KM effectiveness evaluation. Also, life expectancy of people suffering from this irregularity has increased from 25 to 59 in the last decades. Recognizing such patients in critical and high security places like security gates could assist responsible people to make proper decisions. This irregularity causes a private facial view which differentiates regular people from patients. In this study, we have proposed a novel framework, which uses first and second order directional derivative local binary pattern (LBP) histograms for texture description then applies the support vector machine for classification, in order to distinguish Down syndrome population from healthy one. We have investigated and compared two methods for texture description: one method utilizes only first order directional derivative LBP and the other benefits from both first and second order directional derivative LBPs. The histogram bins values obtained from the mentioned descriptors have been used for training the support vector machine to classify Down and not Down population. The proposed approach has been implemented using a custom database collected from free web resources. A common problem with frequently used intensity-based image registration algorithms is that they assume intensities of different pixels are independent of each other that could lead to low registration performance especially in the presence of spatially-varying intensity distortions, because they ignore the complex interactions between the pixel intensities. Motivated by this problem, in this paper we present a novel similarity measure which takes into account nonstationarity of the pixels intensity and complex spatially varying intensity distortions in mono-modal settings. An exact solution for this issue can preserve Web sites from the intrusion of malicious robots and increase the performance of Web servers by prioritizing human users. In this article, we propose a density based method called DBC_WRD (Density Based Clustering for Web Robot Detection) to discover the traffic of Web robots on two large real data sets. So, we assume the visitors as the spatial instances and introduce two new features to describe and distinguish them. These attributes are based on the behavioral patterns of Web visitors and remain invariant over time. By focusing on one of the disadvantages of DBSCAN as the density based clustering algorithm used in this paper, we just utilize 4 features to reduce the dimensions. According to the supervised evaluations, DBC_WRD can have the 96% of Jaccard metric and produce two clusters which have the entropy and purity rates of 0.0215 and 0.97, respectively. Furthermore, the comparisons show that from the standpoint of clustering quality and accuracy, DBC_WRD performs better than state-of-the-art algorithms. The core of a search engine is the indexing system which consists of two main parts: data storage and data retrieval. With the increasing amount of semantic data, the most important goal expected from an indexing system is the ability to store large amount of data and retrieve them as fast as possible. In other words, having a scalable indexing system is one of the major challenges in semantic search engines. In this paper, a scalable method is presented to index the RDF data which utilizes HBase database, a NOSQL database management system, as its underlying data storage. HBase provides random access to massive data on the distributed framework of Hadoop, therefore, it can be a proper option for the management of the massive data. Further, due to the importance and popularity of the entity-based queries, a new schema based on a clustering algorithm is designed to effectively respond to this type of queries. The workspace of mobile robots is not always ideal, but typically filled with disturbances (known or unknown) such as uneven surface terrain, natural friction, uncertainties, and parametric changes. In this study, a new approach namely active force control (AFC) scheme integrating artificial neural network (ANN) has been suggested to cope on the disturbances and thus improve the trajectory tracking characteristic of the system. Therefore, a two wheeled mobile robot has been simulated, and ANN technique is explicitly employed for the estimation of the inertia matrix that is needed in the inner feedback control loop of the AFC scheme. The robustness and efficiency of the identified control scheme are studied considering various forms of loading and operating conditions. Also, Otsu thresholding and morphological reconstruction algorithms are used respectively in segmentation and post-processing steps. The features including spatial domain and transform domain features. Comparative studies have shown that both spatial-domain based and transform-domain based features have good effects on classification. So, to have them both in the CAD system, it is preferred to have combination of these two feature spaces. Imbalance data is a great challenge. The imbalance data is a kind of situation when the number of one data member class is significantly smaller than the other class. In the recent years this issue has got more attention among many researchers all over the world. In this paper we are going to propose a new algorithm for dealing and classifying the imbalance data. In the first part of the proposed method the SMOTE (Synthetic Minority Oversampling TEchnique) oversampling preprocessing is done for increasing the numbers of minority members of the dataset in order to emphasize them, then the algorithm is run on the 10 binary classes, imbalance KEEL datasets. The greatest obstacle that often is considered for acceptance of cloud services is lack of customers' trust to service providers. In this research, the problem of creating trust in cloud services has been evaluated and a model is presented to perform a comprehensive prioritization about services which are provided by cloud providers and let users to compare and choose proper service providers (in proportion with their needs) and in the other hand, enable service providers to increase their services' quality through an intact competition. Based on the subjective logic trust model, this paper combines direct experiences, reputation values, satisfied interaction feedback and risk factor.
