Therefore, investment on human capital is paramount to sustain labour force participation of higher education in Nigeria. This study aimed at evaluating the relevance of Tertiary Education Trust Fund (TETFund) intervention on human capital investments and its bearing on employees’ work efficiency in the polytechnic communities in Bauchi state. This study generates data from quantitative and qualitative sources, using the questionnaire as an instrument to randomly collect cross-sectional data from one of the two existing polytechnics in Bauchi state of Nigeria. A total of 45 structured questionnaires were administered on our respondents and 44 were valid for analysis. The research shows there is a significant relationship between TETFund intervention in human capital investment and employees’ work efficiency within educational polytechnic system in Nigeria. Development of the large data industry in the state-level Nanchang Economic and Technological Development Zone has a brilliant future. The state-level Nanchang Economic and Technological Development Zone should focus on the development of big data services, which are related to the ‘3 + X’ industry system and big data products manufacturing. At the same time, the state-level Nanchang Economic and Technological Development Zone should plan the implementation path, focusing on the implementation of infrastructure construction, industrial training, strengthening the ranks of personnel, investment and six other projects. It is the backbone of many African countries’ economy, particularly Ethiopia. The main objective of this study was to investigate factors affecting the marketing of livestock in terms of sales volume in South Omo Zone: the case of Hammer woreda. From 35 potential pastoralist kebeles in the woreda, 3 kebeles were selected purposively. The multi-stage sampling technique and the proportional stratified sampling technique were used to select sample pastoralists from each stratum. A total of 388 pastoralists were selected by using the systematic sampling technique. The study identified that price, infrastructure, middlemen and promotional factors significantly affect livestock marketing. The findings of this study recommend that the government should formulate and implement appropriate market and pricing policies, disseminate market information in proper media and improve road networks to enhance the effectiveness of livestock marketing in the woreda.\u0000 \u0000Keywords: Infrastructure, livestock, marketing, price, promotion.

Despite of universal health coverage, the result of this trend causes to increase the incidence of making out of pocket expenditures. The aim of this study is to evaluate the determinants of households’ health expenditures in Mugla province of Turkey. A total of 204 households living in the central district of Mugla were surveyed and questioned both for their total consumption and health expenditures, as well as their health status, demographic and socio-economic characteristics. Ordinary least square method was used for the multiple regression analysis to identify the factors that affect the out of pocket health care expenditures. In addition to other empirical studies in Turkey, the effects of relative poverty and types of income and occupation on oop expenditures were estimated. Results identify that consumption expenditure of the household, poverty, wage/income status, education, household size, having chronic disease and having elderly in the households have significant effects on the amount of out of pocket (oop) health expenditure of the households. \u0000Keywords: Health care financing; Out of pocket payments; Ordinary least square method; Turkey

Among others, this program can aid in implementing financial strategies designed to meet specific goals based on percentages in specific categories. From such data, mathematical models were also developed and prediction was made. Trust is a multi-disciplinary subject occupying a pivotal position in the academic and corporate worlds. Many researchers have examined its impacts on various organisational issues. The impact of trust is much context specific. Some researchers have identified the factors of perceived trustworthiness as capability, benevolence and integrity. It reveals that competence, openness, concern and reliability are the dimensions of trust. Availability, competence, consistency, discreetness, fairness, integrity, loyalty, openness, promise fulfilment and receptivity are the ten conditions of trust, identified by the researchers. Some trust models find that high trust reduces competitive behaviour among the individuals and the organisations. Trust failure involves huge penalties to the organisations. Researchers agree that trust is a strong monitoring tool and it reduces expenditures, and leads to higher productivity.
