For this reason, this study examines the notion of change and the forces behind organisational change. The analysis demonstrates that, despite certain variations among the models discussed, they all share the division of the change the management system into successive phases and the recognition of the role that human resources play in the process. Additionally, implications and lessons for change management in the public sector were introduced. According to the study's conclusion, companies that struggled to manage change would see a decline in employee loyalty and output. Conversely, companies that successfully handled change would gain a competitive edge that guarantees long-term success. This study used primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to all customers, as many as 85 respondents, with 23 questions asked using five Likert scales (strongly agree-strongly disagree). The data analysis tool used was SmartPLS. The results showed that service quality significantly and positively affected customer satisfaction and customer loyalty, and facilities significantly and positively influenced customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Meanwhile, customer satisfaction negatively but significantly affected customer loyalty. The results of hypothesis testing show that service quality and facilities directly affected customer loyalty. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 74 responden, pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik random sampling dengan rumus slovin pada taraf signifikansi 10%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa serapan anggaran secara komulatif di Kementerian Agama pada masa pandemi covid-19 mengalami peningkatan. Faktor yang mempengaruhi peningkatan serapan anggaran belanja pegawai adalah penyetaraan jabatan struktural ke jabatan fungsional dan juga pembayaran tunggakan tunjangan kinerja guru dan dosen yang tertunda. Pada awal tahun 2020 negara dihadapkan pada pandemi covid-19 yang menyebabkan serapan belanja barang menurun namun pada tahun 2021 mengalami peningkatan kembali berkat kekompakan dan kualitas SDM dalam menentukan perencanaan. Selain itu refocusing yang berdampak pada pengurangan anggaran secara matematis juga memperbesar nilai serapan anggaran. The focus of the research is to assess SP2D publishing systems and procedures and assess effectiveness, efficiency, accountability, transparency and supervision in SP2D publishing. The research method used is qualitative with data collection through literature study, observation and interviews with relevant officers. Data was analyzed descriptively to produce relevant findings. The research results show that the system and procedures for issuing SP2D at BPKD West Aceh Regency are in accordance with applicable guidelines. Judging from the side of optimizing services in SP2D issuance, the level of transparency and accountability shows positive results. Supervision of the SP2D issuance process is also carried out strictly. However, the level of effectiveness and efficiency of issuing SP2D still needs to be improved, especially at the end of the year when the workload of officers increases. The recommendation of this research is that the West Aceh Regency BPKD continues to improve and update systems, SOPs and supervision of SP2D issuance. The study results show that in general, the purpose of the articles is to address transfer pricing abuse in multinational companies. Penelitian ini bertujuan 1) Mengevaluasi program SAMI menggunakan evaluasi Kirkpatrick; 2) Mengevaluasi program SAMI pada level Return On Training Investment (ROTI); 3) Mengevaluasi program SAMI pada level Sustainability dan Sharing the Benefit. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif, analisis GAP, Net Promoter Score (NPS), analisis ROTI, analisis Delphi, Business Process Modelling (BPM) dan Diagram SIPOC. Penelitian pada level reaction, learning dan result menunjukkan hasil yang positif dan memuaskan terhadap program SAMI. Implikasi pada ROTI menunjukkan anggaran yang diberikan menguntungkan bagi Departemen Manajemen IPB University. This descriptive study uses a qualitative approach. This study used primary data and secondary data, with data analysis techniques using qualitative analysis. The data collection is through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that the readiness of the implementers in providing services after the transfer of the North Aceh Regency Government Administration center has not gone well and needs to be improved by the service providers so that it is more optimal, especially in managing activities in terms of both administrative and other services to the community. The sampling method used was purposive sampling and respondents were collected by distributing structured questionnaires to 120 respondents who had shopped at the Shopee marketplace. the data analysis method used is path analysis using Multiple Linear Regression with the help of SPSS Software. The results showed that advertising had a positive and significant effect on e-satisfaction and the purchase decision mediated between the advertising variable and the e-satisfaction. This study uses a literature review analysis with sources such as Sciencedirect, Researchgate, and Google Scholar. There are ten articles analyzed. Literature studies were also conducted on various book sources and internet sources. The results showed that word of mouth had a positive impact on purchasing decisions for balado chips. Balado chips also have their own characteristics and characteristics.
