On the other hand, there is a tight competition among hotels in Batam, so that each hotel improves the quality of services and products. Every hotel innovates for the superiority of products offered to guests. One of them is to provide the best service to guests through the receptionist who is on duty at the front office, quickly and quickly and with interesting personalities. Mandarin is one of the languages used by receptionists in communicating to singapur and Chinese guests. The research method used in this research is qualitative research methods, sources of data collected from primary data, and secondary data from Guest Comment.
