Konsep layanan publik digital mengarah kepada prinsip efektis dan efisien. Efektif memiliki arti melaksanakan sesuatu yang tepat sedangkan efisien memiliki makna melaksanakan sesuatu dengan tepat. Pelayan publik digital diharapkan dapat memberikan kemudahan bagi siapa saja yang membutuhkan akses. Pelayanan publik digital ditandai dengan penggunaan media selain kertas atau yang sering disebut dengan paperless. Terknologi mempunyai peran penting agar peayanan publik digital dapat berjalan sebagaimana mestinya. Sekarang ini hampir semua orang bisa menjalankan atau mengoperasikan sebuah gawai, artinya kemudahan dapat dimiiki oleh setiap orang karena dapat mengakses informasi secara mudah melalui gawai yang dimiliki. Penelitian dilakukan secara deskriptif dan wawancara kepada pihak terkait untuk menemukan informasi terkait digitalisasi layanan publik. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa teknologi dan informasi yang berkembang saat ini seperti artificial intelligent, mobile otonom, dan internet memberikan pengaruh yang sangat besar terhadap kehidupan manusia khususnya dalam hal cara berfikir dan cara bersikap. Layanan publik saat ini dituntut untuk bisa mengimbangi permintaan pengguna dalam hal ini warga. Semakin pahamnya pengguna terhadap teknologi berdampak pada keinginan pengguna unutuk mendapatkan layanan yang praktis, ekonomis, cepat dan tepat. Sampel yang diambil untuk penelitian ini berjumlah 300 sampel yang pernah mengunjungi Kota Batam. Respondennya berupa wisatawan lokal serta pengolahan data menggunakan sistem SPSS. Hasil pengujian dalam penelitian ini adalah risiko waktu dan keuangan bersignifikan terhadap berkunjungan kembali sedangkan risiko fisik & kepuasan tidak signifikan terhadap berkunjung kembali. Penelitian ini memiliki keterbatasan yaitu variabel dalam penelitian masih sedikit. Beberapa hasil data yang diolah belum maksimal sehingga masih harus diperbaiki. Harapannya bahwa penelitian selanjutannya dapat menggunakan ini sebagai dasar referensi untuk penelitian serta menyempurnakan penelitian ini agar dapat berguna bagi masyarakat. Paradigma dan cara berpikir industri pendidikan tidak lagi didominasi pada bagaimana mendapatkan siswa didik baru, tetapi berkembang kepada bagaimana mempertahankan pelanggan lama. Menelaah fenomena masalah pada industri pendidikan maka dilakukan penelitian terkait hubungan customer relationship management dan customer lifetime value. Penelitian dilakukan pada industri pendidikan, dimana orang tua siswa menjadi konsumen yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini. Sehingga dilakukan survei kepada 100 orang tua murid Sekolah Pariwisata yaitu Akademi Pariwisata HNI di Kota Bandung, Indonesia. Kajian dilakukan melalui analisis regresi dan data didapat secara kuantitatif melalui kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa customer relationship management yang dilakukan oleh sekolah memiliki dampak berarti pada peningkatan customer lifetime value. Orang tua akan memberikan rekomendasi terhadap investasi pendidikan kepada keluarga dan kolega bila merasakan kepuasan atas layanan yang diberikan oleh sekolah. Penelitian ini tentunya bermanfaat untuk industri pendidikan yang memiliki kecenderungan lifetime value dari konsumen. The basic potential that has been owned by each village is the main capital as a village tourist attraction, can be developed as a diversification of tourism products, and tourist markets. To increase the visiting target of 2020 tourists, there are 20 million foreign tourists. Urban living conditions that are increasingly densely packed and congestion are increasing. Now the tourist village destinations are increasingly in demand by foreign tourists, Nusantara tourists, and local tourists. Build a tourism village as well as develop regional identities or characteristics and improve people's living standards and create new jobs so as to reduce unemployment and poverty. The research method used is descriptive qualitative using a multidisciplinary approach, arguing that this research is a socio-cultural phenomenon with a real or natural setting, and current. The absence of forecasting techniques at Ciwangun Indah Camp often causes tourist destinations to experience difficulties in the process of preparing work plans and determining the supply of facilities rented by tourist destinations, especially with uncertain numbers of Ciwangun Indah Camp visitors every year. The application of visitor forecasting at Ciwangun Indah Camp is expected to be the basis for planning and as a tool to facilitate the decision making process for tourist destinations. This study aims to determine the forecasting of Ciwangun Indah Camp visitors with the Moving Average and Exponential Smoothing methods and the proper forecasting method to be applied in Ciwangun Indah Camp. The research method used in this study is descriptive and comparative with a qualitative approach. Data collection is done through by direct observation in the field, interview activities, literature study, and past data on the number of visitors in Ciwangun Indah Camp.
