Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di lahan bukaan baru Kampung Bokem, Distrik Merauke, Kabupaten Merauke, Propinsi Papua Selatan pada bulan Maret Sampai Juni 2021. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) terdiri atas 6 varietas dengan 3 ulangan. Varietas yang digunakan, yaitu varietas Nutrizinc, Mamberamo, Inpari 42, Inpara 2, Inpari 32 dan Inpari Sidenuk. Masing masing perlakuan diulang sebanyak 3 kali ulangan sehingga akan diperoleh 18 plot percobaan. Luas plot pengamatan 3 x 3 m2 dengan jarak tanam 20 x 20 cm sehingga dalam plot terdiri dari 50 tanaman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat variasi tinggi pada masing-masing varietas sebagai berikut: varietas Chidanu (78,4 cm), varietas padi Inpara (74,2 cm), varietas Nutrizinc (70,7 cm), varietas Mambramo (66,3 cm), varietas Inpari 42 (65,1 cm) dan varietas Inpari 32 (59,0 cm). Demikian pula dengan jumlah anakan yaitu varietas Inpara 2 (12 anakan), varietas Inpari Chidanu (11 anakan), varietas Inpari 32 (10 anakan), varietas Mambramo (10 anakan), dan varietas Inpari 42 (9,0 anakan). Jumlah anakan terserang serangga pengerek batang berturut-turut adalah varietas Inpara 2 (9 anakan), varietas Inpari 42 (7,0 anakan), varietas Inpari Chidanu (5,6 anakan), varietas Inpari 32 (5,5 anakan), varietas Nutrizinc (4,4 anakan) dan varietas Mambramo (4,3 anakan). Gabah paling paling banyak terdapat pada varietas Inpara 2 (186,2 gabah) sedangkan terendah pada varietas Nitrizinc (119,4 gabah). Respons enam varietas padi yang diteliti memiliki tingkat kerentanan yang berbeda-beda terhadap serangan penggerek batang (Scirpophaga sp). Varietas Nutrizinc dan Mambramo menunjukkan rata-rata tingkat serangan terendah terhadap serangan hama pengerek batang pada lahan bukaan baru (4,3 anakan). Jenis varietas pada lahan bukaan baru menyebabkan pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman padi berbeda. The key informants in thisresearch were seven people. The key informants were determined deliberatelybecause the internal environment and the external environment of the cut tobaccobusiness in the Farmers Group ofTelaga Suci, of Yangapi Village was alreadyknown. This study used three kinds of analysis: analysis of the internal environment,external environment analysis and SWOT analysis (strengths, weaknesses,opportunities, threats).The cut tobacco business in the Farmers Group ofTelaga Sucihas been able to utilize the strength to overcome the weaknesses and to take theopportunity to address the threat. Farmers mostly control the pest by using high doses of chemical insecticidespraying. Pheromone technology is a breakthrough technology that can be used tocontrol worm pest in shallot farming, heading to less use of insecticides. Thisresearch took place at the Association of Asta Mandiri Farmer Groups, Songan BVillage, Kintamani District, Bangli Regency which was conducted from April toMay 2016. The purpose of this study was to compare the shallot farming incomeusing pheromone technology and without pheromone technology and the obstaclesfaced by farmers in applying the technology. Data were analyzed using analysis offarm income, the R/C ratio, and t-test. The results showed that the income of shallotfarming with pheromone technology was at Rp 97,597,413.38 per hectare per season,whereas without pheromone technology at Rp 78,605,563.89 per hectare perseason.The R/C ratio of shallot farming by using pheromones technology was 2,39,whereas without the pheromone technology was 2,06. Based on t-test analysis, thereis significantly difference in income at 95% level of confidence. Obstacles faced byfarmers in applying pheromone technology, namely difficulties to obtain thepheromones in the market. The results showed that, from acombination of fertilizers (urea, ZA, KCl, TSP, NPK) used by large red chili farmers,only NPK fertilizer which wassubstitutable with ZA fertilizers and urea fertilizerswhile other fertilizers are complementary in nature, MRTS of urea with NPKof0.058, and MTRS ZA with NPK of 0.118. NPK fertilizers were not perfectsubstitutes of the ZA and the urea fertilizers. The substitution abilitywas only 11%against ZA and 13% against urea. From the combination of the use of fertilizers inlarge red chillifarming, none of the combinations was optimal. Consumerbehavior may help explain how consumers obtain satisfaction. This study aimed todetermine the level of customer satisfaction on the franchise tea of cap poci and whatactions should be conducted based on matrix of Importance-Performance. Thelocation of research was in South Denpasar Sub-District as having the greatestpotential consumers. The total sample of 30 respondents and sampling wasconducted by accidental sampling. The data collection includes quantitative data andqualitative data derived from primary and secondary data. Data collection methodsused were interviews and literature studies. Methods of data analysis usingdescriptive analysis, Importance-Performance Analysis and Custumer satisficationIndex. Based on the research results, the value or rate of CSI calculation was69.34%. The CSI Value of the franchise iced tea products of tea cap poci meets thecriteria of satisfied. But still need increased performance. Pigs have qualities and abilitiesthat benefit namelyit hasfaster growth rate and also a higher number of piglets perbirth. Pork demand has improved in the area of Bali that can provide businessopportunities to UD Karang to develop a piggery by raising pigs to be fattening.Piggery business needs to do a financial analysis to determine the success of itsbusiness. The purpose of this study was to determine the feasibility of a piggery interms of financial aspects and the obstacles being faced. This research was conductedon a piggery of UD. Karang located in the village of Jagapati, AbiansemalSubdistrict of Badung Regency. The analytical methods used were quantitative andqualitative methods. The study results and the conclusions showed that the piggery ofUD Karang is financially feasible with NPV value of Rp 452, 693. 850, thenet valueof B/C of 1.3 and the IRR of 74.62%. The obstacles faced by the piggery of UDKarang namely respiratory disease in swine livestock, price fluctuations, andenvironmental pollution. Theanalytical methods used to analyze the production inputs that affect the productionwere a Cobb-Douglass model of Production Function, and marginal product valueanalysis to determine the level of optimization of the use of production inputs. Theresults of the study are as follows: (1) Production inputs used in the corn farming arethe area of land, seed, labor, Urea, NPK fertilizer, M-8 fertilizer, Super ACI fertilizerand fungicides. (2) The use of production inputs in the study area are as follows,Partially, only urea fertilizer significantly affected the corn production, while otherproduction inputs were not significantly affected on the corn farming. (3) The use ofproduction inputs in the study area have not been optimal. For the use of productioninputs of urea, M-8 and Super ACI fertilizers was not optimal. The purpose of thisstudy was to determine the level of the existence of the elements of Subak as socialsystems that includes goals, beliefs, feelings or sentiments, norms, sanctions, positionand role, power, social rank, facilities, and area. The study took place in SubakMunggu Tegal Lantang by the number of respondents of 33 people. Data werecollected by interview and analyzed descriptively and qualitatively. The resultsshowed that the level of existence of elements of Subak as a social system was veryhigh with a score of 85,86%. It can be seen from the ten elements of a sociologicalapproach. Seeing the interest of consumers who tend to consume more salted peanutsthan any other peanuts, this study aimed to determine the marketing mix conductedby UD. Monang on cendrawasih salted peanuts in term of the concept of product,price, place/distribution and promotion and to identify the constraints faced by UD.Monang in marketing salted peanuts produck with brand of cendrawasih. Based onthe research result of cendrawasih salted peanuts produck are processed from rawmaterials of the best peanuts. The marketing mix carried out by UD. Monang on itsproduck was to provide three packaging in the form of plastic to make it look moreappealing to consumers. Pricing implemented by UD. Monang is the cost pluspricing method which set the price based on the cost added by the percentage of thecost. For small-sized plastic packaging containing 125 gram was for Rp 3.900, 225gram for Rp 8.400 and 350 gram for Rp 11.400. the company uses retailer as anintermediary in the distribution of products to the end consumers. Promotionalactivities used by the company was to use personal selling. This studyaimed to identify the role of field extension officer in solid organic fertilizerproduction either as a communicator, counselor, facilitator, organizer or motivator.This study took place in Putra Kertha Santhi Group. The research sites were selectedby using purposively sampling. The respondents were chosen by using censusmethod in accordance with the number of farmer group members which is 20 people.Method used in this study was descriptive qualitative analysis, which is a researchaiming to provide an overview and explanation of the variables examined. The resultshowed that the role of field agricultural extension officer in the manufacture of solidorganic fertilizer in Putra Kertha Santhi Group is good with the score of 83.4%.
